Fantastic customer service and beautiful flowers/ plants. They are my go-to for fresh flowers!

Excellent service from staff as always- gave them my inspiration photo and was able to tell them the changes I'd like added to the arrangement and they outdid my expectations. It was gorgeous and appreciated by the family. I've ordered from them for a variety of events- large and small parties, birthday flowers, holiday arrangements and they always always make gorgeous flower & planters. Worth every penny! read more

Hummingbird did a gorgeous arrangement for a family member in the hospital, and at the last minute on mothers day weekend. Even though they were maxed out on deliveries for the busy weekend, they still took my order. When the arrangement was delivered to the hospital, my family member said how beautiful and fragrant it was. She said every person who walked by commented on the wonderful smell. They brought her joy, and i was grateful for the service, compassion, and talent of the florist. Thank you! read more

We had a wonderful experience at Hummingbird Floral! We found out, last minute, that flowers hadn't been ordered. We went to Hummingbird and they were incredibly accommodating. They dropped everything and rushed to our help! I would definitely recommend them! read more

Great service, wonderful selection of flowers. The staff is very creative and has an eye for beauty-- especially with roses.

I ordered flowers for same-day delivery for a friend who was just home from the hospital. She was absolutely thrilled with the bouquet and sent me a photo. It was not exactly the sunflower arrangement I ordered (not surprising, since the designer needed to use what was on hand) but was equally beautiful, with generous use of roses. So fresh and lovely. It cheered up both my friend and her daughter who was serving as caregiver. read more

After visiting two other local florists who offered nothing unique, I ordered a funeral arrangement from Hummingbird Floral. Not only were the plants fresh and vibrant, I was also able to choose a keepsake bird which the designer tucked into the arrangement beautifully. The shop is absolutely filled with unique, tasteful items. Lastly, the price was incredibly reasonable for such a large, lush arrangement. We were so pleased to give something so special. read more

Amazing service and beautiful bouquet! Gorgeous selection of flowers for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

Buyer beware - this place has dramatically changed for the worse, seemingly overnight! Hummingbird used to be our go-to, favorite florist and we used them for everything and were always extremely satisfied. We ordered an arrangement that we bought in early October, 2024 and it was stunning. We just ordered another arrangement last week (early November, 2024). We were so disappointed in it, and would have been humiliated to gift the arrangement to anyone. It was supposed to be a $50 arrangement (no vase). The arrangement itself was small and very unimpressive. It was far more filler than flowers, the stems were not even trimmed and it appeared not to be arranged. It looked like single stems pulled from the cooler and clumped together in a wad. To make it even worse, I couldn't even make fix it and make it look decent because the quality of the flowers was disgusting. Every single flower wilted and drooped within a couple of days, even mums which typically last a long time! Some of the flowers never even fully opened, they just dried up and died. They were about the quality you would expect if you stopped at a gas station to buy flowers. We called to complain and they offered to refund us. Do not know yet whether or not they refunded our credit card. In any case, we won't be ordering from Hummingbird again because I don't want to be embarrassed by sending such poor quality flowers to anyone. read more

They are really amazing! I called like 10 florist shops before this to see if they could make a Lei for my father's graduation and they didn't even know what a lei was or I had to wait either a day or a week except for Hummingbird Floral! I called 10am to see if they could make me one right away so I could give it to my dad later on that day around 4pm. I called 2pm to check if I could do a early pick up and they already finished! I was so satisfied. The carnations are huge! Thank you so much hummingbird floral!!! read more

There was a death in my exhusband's family and I wanted to send flowers to offer our condolences. We found Hummingbird Floral on here and very much preferred to use a local florist over one of those 800 Florist kind of sites. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very attentive, thoughtful, expressed her attention to detail and really spent a lot of time with me getting my order together. She even took a picture of the arrangement they were sending. The arrangement is really perfect for what we wanted to send, and would definitely use them again if we have an occasion to send flowers to the 'outlaws' again. I highly recommend Hummingbird Floral. From thousands of miles away, I really felt like I got in touch with the florist 'next door'. read more

Hummingbird Floral is the best florist I have ever worked with. I have been doing business with them for years and have ordered flowers for weddings, funerals, day brighteners, etc. Their customer service is top notch. Today, I have been working with them on prom flowers. The stylist has been incredibly helpful and the owner is actually bringing in a different color rose tomorrow to best match colors. Their floral arrangements are always gorgeous and I have received nothing but glowing feedback from the people who received them. On top of that, the stuff they carry in their store is cute and high-quality. I can always find something perfect if I run in there for a last-minute gift. read more

I called from Florida to order a funeral arrangement for a funeral in New Brighton that took place today. The arrangement as from a group of friends that had known the deceased for 40+ years. When we arrived for the funeral today we were so pleased with the arrangement. It was perfect in every way. The golf theme, the masculine arrangement and flowers could not have been better. Many compliments were received. When I called in the order I talked with Lisa. She knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you ! read more

Hummingbird floral is an AMAZING store! It's family owned and the staff really does treat you like part of that family. In the past they've walked me through all of the flower types, availability, and prices to make sure I got the exact arrangement I wanted. Another time, when i was in a rush, I said "surprise me, just make it something nice" and the product again, looked wonderful. I'm very pro this shop and highly recommend it! Because it's a small family owned business I've noticed that an arrangement may cost a few dollars more than something from a larger chain, but the quality and care is very apparent and makes it worth every penny! read more

I have used this shop several times over the last year and have had great experiences. They have made arrangements for parties in my home, as well as delivered flowers to my friends on various occasions. The arrangements have always been creative and beautiful. I learned a long time ago to contact florists directly, rather than using Teleflora or FTD. You get more for your money. read more
