Ergo made my elopement wedding bouquet! I planned an elopement on a short timeline & I walked in to ask if they had availability, and they did! I wasn't working with a color scheme, so I consulted with their team to put together a seasonal bouquet with Minnesota sourced florals. We decided on pops of orange, but mostly purples and pinks. I absolutely loved how the colors and shape turned out. Especially that pink dahlia! Total was $120 for bouquet and matching boutonnière. read more

I ordered a custom arrangement for Mother's Day and Ergo went above and beyond! They were so easy to work and communicate with and made my vision come to life. The arrangement they made for my mom was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. And to top it off, my mom said the delivery person was very friendly, which is a small yet important detail. Ergo is now my new go-to florist for any arrangements I send to my family in Minneapolis / St. Paul. read more

Ergo Floral - Florists Near Me - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Ergo has been our go to florist for all of our clients. They are so easy to work with and our clients rave about the flowers. Great value!

I went here and i got terrible service. People were rude and when I asked to find a flower it just seemed like no one cares. Really sucks to see a floral shop fail like this. take more time to help your customers and make it seem like you like your job. read more

Ergo has done a fantastic job with the bouquets I've ordered from them! Super friendly staff, you can order ahead to pick up or have delivered, or you can stop in and get something made for you on the spot. They have flowers in the front that you can select yourself or give them a price range/requests and they'll make one for you. The flowers always look beautiful, the bouquets look unique, and they're healthy flowers that last a long time. Would trust them with arrangements for anything! read more

I'm utterly speechless at the shocking lack of professionalism and respect displayed by this company. I received flowers for my fathers death with an advertisement of classes offered by ergo stapled to the condolence note in the flowers. It's beyond my comprehension how the people responsible could be so incredibly insensitive as to use my fathers death as an opportunity to advertise their services. You should be ashamed of yourselves read more

One of my favourite flower places! I received a couple of arrangement as gifts, and they were terrific! Their flowers last for a really long time because they are very fresh. I love how they give you an option of putting the flowers in water incase you're not going to be home right away to put them in water. They secure the water bag very well for you. read more

Ergo floral is always my go-to for birthday, anniversary, or other celebration flowers. Even their smallest arrangements are beautiful and lush, and are truly so beautiful. These are NOT your typical delivery flowers- they look like high-end wedding centerpieces. The employees are great, too, and are always helpful and polite. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

We learned of the passing of a wonderful friend and neighbor earlier this week, but we didn't get the word until Thursday evening. Sent an email to Ergo overnight and spoke with them when the opened on Friday. I can't say enough about their approach and willingness to take on a funeral arrangement while they were in the midst of trying to get a long planned wedding "out the door". Our friends are avid gardners and lifelong Minnesotans, so we asked if they are able to skew the flowers local to MN if at all possible. They were happy to do it and had the flowers in house. Within a couple of hours the sympathy spray was complete, they had texted a picture to us for approvals and even added a card since we are in Atlanta and will deliver it to the church within a few hours of our order. The folks at Ergo are a class act and had every opportunity to say "sorry, we're committed already" with the wedding work they already had - but nope. Not only did they do this on a moments notice, but the arrangement was simply gorgeous and exactly what we imagined could be prepared - only better because of their artistry and floral knowledge. Can't say enough - highly recommend! read more

Staff take covid super seriously. They work hard to support their BICOP local artist by selling their crafts. And such fun dried goods!

I love this store and their floral arrangements are beautiful and unique. They have delivered many floral arrangements for me and they are timely and gorgeous. Today I went in for a last minute arrangement to take to someone in hospice. It was close to closing time and they took the time to put together a lovely arrangement. Highly recommend! Very expensive flower shop with a good selection and knowledgeable if inattentive staff. I came in the Friday before Mother's Day and the shop was empty. Looking for someone to help I had to go to the back room myself where a flustered employee told me to stay out because it was crazy with orders. The staff was helpful, but was obviously frustrated helping a single customer instead of putting orders together. The first thing I noticed was that very few flowers were actually put out on display. You had to have a lot of your options explained to you, which is both time-consuming and inappropriate given the visual nature of flower selection. I suspect this is intentional, creating a sense of mystery and secret knowledge around the flowers to justify a high premium on "expert" knowledge. The pricing could also be better managed. I was asked first "how much do you want to spend" before I actually picked my bouquet or the number of flowers. Then I was given a final price that was heavily inflated by a "labor" fee putting the the bunch together, as well as the cost of a vase. Bottom line; about $45 for six flowers with some filler plant. I had to really advocate for myself in refusing the flower bundling and the vase, and ended up with six plain flowers in tissue paper without even a packet of plant food. The final bill was near $20, so I ended up paying around $3 a'piece for daisies. Overall the flowers are very nice. The customer support is ok, but you really need to ask questions and fight for what you want to keep the cost down. Come on, a $5-6 labor fee to slap some filler in a bundle and tie it with ribbon? You may also need to intrude on the back area to get someone to come out and help you, and they may not be too happy doing so. Finally, the cost is very high, making this store prohibitively expensive. read more

when they are open, they are great. but somehow, whenever I go by for flowers, they aren't open. Must just be me? They are connected to Bon Vie, so when you are there for brunch, get some flowers too... read more

This is the best florist! Their arrangements are artistic, classy and unique. Customer service top notch. They really care about their customers and have an eye for what looks good (color, texture, etc.). In addition, Fleur did our wedding flowers. They were stunning! Robin and her team are artists. We had one meeting and I knew Robin would work her magic. I told her my favorite flowers and gave her the vibe we were going for, and voila! No worries and all the wedding flowers were gorgeous. A pleasure to work with and a beautiful result. Highly recommend! read more

Cuuu-ate. I moseyed over here after lunch at Bon Vie (it's connected) and it is a rather precious little flower shop. They have a selection of cards, candles and other small gifts as well, but nothing that really stood out for me in terms of merchandise or the arrangements I saw. I don't mean this in a negative way, but I think Fleur De Lis it might be more to my mom's taste than mine. I think it's just a difference in style. When I came in, one of the ladies came out from the back to say hi, but went on her way when I told her I was just browsing. It seemed like a nice, low-pressure atmosphere that's helpful, but without eyes following you all over the place. I liked that. read more

We had them do our flowers for the wedding and we were impressed the entire way through the process. For the moment we met they tried to understand exactly what we were looking for and our different constraints (money and effort from our side). Robin and her team are exceptional at arranging flowers. They did a spectacular job with my wedding flowers (bridal, bridesmaid bouquets, flowers for church and reception etc). They have an eye for color, texture, variety of flowers and how they work together to create a visual feast for the eyes! There is no florist with better taste and style than the team at Fleur de Lis! It's a locally owned, gorgeous shop and you'd be a fool not to use them! read more

Provided a beautiful bouquet and boutonniere for my daughters small ceremony. Easy to work with and delivered on time.

New name and new owners and loving their flowers as much as ever. Lovely thoughtful and creative flowers with excellent customer service.

Great job! We were looking to send flowers to a new mother and wished to have gardenias included in the arrangement since they had sentimental value to the family. Well, it seems that gardenias are hard to find in Minnesota in February. Katie at Fleur de Lis did manage to track three gardenias down and provided great customer service while exceeding her estimated timeline. The recipients were pleased with the arrangement and particularly loved the size, quality and scent of the gardenias. Thanks so much for your great work, Katie! read more

We have ordered fresh flowers, dried or silk arrangements, and special occasion bouquets from Fleur de Lis since 1984. We love the design work of Robin and her staff. We also use them for our office once a month plant program. read more

I received excellent service today from a kind, smart and patient woman who was working sola on a Sunday. thank you!

I wanted a beautiful but unique, creative arrangement for my sister's birthday. I spoke to Chuck and he was delightful and this was the first time I ever told a florist to simply do what they wanted to do without even suggesting one flower I love. He was also nice enough to send me a picture and I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. The arrangement was stunning and the price was fair. I have found my florist for the times I can send flowers to my sister. No need to look anywhere else. read more

Fresh flowers... excellent knowledge and advice! Flowers bought at Fleur De Lis lasted much longer than those usually bought at grocery stores. Definitely worth the small price difference! read more

Following our daughter's out-of-town wedding, we scheduled a Sunday brunch at the University Club St. Paul to introduce the recently-married couple to our many friends who had not been able to attend the wedding. We had the good fortune to find and engage Fleur de Lis (St. Paul) to provide floral decorations and centerpieces. We worked with Chuck, who is knowledgeable, friendly, and very creative. We wanted the setting to reflect somewhat the color scheme, ambience, and natural beauty of the wedding venue (Colorado mountains). Chuck came up with some terrific ideas, and, when we asked for "some of this idea, some of that one" he responded happily. The floral arrangements and decorations were beautiful. The centerpieces were non-traditional, consisting of succulent plants and candles, beautifully arranged. To convey a sense of the wooded areas near the wedding venue, Chuck came up with the idea of lining a wall of the banquet room with columns of birch trunks and large branches. Chuck is very professional, and he handled the set up and takedown without any need for worry on our part. We recommend Fleur de Lis very highly. read more

I needed a really nice wreath for a funeral. I thought I would go with a local florist with a high Yelp rating. What a huge disappointment!!! I should've gone with a national chain. My mom used Conroy's and got a wreath that was twice as nice at a lower price than Fleur De Less. When I called to voice my disappointment, Robin offered and (I assume) gave me a 25% discount. The money was not the issue. I was looking for a heartfelt apology. Instead I got a "geez not another complaint" attitude. read more

Five stars - Absolutely! Robin and her staff did an incredible job. My bouquet, the arrangements for church and the tables at the club were spectacular. We received so many compliments about the flowers. I would highly recommend Fleur De Lis. Their flower choices and creativity were exceptional. I worked with the team at Fleur de Lis almost two years ago for my wedding (and have no idea why my original review didn't post - I'm so disappointed they didn't know how happy we were!!!). The entire process from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. The team made the logistics of getting all the flowers where they needed to be and set up at our dinner seem so simple. They created stunning arrangements for the lovely ladies and the men had amazing boutonnieres that were simple and classy. They even created the most adorable little wreath for our puppy who couldn't miss the festivities. :) After the ceremony we had dinner at W. A. Frost and the arrangements on the tables were even more amazing than I had anticipated. The candelabras they helped us pick out were beautifully draped in greenery that added to the romantic vibe of the evening. I cannot recommend them enough - in fact my sister is using them as her wedding approaches and I have no doubt she will be as blown away by the customer service AND arrangements as I was. read more
