The parking lot is small, but perfect because you're rarely there for over 20 minutes. You're greeted with a smile upon entry, and staff that are eager to serve. They've got bouquets in a fridge in the back of the store, that range from the $20's and up. Plenty of greenery, plants, pots, cards, and other small gifts to pair with your flowers. You can also call ahead and pay over the phone to place an order for pick up. I've also ordered other plants that they usually don't have in stock here, and they give me a call when the item arrives in store. Another thing I love is that every so often they seem to highlight a small business. I've purchased raw honey here a few times, and I love that they offer a space in their store to community. Today, I dropped off a large vas and they created a beautiful bouquet that is so wonderful, I don't know where I want to place it in my home because I want to see it at every turn. I ordered via Teleflora a funeral bouquet -standard. Heavenly Heights Bouquet. The website listed and showed a photo with at least 3 gladioli, 6 hot pink carnations, pink alstroemeria, pink asters and green huckleberry. The actual arrangement that showed up contained 1 gladioli and 6 red carnations with a few ferns. Dried out and not anything like the photo for this bouquet. This bouquet was not even worth half the price listed on the website. I complained to Teleflora and receive 21.00 off which basically covered the delivery fee. Very disappointed with this product and as mentioned flowers were dried out and not anything like the photo online.

The flowers, which were supposed to be deep purples and burgundy to create a moody accent, are instead a mix of peach, pink, and fuchsia. The wedding coordinator and the mother of the bride spent a significant portion of the photo session trying to rework the centerpieces to better match her vision, but there's only so much they can do. They end up pulling out flowers, discarding them, and replacing them with white roses purchased from a grocery store. As a result, the mother of the bride misses most of the photo session. After sending a complaint to the florist the following Monday, an apology is received, but the damage is already done, and there's no way to undo it.

I get the intent but don't advertise a bouquet called Purple Passion and not deliver a purple bouquet of flowers. Also the delivery person didn't verify she was around and just dropped the flowers off on the front porch, it's winter mind you, and so some of the flowers were wilted upon receipt. I expect far better quality from a local business, I even reached out to their customer service and they never responded. Terrible customer service, abysmal flowers, why waste your time. I'll stick with 1800 flowers next time, they at least respond to inquiries and rectify the situation.
