Placed my order right before they closed on Monday and they were still able to accommodate next day delivery. Opted for the designers choice, and was so pleased with what they put together! Lots of beautiful fall colors and unique accents, and definitely something worth of brightening someone's day :) Great communication throughout - they sent a picture of the bouquet once it was arranged, confirmed as soon as it was delivered, and promptly followed up when I had a question about the delivery. Highly recommend for people in the area, and will continue to use as my go to choice whenever I want to send a special something to my friends in the area!

The flowers, which were supposed to be deep purples and burgundy to create a moody accent, are instead a mix of peach, pink, and fuchsia. The wedding coordinator and the mother of the bride spent a significant portion of the photo session trying to rework the centerpieces to better match her vision, but there's only so much they can do. They end up pulling out flowers, discarding them, and replacing them with white roses purchased from a grocery store. As a result, the mother of the bride misses most of the photo session. After sending a complaint to the florist the following Monday, an apology is received, but the damage is already done, and there's no way to undo it.

I get the intent but don't advertise a bouquet called Purple Passion and not deliver a purple bouquet of flowers. Also the delivery person didn't verify she was around and just dropped the flowers off on the front porch, it's winter mind you, and so some of the flowers were wilted upon receipt. I expect far better quality from a local business, I even reached out to their customer service and they never responded. Terrible customer service, abysmal flowers, why waste your time. I'll stick with 1800 flowers next time, they at least respond to inquiries and rectify the situation.
