Loved the outdoor space to explore with little trikes and a playhouse, wheelbarrows, etc. There were several reading books set areas set up with books to read to your kids, a large overhead climbing area, lots of busy boards, tables set up with smaller building toys for older kids, and more!

Now the treehouse was a little bit dirty, but I think it's probably the time of the year and that it was really damp and wet during our visit. There's a place for you to have lunch. The employees there were more than helpful and friendly . Facility was very clean and well organized.

Eleanor indulged in pizza, snacks, and crumbl cookies with her friends that attended the party, then it was time to open presents. She had very many exciting expressions while opening presents then sang happy birthday and off they went to go play. Eleanor enjoyed the pirate ship swinging back-and-forth with Nevaeh. Miss Avery enjoyed her time in the toddlers ball pit, but Nathaniel not so much he did not like it and started crying. And Scarlett left with a gorgeous cotton candy butterfly. I believe Eleanor had a very good time today with her friends! Happy 6th birthday, Eleanor. If you're looking for a birthday party event for a young child, I would highly recommend this indoor playcenter you can rent a room out have it for 2 1/2 hours. Pick your food choices for each child and then they have unlimited play. They have a toddlers area for three and under. every person does have to sign a waiver online if you're going for a birthday party you have to RSVP online. They have a wonderful snack bar with lots of food options, chicken wraps, mozzarella sticks, pizza, coffee, Café and more. This spot takes the fun of a play place, adds a bounce house, ride and rock climbing. As a parent, one of my favorite things is that they have food...and not just snacks, but salads, chicken, pizza and snacks too. We can stay most of the day and the kids will get all their energy out without being starving when we leave. I just wish it was not as expensive (and closer)!

This is probably the origin of the phrase, 'the kids are bouncing off the walls.' Found ourselves here for a birthday party on a particularly busy winter Sunday afternoon. We've been to other trampoline parks, but again, this one has that sort of extra unhinged energy. It's not quite as expansive as some. It's almost like a dog park for kids. You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. Definitely a place parents in the area will find via birthday party or winter boredom at some point.

The teen who checked us in was nice and explanatory. I found a place to sit and watch our belongings while the kids played. They had a good time playing, but the six-year-old did twist her ankle a bit. I purchased the 90 minute play pass and three pairs of socks and it came to $84. I kept looking for people who worked there and I only saw one other male teen walking around briefly and then start working behind the snack counter. My oldest granddaughter said there was one person watching the dodgeball area, but that was it. I think they do need more people that watch for infractions of the rules because those infractions tend to get other kids hurt. Also, some kids took over play areas and were on specific cloth swings for a whole hour when their rules when you sign in specifically say not to do that. I would say that the place is more suited for ages 10 and up because there were even quite a few teens there. Also, no one is really rotating the people out for the shorter play passes so the amount of kids just keeps getting larger.

Shout Out to Service Beyond Measure -- All Thanks to Milla…read more Let me be honest. Kids' birthday parties at event venues are usually something I brace myself for, not something I look forward to. I showed up simply to support my friend and celebrate her daughter Olivia, fully prepared for noise, chaos, and a long countdown to cake. Then Milla stepped in and completely flipped the script. From the moment we arrived, Milla set the tone. She greeted everyone with genuine warmth and confidence, the kind that instantly puts both kids and adults at ease. No one was rushed, no one was overlooked. She had a calm command of the room and made it clear she truly cared about the experience we were having. Milla didn't just manage the party, she elevated it. She was patient with the kids, attentive with the adults, and carried a bright, authentic smile the entire time. Not once did it feel forced. Watching her interact with everyone, it was obvious she was raised with strong values and an even stronger work ethic. She went above and beyond in every sense, anticipating needs before they were voiced and making the entire event run effortlessly. I even found myself telling other guests, without hesitation, that I would hire her in a heartbeat. It's funny how sometimes the biggest lesson in customer service comes from the youngest person in the room. Milla turned an event I expected to tolerate into one I truly enjoyed. Service beyond measure wasn't just a phrase yesterday. It was Milla.

It's pretty dirty. Especially the toddler areas, the toy shelves are coated with dust and dirt.read more
