We also liked that they are a local, fair-trade, sustainable and organic whenever possible. We asked for colorful and tropical inspired flowers and they did a wonderful job! Kim listened to what I wanted and made it so much better. Due to Covid precautions, we chatted over zoom, email, and text. Payment was super easy over venmo (we stayed around the budget that I wanted), she sent "sneak peek" texts so I could give feedback on the bouquets and boutonnieres, and I was able to pickup the flowers from S. Minneapolis. The flowers are still looking beautiful a few days after the event and still make me smile every time I see them. We've also received nothing but positive and gushing feedback on how they look from our guests and others seeing pictures. Can't wait to order more flowers from them in the future!

Got to the Precious Petals site and again, same arrangements until bam, there it was - Zen Artistry! Delivery was for the next day when later when I noticed that autocorrect had changed the address. Called Precious Petals, and though late, the lady corrected the address for me. Next day, I get a call from the delivery lady "No one home, can I leave it on the porch?" She must've detected my hesitancy because I receive a text with a picture of the flowers in front of the door! My wife comes to the house and is blown away by the arrangement. Thanks Precious Petals for scoring points for me. Hopefully they will create more of these unique arrangements 'cuz the bar has been raised.

She steps into her reception room, expecting to see her vision come to life, but instead, her eyes fill with tears of disappointment. The flowers, which were supposed to be deep purples and burgundy to create a moody accent, are instead a mix of peach, pink, and fuchsia. The wedding coordinator and the mother of the bride spent a significant portion of the photo session trying to rework the centerpieces to better match her vision, but there's only so much they can do. They end up pulling out flowers, discarding them, and replacing them with white roses purchased from a grocery store. As a result, the mother of the bride misses most of the photo session. After sending a complaint to the florist the following Monday, an apology is received, but the damage is already done, and there's no way to undo it.

Would not recommend ordering flowers for delivery from this business. I selected a specific bouquet…read moreof flowers from their website that was purple because the recipient whose birthday it was loves the color amethyst. I even indicated this in the additional information section. Tell me why the flowers delivered were not purple, they were pink, blue, and some shades of purple. I get the intent but don't advertise a bouquet called Purple Passion and not deliver a purple bouquet of flowers. Also the delivery person didn't verify she was around and just dropped the flowers off on the front porch, it's winter mind you, and so some of the flowers were wilted upon receipt. I expect far better quality from a local business, I even reached out to their customer service and they never responded. Terrible customer service, abysmal flowers, why waste your time. I'll stick with 1800 flowers next time, they at least respond to inquiries and rectify the situation.

Have fun." The flowers were fabulous-- we got so many compliments on them. Everything was ready on-time and within-budget, too. Even before we met, both my partner and I were fans of this florist. My partner had gone in to his shop, last-minute, and told him, "I need flowers for a party!" Anthony asked some questions (party theme, budget, etc), then walked around his shop creating an arrangement as he went. It was beautiful. And I had somehow found his shop on my own; again, I found the owner polite and extremely good at creating an arrangement at any price point. Whether you have a lot or a little to spend, he treats you well and I've always felt I got more than I expected for the price I paid. His shop does deliver, and the deliveries I've scheduled have been on-time and courteously-done.
