Not sure if I'll be going through Ergeon to get my fence replaced but for sure their customer service is top notch! We scheduled a virtual meeting to give them an idea of the fence that needs work. I had to keep pushing the meeting a few minutes at a time because of work related meetings and I work from home. They were ver flexible and adjusted to me and the next morning I received my quote from them. They are very communicative and flexible and if they put this much care into the pre planning they'll do the same for your fence work!! read more

We ended up not using Ergeon for our fence as we and our neighbor used an HOA approved company fence, but contacting and scheduling was very easy with Ergeon. Within a week of calling them, we had their quote and the price was reasonable. Kelly has been very responsive and helpful with coordinating everything. She is very professional and sent us updates on scheduling or the quote. We recommend giving them a try. read more

I was very pleased with the service we received. Quality of service was great and the price was affordable. Highly recommend!!!

Kelly at customer service was knowledgeable and informative regarding my gate project. Her company on yelp is highly rated a reason I consider Ergeon as a potential contractor for my gate project. Check out their website. read more

Currently scheduled for a fence installation, and really hoping the actual fence changes our minds about this company. What started out as a wonderful experience, and what we expected given the ratings...has turned into a nightmare for my husband and I. I will say the Sales process and initial calls with Alberto were great. He was very responsive and even reached out to our city for permitting information so we could easily get all the permitting done. However, after the sales process things turned grim.... First, I wanted to try using their finance partner and that was a weird back and forth. I couldn't get a straight answer on interest etc... and had a pointing fingers situation. Luckily we had our Sales rep still and he was able to resolve that mess confirming the interest doesn't change based on credit score so we were forced to go with our own bank. Fast forward to post sales, and being set up with the "project manager". What seemed okay, has progressively gotten worse. After our initial walkthrough, things went downhill, as we needed to work with the City for our fence. The confusion and endless back and forth started with confirmation on what the city's requirements are for the fence... which I was able to forward a document but every call was a question on how the fence should be built. So started losing confidence in the actual fence build and that it will meet our city's requirements. Now the scheduling nightmare... our project manager has not been creative at all with trying to help us schedule with the city. Instead has indicated we will be subject to extra charges if two visits is necessary. This means we have to hope the city inspector arrives right after the holes are dig for inspection and then the rest of the fence can be built in 1 day. My husband and I have been the middle man with this city and Ergeon schedule nightmare and are now are basically screwed if the stars don't align and the holes are dug for our city initial inspection. Hoping to have to update this review after installation... we will see. read more

I just wanted a quote about getting a fence on my house. I'm glad I found this company. Very professional and friendly from the start. They did not disappoint. The build quality that they did looks perfect. One very satisfied customer here! Thank you Ergeon! Would definitely refer to friends and family. read more

When researching for someone to replace the fence at our new house I came across Ergeon. While I got quotes from multiple people Ergeon was the most professional and reasonable. Mark was wonderful when going through the sales process, Andres was great about communicating as the project moved forward to schedule and get final measurements, and Eric did a wonderful job installing the new fence. They took into account erosion as well and installed a retaining wall to help the fence last longer and protect both our property but also our neighbors as well. The fence is so lovely and secure. We are very pleased with the work done. read more

Ergeon did a great job. The fence looks great.. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We are still working with Ergeon to install a new fence due to our original fence was blown off by the wind; however, I am here to leave a review specifically for Carlos G. who has provided exceptional customer service through this process. Carlos is literally the reason why we are choosing to go with Ergeon for our fence install. He has provided timely and detailed responses to questions asked. He follows through with any concerns and he does his best to ensure he is available and clarifies any concerns. When Carlos speaks, he remains patient, professional and respectful. Carlos goes above and beyond in listening and providing detail answers to questions asked. He makes you feel as though you are receiving the customer service of a million dollars worth project. He also knows his stuff. I even asked him if he owns the company because he has the dedication of an owner. Their price is also very reasonable. I will recommend everyone and anyone to this company. I will be following up with review #2 once the project is completed. Regardless, this specific review on customer service and engagement remains a 5 star because Carlos G deserves 10/10 rating! Period! read more

Although we did not choose Ergeon, Alan Gurd was efficient, helpful and professonal. All our contact was by email and very timely. We will keep the contact information for the next time we need fencing. read more

Very disappointed with this company. Save your money and go somewhere else. I hired them back in February to do a big project, 100 foot long vinyl fence and 5 feet high. I had a pre inspection and they told me I needed to put up a retaining wall. No problem I got the wall put up within a week and a half. So they "ordered" the materials and here we are in May still no Date the project. I expressed that I really needed this fence up for my babyshower. This was a special day and I really wanted my yard to look nice. They said they would do what they can do make the deadline. My baby shower came and went and no fence. It really sucks because I felt like I should have been a priority being that I had been waiting on backlogged materials. Very verh disappointed read more

Had our fence and gate replaced. Estimate was honest and they used google images of our home for a rough estimate. It was put in in a timely manner and every step of the way someone was texting and calling asking if we were happy and if we needed something. Workers were very kind and started between 8-10 each day and let me know when they arrived and left. They didn't leave any trash In the yard like previous contractor I have read more

Dealt with the nicest patient person for this company Carlos G. During the holiday season it was hectic to try and communicate with him. Not because of Carlos but because of my schedule. He had the quote done and presented to me the following day. I appreciated his time and effort. Finding a company with such great service is very much appreciated. read more

I had a backyard fence installed. I was very happy with their work. Our installer worked very hard and did a great job by himself. The price for the work was very reasonable. They gave us a fast install. There was a lapse in communicating the start date but it all ended up well. Very pleased and highly recommend read more

Overpriced... not many good fencing companies in the area. However decent work! Doesn't honor any discounts military or senior. read more

I decided to replace a very worn-out fence. I am glad that I didn't give up before contacting Ergeon. The costs were very good, compared to the other estimates I received, and they kept me informed with clear info on what to expect and when the installation would happen. The workers on the day were polite, and they worked efficiently to complete the project on time. If I have any negative feedback it's that I could have gotten a discount if I understood how to pay online rather than with my credit card; but as I don't know how to do that; I can't get that 2% off. I will consider Ergeon for future home projects. read more

After talking to Mark on the phone, he was very helpful, very knowledgeable. Mark set up a zoom meeting on my cellphone to show them a picture of what they will be working with of putting up a new Vinly Fence. Mark gave us numbers of Quotes and different options, also Mark followed up all the time with my husband. I would highly recommend Ergeon to my friends and family. We definitely will do business with them again. read more

I never chose the company because wife wants to go with another friend recommended business but let me just say that the customer service is superb. Wallie is like a long lost friend. He explained everything with what needs to be done and is honest about what to expect in terms of pricing. If I was given a choice, I will definitely hire these guys. Unfortunately, Im at the mercy of who else.......the wife. Hope that we can work together on something in the future Wallie! Keep those roosters happy! read more

I haven't had the fence installed yet so this review is for Mark, in sales. He was very responsive and scheduled an appointment right away. We did a Google Meet appointment which I had to reschedule due to work. He was very accommodating and understanding. The appointment was detailed and I followed along with him on his computer screen as the estimate was created. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am waiting on two other quotes but with his customer service and price, I am leaning toward this company. I will update if it changes. Thank you Mark! read more

Working with Kelley to plan our fence was easy given the tech saviness of the process. Was a virtual walk through with constant communication afterwards to plan the project with pictures abs graphs. I needed to replace a 21 foot fence that was falling down. A friend of mine told me about Ergeon. I had a couple of bids already but thought I'd give them a call for one last bid before I awarded the job. I called Ergeon, they asked if I could use my phone's camera to look at the space and existing fence, so we had a zoom type of call. I had their bid within a couple of hours for 2 types of wood and 1 vinyl option. I must say their bid was a less than the others I had, so I choose the fence type and a couple days later a project manager came out to verify everything and away we went! The installation was earlier than projected, the guys did a great job, were very respectful , professional and fun to work with. I'd recommend pros like this to everyone! No headaches, great respect and service to their clients. read more
