Overall, excellent company. Got a quote by having a video call, loved to see the 3D scales. My fence was finished in a single day, the installers arrived at 9 am and worked until 4 pm. I would've given five stars, but I was reschedule twice. First time, the pre-installation visit was supposed to arrive from 11-1pm, 20 minutes before 1pm I got a text saying they were not going to make it, keeping in mind that I had taken time off from work. I received a quick call back but there are several factors that completely turned me away from this business. While on the first phone call, I was asked to explain my properties layout. The employee was using Google Earth or something similar to view my property. Ok it had been raining and was bitter cold outside so I figured why not. I was then asked to set a date and time for a walk thru of my project. This was to be done via a video call. Who does this ?? Covid is no longer an issue. Whatever happened to meeting face to face? I even downloaded a special app for this second " meeting". In the meantime my nephew came over and I told him about this. He will be doing my fence. I reached out to Ergeon about my fence that was leaning. Normally I expect services to tell me they are booked for weeks until a tech could come out and give an estimate. Not the case here, I was contacted by Silvio pretty quickly and he was able to do a Google meets video call to take a look. With that he was able to give me a very detailed estimate and what all would be involved with the job. I really liked what service I have received so far. I haven't hired them to complete the job yet due to negotiation with my neighbor, but I would recommend their process. If they are hired and complete the job I will update the review. read more

I had been trying for well over a year and a half to get someone out to replace just 24' of fencing between my next-door neighbor and I We had a number of quotes but no follow-through whatsoever! Our old fence was being held up by sticks on both sides propping it up, and a water fountain and a tree on my side which prevented it from completely falling over. In the Ergeon quote, they offered to dismantle & haul away the old fence, however my neighbor got so excited over this bid that she went ahead and destroyed the thing herself, in just under an hour! When I first contacted Ergeon, I was told it could be anywhere up to 7 to 8 weeks before completion of the new fence. I needed to go to one person to receive the quote, then I was handed over to the project manager, and the project manager scheduled someone to come out for a pre-visit just to double check the measurements of the fence both width and height, then we had to have 811 come out that was everybody from AT&T, SDG&E, and water department to make sure that it was OK to dig down enough to put the post in and then schedule the installers My neighbor and I had waited this long, a few more weeks was not going to be that big of deal to us however once we agreed upon the cost which was a little bit confusing and It was probably about my only thing to take this down maybe a quarter of a star, we were immediately scheduled for the pre-visit and he came out two days later, than we were told to wait for the 811 calls and that was all done within a week every person came out and on the last day when SDG&E came out and gave us the OK we were notified later that same afternoon that the installers could come out the very next morning!! The two guys that came out were incredible!! For me, they moved my water fountain, which is a four tiered cement structure. That was a true blessing! Then they proceeded to clean out the space, dug the holes, installed the fence! They we're done, everything cleaned up, moving my water - everything in three hours!! I was so thrilled, I happily tipped each of the guys just because they did such a great job and they were working on one of San;Diego's ridiculously hot days From beginning to end this was the best decision I've made! I highly recommend Ergeon. Ladies if you're not sure who to trust, this is a good company to trust! read more

I was really disappointed with the work that was done to our fence. The wood was horrible with lots of damage and dents. I asked the manager to replace at least 10-15 pieces woods and they only replaced 5, I ask them to replace the rest of the wood and got no response. I know no woods can be perfect but atleast be decent pieces. We had choices with cheaper vendors that we could of used but used Ergeon based on reviews. My experience with Ergeon was very positive. From the start the follow through was good, with Matias and everyone else on staff doing just what they said they would. The video conference to properly estimate the job was much easier than I would have expected, with Matias being both patient and informative as to what steps were needed to be taken. Unfortunately, I conceived of this project while on a pretty strict budget and the quoted amount was a little more than I could rationalize paying right now. My aging 30 year old wood gate and fence badly needed replacement. Ergeon did a video call site visit and gave me a estimate. Once the job was accepted they followed up a on site survey, secured the digging permits and gave me a install date. On the date of the install the job was completed in about 5 hours. I contacted Ergeon for a quote and after a few days we finally started trying to work out a good time to have someone come out to take measurements, but when we couldn't nail down a date I was told I would get a call back later that day and never did. The following week I get a call from a subcontractor for Ergeon to take measurements and pictures. After some verification to make sure that someone isn't using the opportunity to case my property I got a time set up to have them come out. After they showed up and took measurements and pictures I didn't hear anything for another week. I then get a call from someone from Ergeon saying they want to schedule a date to have someone come out for measurements and pictures. I questioned the person about the subcontractor and they blamed the mix up on bad measurements and pictures. At this point I was frustrated even more and decided to tell them I'll call them back. After a day I decided this company doesn't have their act together and I gladly went with another company that has 100% better communication with me and their employees. I would avoid this company unless you want a part time gig unpaid just to deal with them. read more

My back fence was falling down. My landlord got a number of estimates and went with Ergeon. The crew that dud the work was polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up and removed all old fencing each day. The only took 3 days to replace the fence. They made sure the open gates were well covered so that our dogs could use the yard and not wonder off. I would recommend Ergeon to anyone for fencing needs. read more
