They have wonderfully made play sets that are very sturdy and high quality. Our grandson enjoyed trying out all of them and the mini basket ball court and trampolines. I highly recommend for fun and for purchase for a backyard.

The one my parents installed in their backyard in the 90s lasted three kids and over 20 years with regular maintenance. When it came time for us to look into a swingset for our daughters as tempted as I was by the kidcraft DIY ones at Costco, we ended up going with Rainbow simply because the kidcraft wooden playhouse in our backyard has been up for maybe three years and LOOKS it. We were a bit worried about how something we DIY might hold up so we figured we'd pay a bit more and go this route. First of all these things are expensive. There is no way around that. The website always says things are heavily discounted, like it never changes cost and is always on sale, so I think it's just the way they try to get you to pull the trigger - like OH it's not actually 7grand, it's ONLY 2 grand. I'd prefer they just be a bit more transparent on that, but I appreciate that it could be more. Once we were sold on the unit we wanted we decided to make the trek out to Olathe to see it in person and make sure we knew what we were doing. It was April, and honestly we were wanting to move quickly so we could have one installed early in the summer season. There is conflicting information on when they are open online - in some places it says they have hours on Sundays and on others it says they are closed. We couldn't figure out what the case was so we went there and they were closed to the public. The door was open and we thought oh, maybe we could just speak with a sales person but nobody was around so we just went home and ordered the one we wanted online. Now, their website is a bit dated but it worked okay. It was a little scary placing an order this big in this way, but we had no other time to get out to Olathe in the near future and decided it was worth it. Again, IRL would have been better because I would have asked about small add ons like a pirate telescope and baby swing, neither of which you can just add on via their website. At any rate, we made the purchase and a rep from their team was in contact with me by Monday morning which really impressed me! She told me the timeframe we'd be looking at and what to expect next. As the timeframe of 3-5 week delivery creeped into the three week mark I emailed asking about next steps and didn't hear back for several days. The following week I emailed again, and again no response so I called. Calling prompted an email and we got it scheduled and ultimately installed pretty quickly at that point. The installer was SO NICE and so fast. It was insanely impressive how they get these things up quickly. The main thing here is that these are impressive, well made, playsets. The folks working here are very kind, and thoughtful. Sometimes things just move slower than you might want, or you might have to reach out to get questions answered. Would I recommend Rainbow? For sure! Could they turn this into a 5 star experience with a few small tweaks? Absolutely. If you're not me though, learn from me, and go on a Saturday, talk to the sales people and I'm sure you'll have a smoother experience.

Eleanor indulged in pizza, snacks, and crumbl cookies with her friends that attended the party, then it was time to open presents. She had very many exciting expressions while opening presents then sang happy birthday and off they went to go play. Eleanor enjoyed the pirate ship swinging back-and-forth with Nevaeh. Miss Avery enjoyed her time in the toddlers ball pit, but Nathaniel not so much he did not like it and started crying. And Scarlett left with a gorgeous cotton candy butterfly. I believe Eleanor had a very good time today with her friends! Happy 6th birthday, Eleanor. If you're looking for a birthday party event for a young child, I would highly recommend this indoor playcenter you can rent a room out have it for 2 1/2 hours. Pick your food choices for each child and then they have unlimited play. Inspired by Simone Biles and the 2024 Olympics, my kid has jumped in (cartwheeled in?) with both feet. Straight up, the lobby and bathroom areas need to be cleaner and I'll stand by that. But the rest of it is pretty nice overall. The teacher seems great and has control of the group. The times I've watched my semi-trepidacious daughter here, I've noticed they move at a pace that doesn't allow for a lot of fear which is important. They sort of just get after it and settle in from there, always a good approach. I can't say we'll go here for a long time based on the distance, but we may because my daughter loves it and we're continuing with it despite the distance for us to travel each week.

The floors were gross in the party room and I included a picture of one of the chairs. This was it at the start of our party. There weren't trash cans in the party room, which was frustrating. We spilled some water and when I used a paper towel to clean it up it was brown. The whole place needs a deep clean! Also, the party time is short. One hour is not enough time. If they need to clean the party rooms before the next party they should allow the kids to go back and play for another 30 min to make it a 2 hour party. This place has potential!

We have been exploring different toddler friendly areas and play cafes in the area. I love that this is only 10 minutes away from my in laws house! Super close which is a nice plus. I prepaid online, and wasn't sure how big it would be or anything. It was pretty busy when we got there. Check in was super easy since we did everything online including the waiver. There are no shoes allowed in the play area, which was fine. Everything was clean and I loved that they had a basket for toys that needed to be sanitized. We arrived later than we had planned but it worked out in our favor. It cleared out before we left since it was nap time. It was nice and quiet before we left. Lots of unique toys I have no seen before. And everyone was so nice! Such a cute concept! SO many toys. My son had so much fun playing and walking around and exploring the room. We didn't get to try the food. But I did get a drink and it was delicious. I got the chocolate chai with oatmilk. It was nice to have a drink while watching my son play. It was a nice way to get out. It wore my son out. He was so exhausted afterwards, which was a win for us. We will definitely be back during our next visit to town.

I'd advise taking care with fish- they use RO water, so drip acclimation will be necessary if you're on KC tap water. The Pygmy's cories I got from them were healthy, but they needed a slow acclimation to be put into my quarantine. They're now in the display. They're knowledgeable about their fish and plants (I'd assume salt water as well, but I don't have a saltwater tank, so I can't say one way or the other). The plants I've purchased from them have been great, except for one buce brownie tissue culture that melted and hasn't come back, but apparently my tank doesn't like buce, because I've tired multiple times, and buce melts and never come back, so I don't fault them for that. Their plants are nearly always in good shape and happy. I did buy some downoi that was super leggy, and so I trimmed it to use only the best of it. It's there, in the tank, and I'm watching to see what it does. But the tissue culture of the downoi I got from them really took off, and is propagating just fine. Their cost is in line with online sellers when you factor in shipping. I'll continue to use them. I've been pleased with the knowledge of the employees and their locality.

It took a long time setting up a party video that played for a few minutes and some of the pictures on it were blurry and only of the same three kids when there were 12 total. The inflatables were okay but felt a little bit dirty and not fully inflated to me. We had fun with all the friends that invited us but I personally would probably not come back on my own or host anything here. The arcade games in the rooms seemed funny placement to me especially since they weren't free and definitely overstimulated with all the toys in the front of the store when you first arrived. Bathroom okay but the pressure of the sink was very high and sprayed all over.
