We are very pleased with the service and professionalism that Maria R. provided us during the review and appraisal process for replacing an old wood fence. We were new to the process and Maria showed extreme patience and care as she answered all our questions about the project. The appraisal that Maria provided us was detailed and easy to understand. We highly recommend considering Ergeon and Maria's services as an option if you are looking to install a vinyl fence. read more

I am very pleased with the method of contact. I usually cannot take calls so texting works best for me. Denisse was great at keeping in touch with me, along the way. I was having issues every year replacing bad sections of my fence. they were damaged due to wind and rain. So the vinyl replaced fencing will hold up much better to the elements. The quality of the job was really good. read more

Had gate door falling apart and got quoted pretty high from a lot of other places just for 1 door replacement, ergon responded quick, they did a virtual meeting with a detailed description and ended up doing all my gates around my house for a very reasonable price. Everything was really smooth and easy, I contacted them and they did the rest. Highly recommended read more

I reached out to Ergeon for a quote to replace 3 collapsed gates and posts on my property. The team at Ergeon was responsive and provided a very reasonable quote. Their team first did a video visit, followed by an on-site visit (by a very respectful and prompt project manager)--where my questions and concerns were addressed. Roselyn, our project coordinator kept me in the loop every step of the way, and worked to make sure the project was done on days/times that were convenient for me. The team that came out did the work quickly, and really cleaned up after themselves. They made sure to check in with me several times during the day. It was a great experience and process and I will definitely reach out to Ergeon for future projects. read more

Initially things went well with the estimator. After the fact it became apparent I was dealing with a bunch of morons. They cancelled the start of work 3 times for a variety of reasons. Reps in their office blamed each other. Original estimator took the 5th ammendment and pretty much said I'm not in-charge after aggressively making every effort to get a contract out of you. Buyer BEWARE. read more

The October winds took out sixty five feet of redwood fencing. I contacted a local fence company that failed to show up to do the work! I located Ergeon on line and saw several five star ratings. I contacted Alan who was able to use a satellite view of my yard and damaged fence. He gave me a preliminary estimate that was much better than the other company. Jessennia was assigned as the project manager. She kept me informed of every step along the way. The fence crew did an outstanding job and completed the project in one day. It turned out great. My neighbor is going to use Edgeon to replace his damaged fence, too! Great prices, great communication and great finished project! read more

I needed a vinyl fence to be put up to match an existing fence. I called Ergeon because of their 5 star ratings. Those previous customers that gave 5 stars to this company were RIGHT. Professional communication and timely follow up. They started right away with getting an estimator out and doing the measurements. A week later they were ready to start. Boom, the fence went up, it matched perfectly, the craftsmanship was very good, they cleaned up after themselves and I was quite pleased with my new fence, and with Oscar, Emily and Anthony. Good work guys! I will gladly recommend this company for ANY fencing project. Six stars! read more

I was referred to Ergeon to get an estimate for my fence. In setting up the appointment and getting a quote, Orlando was very honest, transparent and most of all, informative with his customer support. He'd even go so far to have a video call with me to see what is the best course of action for my fence. Although I did not hire them due to a family emergency, I gave Orlando 5 for the awesome customer service and I will definitely reach out when I am ready to proceed with the job! read more

I was contacted by a Sandra who talked with me about an estimate and set-up a time for a video call to see the current fence and obstacles in my yard. It worked out great for me since we were able to schedule a time within just a couple days and I work from home so it was convenient. On the morning of the inspection, Sandra contacted me as planned and took me through the simple steps involved with establishing the video link.  Sandra guided me through the process with instructions as to what she wanted to see and where she wanted me to point the camera so she could get an idea of the scope of the project. We talked about height, type of wood, and color as well as other relevant issues concerning the project. I was very pleased with the process. Ergeon's process of performing the inspection remotely made the whole estimation process quick and easy.  I obtained a few quotes from different contractors but Ergeon beat them all in price and customer service. My first impressions of Ergeon were excellent & working with my Project Manager, Andrew, made the process even more efficient and streamlined for the planning, inspection, and installation of our new backyard fence. read more

My phone doesn't allow outgoing texts to reply to you cuz I have prepaid. I am demanding that you didcontinue all forms of communication with me!!!. I am not interested in your service!!. Stop calling me!! Stop emailing me!! Go away!!! This company will not stop contacting me and sends me texts which costs my money to reply to. I responded to their email, which they also won't stop sending me, but they ignore me when I tell them to delete me from their list. They said they don't carry the product I was interested in and I asked them to stop contacting me but they continue to use every form of communication and have one of 5 different representatives call, text, email.
