The flowers, which were supposed to be deep purples and burgundy to create a moody accent, are instead a mix of peach, pink, and fuchsia. The wedding coordinator and the mother of the bride spent a significant portion of the photo session trying to rework the centerpieces to better match her vision, but there's only so much they can do. They end up pulling out flowers, discarding them, and replacing them with white roses purchased from a grocery store. As a result, the mother of the bride misses most of the photo session. After sending a complaint to the florist the following Monday, an apology is received, but the damage is already done, and there's no way to undo it.

I expect far better quality from a local business, I even reached out to their customer service and they never responded. Terrible customer service, abysmal flowers, why waste your time. I'll stick with 1800 flowers next time, they at least respond to inquiries and rectify the situation.
