I was referred to Ergeon by Homeadvisor.com.  Following my initial inquiry, I was contacted by a young lady named Kelly who explained to me that they would be happy to set up a time to evaluate my requirements.  She also suggested that it might be more practical for us to set up a video call to allow her to see my yard without going through the scheduling or logistical hassles of sending out an inspector to take notes and snap photos.  It worked out great for me since we were able to schedule a time within just a couple days. On the morning of the inspection, Kelly called as planned and took me through the simple steps involved with establishing the video link.  Once we were in communication with each other, she simply guided me with instructions as to what she wanted to see and where she wanted me to point the camera so she could get an idea as to the scope of the project.  She asked me a few questions about HOA construction and color regulations as well as other relevant issues concerning the project such as our preferred material, etc. I was quite pleased with the process... .their willingness to perform the inspection remotely made the whole estimation process quick and easy (not to mention pandemic-safe).  We've gotten a few quotes from a variety of contractors who's level of expertise, punctuality, price and friendliness (or lack thereof) has varied widely from company to company.  My first impressions of Ergeon were excellent & if things work out, I'll have no problem going with them to replace my fence. read more

Our experience with Ergeon has been fantastic from the very start. We were looking to replace our fence and wanted something similar to our existing design. I sent an email request for a quote and was contacted by George a short time later. He was very kind, thorough, and professional and explained everything. We did a virtual tour of the property, and received a quote within a couple of days. We did shop around to compare and had a couple of other quotes, however, Ergeon was the only licensed company and had the absolute best warranty. We fully expected the other quotes to come back significantly less, but were very surprised to see they were all within a few hundred dollars. We chose to go with Ergeon. Roselyn became our next contact in the process and was also very professional and quickly answered any and all questions. Our fence was completed last week. The crew that showed up were also very kind and professional and very, very good at what they do. The crew contacted me when there was a question with the height of the fence, and they actually saved us from being very disappointed because we had made the error. The project was completed in just two days and it looks fantastic. We do have one side left that we decided to wait on, but will absolutely be contacted Ergeon when we are ready. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and the quality of their work. read more

Due to different project done by another company, we had to replace the fence along the property line with our neighbor and separates the front and back yards. As I looked for fence contractors on Yelp, I came across Ergeon. To be honest, I was a little skeptical since they did not have many reviews. But I figured I'd give them an opportunity to give me a bid. They were super professional and worked with my schedule to chat about the project. The quote they gave me was very reasonable and was on the lower end of the quotes I got. The quote contained an outline of the project, pictures of the proposed project, and cost breakdown. Andrew was great to help get project scheduled. They were very straightforward of their scheduling and that it would be a week or two out. Anthony came with his crew and did one final walkthrough of the project before getting started. I was originally quoted that the project may take a day and a half. Anthony's crew was able to do the project in one day. The crew came upon an issue with the original plan, but they called me immediately and asked me how I wanted to work around it. The completed fence and gate look GREAT and I am very please with the looks and craftsmanship! Thank you so much Ergeon! read more

Hello, ive been working with Lhacya from Ergeon fencing to receive a bid to replace our fence. From the initial contact, to the video chat and being able to use satellite to view our home, Lhacya has been beyond wonderful to work with. She not only has made everything extremely easy, she is very professional, pays att to detail and gives her suggestions. She has went above and beyond in preparing our bid With record speed! The breakdown of the bid was extremely easy and clear to understand. Lhacya also broke down what our cost would be as well as our neighbors cost. I have worked with Contractors and have received many, many bids in my professional employment as Community Director for Apartments for over 30 years. if only everyone could be so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional as Lhacya! Your company should be extremely proud to have you on their team! Although my husband and I have just started receiving bids for our fencing replacement, I will say this. It will be very difficult to beat Lhacya overall Presentation thus far! Thank you so much! If I could give you 10 stars and 100+ score, I would! read more

I called about 12 contracting fence companies/businesses and Ergeon was the most professional and responded to my call immediately. Several of the businesses I called never returned my call. I spoke with Mark and he was thorough in answering my questions on the phone and provided me with information that I was going to need to know about. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they were here on time and respectful of wearing a mask as well as social distancing. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and after explaining what I wanted done they answered all my questions. I got a professional quote a day and a half later. Mark followed up with a phone call to see if I had any additional questions. He was absolutely exceptional in answering my questions. His customer service was superb. The best part was the quote I was given was pretty reasonable compared to the previous quotes I was given with little attention to providing quality customer service like I received from Mark and the gentlemen who came in person for the measurements. I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I was looking for a general quote for some fencing that I wanted to update. Ergeon was referred to me by Angie's List. After I filled out some general information regarding the property, I was contacted by a Ergeon rep within that same week. I explained to the rep that I'm estimating for the near future, not something immediately. He said he understood and left me his number for future contact. Then Kelly contacted me via text message again a week later about the fencing estimate. Honestly, at first I was a bit annoyed about their persistence, but I reexplained to her the situation. Kelly was very patient, understanding, and listened to my needs. She was able to help me get a general quote for Ergeon's pricing and was very careful to explain to me that prices for materials are rising due to covid. The wonderful thing is that this was done all through text, so I was able to respond at my leisure as I was also at work. Thank you for doing a great job! read more

Working with Diego was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He helped us with the fence selection and preparing a quote for our property, and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What impressed me most was that I truly felt he cared about helping us find the right solution--not just making a sale. His honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the process. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine customer care. Thank you, Diego, for making what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy. Your outstanding service has made a lasting impression, and I would happily recommend you to anyone looking for quality fencing and exceptional customer service. read more

Ergeon's customer service and project planning is pretty impressive. The appointment to take measurements was scheduled not long after contacting them; the team actually came on a day that was a holiday (yes, they work weekends and even holidays to accommodate their customers). When they took the measurements, they also took a video of the existing fence (the new fence must match it to conform to HOA requirements) as well as of the characteristics of the terrain and landscape. The quote that Ergeon provided was very detailed with regard to materials, labor, special circumstances, and included images of what the finished fence would look like. It was a standout compared to the quotes I received from other companies. Have been working with Oscar E. on my fence project. Can't say enough good words about his competence, flexibility, and patience in helping me plan the fence replacement work. read more

We needed a new fence to replace a very old, vine-covered, falling-over monstrosity of an old wood fence. Ergeon was the most responsive, clear, professional and proactive company we found to install a new fence; and we got competing estimates from about 3 other companies. They not only were very communicative before the job, to make sure all things were prepared appropriately, but they also were great the day of the job itself. Their team of workers showed up exactly on time, and completed a 71' picture-frame fence with a partial retaining wall in one working day. It was pretty amazing to watch, actually. They definitely know their stuff. The team was courteous, kind, and efficient. They asked questions when they needed to, and listened to our wishes for the job. All in all, great work, all around. Would 100% recommend them to anyone else looking for this kind of job to be done. read more

I received a quote to build a wooden fence and I signed a contract. During the pre-visit we identified an issue with sprinkler lines being in the way. Through their Project Manager; Maricarmen, Ergeon graciously released me from the contract. Once I was able to remove the obstacle I contacted the estimator (Jose) and he was more than willing to re-instate the original quote and pick up the schedule where we left off weeks ago. My new Project Manager; Emely, kept me informed and continuously touched base with me as to every next step in the schedule. The installers were on time and efficient. One crew arrived first to remove the old fence and dig the holes for the post and another crew came to install 63' of fence within one day. Great guys. I have a mentally challenged brother here with me and these guys took the time to interact with him. Something I truly appreciated. read more

Mar.15, 2025 I called Ergeon to speak about having a fence built. The agent who responded was Erika. She was persistent in trying to reach me. Finally, when we connected, I explained my concern about the city codes for fences in my area, saying that I had to know about that before talking a about a fence- style. Erika was extremely patient and very professional. She took the time to find the codes and offer suggestions about getting a permit to build. I could not have had a better agent. I had quite a dilemma, and Erika was very understanding about my situation. I had never heard of Ergeon before, but I would be attracted to Ergeon now--and this is really because of Erika and her taking the time to help me prepare for doing my fence job. I thought she was a peach. She is very bright--something I particularly appreciated--and she is very knowledgeable. read more

On November 26, 2021 I wrote a review on Ms. Emily - Project Manager, and was having technical problems with my computer, as the rating of the stars was not included. Therefore I want to take this opportunity to do so. Ms. Emily - Project Manager, was very attentive during the process with the installation. She walked me through the entire procedure, with detailed information and her willingness to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Her cheerfulness and friendliness just made it so easy to accommodate my scheduling for the work that needed to be done. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for the workers that did an excellent job on the 2 Vinyl Gates going toward my backyard which was installed on November 18th, 2021 with warranty. Looking forward to getting my driveway done next year in the Summer. ERGEON - The Best Company Ever! read more

We had been searching for a fence company for a while to replace our old and sagging fence. After looking into a few different companies we decided to go with Ergeon. From the start our contact was Alejando G and he was on top of the process. After we decided what we wanted we were introduced to our PM Rey R. Both men were on top of all of it and very responsive. Both provided exceptional service and were available to answer all questions as they came up. The install team was equally impressive. They showed up on time, completed our project, and cleaned up the site when they were finished. I highly recommend this company for fence installation. From start to finish all of people that we came in contact with were efficient, professional and great quality of work. My mom is ecstatic, and we are definitely enjoying the new fence. read more

I needed my fence replaced since it was basically falling apart. I began looking for businesses/professionals in fence renovation/rebuilding. I requested a quote online from Ergeon explaining my situation. Almost immediately I was contacted by Mario. We spoke briefly about setting up a time for someone to come survey my fence. Mario suggested actually doing this over FaceTime on my iPhone. I was able to show him my fence & what I was looking to have done. He couldn't have been nicer & more professional. I was then contacted by Roselyn who took on the rest. She set up the contractor who came over to get measurements. Finally Sergio came to do the work. He removed old fence, installed the new one. He worked hard & had it done in about 2 days. I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely recommend Ergeon to everyone. read more

I've been looking for a company to install a fence. Because of Covid and all the challenges with acquiring building materials, and contractors having more than enough work, I've had a difficult time getting a fencing company to call me back. I decided to try HomeAdvisor, and was pleasantly and promptly contacted by Ergeon Fencing & Driveways, reaching out to get more information and set up a time to talk about the details of what I was looking for. Kelly was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly. After speaking with her and giving her specifics, she contacted me back within the hour with options to be able to build a quote! So grateful to have gotten some great customer service! I look forward to working more with Kelly and Ergeon. read more

Wow! I wish I needed more than I did. Just a small repair. So bummed they only do big jobs but now I have a contractor for those future jobs! Max was so amazing listening to me ramble on about the broken fence. And Nicole, WOW! She was amazing. She listened to what I needed and we both figured my job was in need of just a few people instead of a big crew. I really appreciate her honesty and care in my need to stay in a budget. I'm a disabled veteran so instead of just taking the job she was very honest with me. I felt like I was talking to a family member. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish I needed more done at the moment. But this kind of integrity is hard to find these days. Bravo and God bless you for your help. read more

Called Ergeon for estimatefor fence. THey did not even need to send someone out for free estimate. It was all done virtual. Got their name thru Angi (Home Advisor). After estimate and we signing contract they came out and went over details they set up time for installation. We changed color and changed back no problem. Original time a they changed due to rain. They came on rescheduled day without any problems and fence installed to our satisfaction. They accept American Express and do charge 2% fee which they are really not allowed to do but that is my only issue so I will not complain. Cannot say how fence will lok years from now but it looks good now. Would definitely use this company in future. read more

I was looking for a wood fence contractor and requested a quote. I received a call within the hour from Maria with Ergeon. She was very professional and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. I was able to get a quote with multiple options within 24 hours. She supplied me with all the information including renderings of the fence styles etc. The quote came in at a great price as they were able to beat all other quotes received. Each time I had a question or needed to speak to Maria she was always available. Her professionalism is top notch and I will definitely be referring them to others in my neighborhood. Thank you Ergeon and thank you Maria specifically :-) read more

So, I requested a quote for the second time from this company (same project) I was not able to complete it the first time due to a personal issue and left them hanging. I reached out again and they were so happy to hear back from me, Honestly, I thought that was great, I was kinda expecting them to be like ugh you again, but no! They were super professional, respectful, and super service oriented. I did find the price to be better than before and the quote was very good presented. I have another unexpected situation that did not allow me to continue at this time, however, I will for sure go to them when ready (I will make sure I am ready next time, Promise) read more
