I am very happy with this company and my ring purchase! I was trying to decide between two rings, one with Eragem and one with Brilliant Earth. In the end, Eragem's customer service won me over. I received very fast personal and thorough responses to all of my emails, unlike the many other companies I spoke with. The ring was resized and shipped to me within only a couple of days after purchase. I will purchase from this company again and again! read more

I just bought another vintage piece from Eragem and it arrived this morning. I adore it! My new 1920's white gold and diamond bracelet has blue glass inlays and is the perfect piece for my "something blue" for my wedding next month. It fits like a glove and is in really great condition given that it's a few years shy of being 100 years old. If you are a vintage jewelry lover Eragem really does have the best out there and they have excellent customer service. read more

I recently had the privilege of dealing with Michael Magnotti of Weston Jewelry after finding a ring on their website that I absolutely fell in love with and had to have! Not only were they accommodating in price, but they also included a GIA appraisal and offered to size the ring for me. I was certainly impressed with the personalized service, fast shipping, and the quality of the ring I purchased. I wear it daily and receive so many compliments as it truly is one of a kind! Thank you Thank you Thank you Weston Jewlery! read more

EraGem was an absolute gem to work with! I bought my fiancé her ring from here and the customer service was excellent. It is a bit nerve wrecking to buy anything really expensive online, especially a wedding ring. But EraGem put me at ease with their prompt communication and answered all my questions. I highly recommend buying from EraGem because of their quality and transparency when it comes to certified gem documents. They priority shipped me my ring and it was available the next day in Los Angeles, CA! read more

Mark and the team at Eragem helped me pick out an engagement ring, and later a wedding band that my fiance completely loves! I came in with a few engagement rings picked out to look at, and when none seemed right, Mark asked a few questions and we quickly got to one that stood out because it was beautiful and had a uniqueness that I was confident my fiance would appreciate. She did! :) This first browsing experience was excellent, and the customer service after the purchase was exceptional. I highly recommend this team if you are looking for a ring for any occasion. read more

Purchased a diamond ring in June from Michael. At first I was a bit tentative about such an order. However I am happy to report it was a fabulous experience. Had it examined by an expert and it was exactly as described. I would definitely purchase again from Era Gem. Michael B. read more

Definitely one of the best places to shop for unique and vintage rings Michael was great to work with, no pressure sales, very casual throughout the process while being very informative at the same time -- their website is fantastic at displaying their inventory, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted going in, but he was happy to show me any ring I wanted to see. Would happily recommend them to anyone read more

I lost my engagement ring and was absolutely devastated just before the pandemic. I was able to replace it with a gorgeous ring from Eragem and couldn't be happier. Because I had such a positive experience, we decided to upgrade my band. Unfortunately, it was too large and could not be resized and I had to return it. Eragem has incredible customer service and made this process seamless, even during the pandemic. I will definitely remain a loyal customer! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! We wanted to have a unique engagement ring and we found it here at EraGem. We found the ring we both had in mind and another one I couldn't live without! We needed the ring in three days, not only did Michael have both rings sized but delivered a day early and at not additional cost to us! Both rings arrived in beautiful boxes and looked just like on the site. I look at the site almost every day looking for a ring that I will be able to wear on vacation so I don't have to worry about damaging my wedding ring. I look forward to being able to deal with Michael again. He was pleasant, professional and very quick to respond to our emails, even after hours. I have referred everyone I know that is looking for something special and unique. We will start our family tradition with the rings we bought from EraGem! Thank you Michael! We will talk again, I hope soon! Brian & Donna read more

I was really worried about purchasing on line. I found these earrings and really wanted them - they were appraised at quite more that I paid - I took them to my local jeweler because I had 60 days to return...they were appraised at 1000.00 more that the original appraisal and 2200.00 more than I paid. I am really impressed and the items they have are beautiful... I just like to window shop there from time to time ( on my computer of course - I live in Athens Ga.) read more

My fiance and I found the most beautiful wedding set for me at EraGem! I created a Wish List on their website and scheduled an appointment the next day. I tried on several things and found the perfect set, within our price range. No high pressure sales, everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. I can't recommend them higher! read more

Had a fantastic customer service experience with this jeweler. My fiance picked out a ring that I loved, but after a few days wearing it we noticed there was a slight asymmetry in the band. We emailed them a picture, they immediately sent us a packing slip and were able to ship it back to be repaired. They reassured us that if we were unhappy with how it looked after the repair, we would still be entitled to a full refund. Luckily, it came back looking great, they even overnight shipped it once it was ready. We have nothing but positive things to say about them and obviously they have a beautiful selection. Would highly recommend. read more

I searched through yelp to find a local place to sell my wedding set. Many of the reviews were hit or miss as far as selling goes. I really liked Weston's website and the selection of jewelry they had available for purchase, but they had no reviews for the sale of items. So I took a chance. I was so pleased with the whole experience. I knew roughly what my item was worth and they met my expectation and then some. They treated me with the same respect and attention as they would have if I were making a purchase. And now I know where to look if I am in the market to buy. read more

I bought the engagement ring here, and I was very satisfied with my experience. It was easy and comfortable to negotiate the price with them. read more

We had a ring from my husband's grandmother that we decided to sell. I came across EraGem (formerly Weston Jewelry) while doing an online search for local vintage jewelry shops, and called to ask if I could bring the ring in to have someone tell me a little more about it. I spoke with Michael, and he told me that he would be happy to help me out; he said I could just email him photos and he would get back to me. He was very quick to respond, as well as very informative about some of the characteristics of the ring that we didn't know. I had taken the ring to a couple other places to get estimates on what they would pay us, but decided to sell it to EraGem based on how helpful they had already been. Not only was their purchase offer significantly higher than anywhere else I had gone, but I felt comfortable leaving the ring with people I knew were professional, friendly, and would definitely find it a great new home! I would not only recommend EraGem to someone with jewelry they might be interested in selling, but also to anyone who is in the market to buy new jewelry - they have some absolutely stunning pieces, and I can speak from experience when I say you will be treated very well! read more

I recently sold some vintage pieces to the fellows at EraGem, and couldn't be happier with the experience. They thoughtfully considered all the pieces I brought in, and offered me an excellent price for them. If you have quality pieces to sell, I'd definitely bring them here! read more

I have sold several pieces of jewelry through EraGem and have always been treated very well. A price is negotiated before the consignment sale, so you always know what you will receive. Other places will sell based on a percentage so it becomes a bit of a lottery. Michael and Maslow know their market and their products. The photos, cleaning and write-ups will highlight and sell your piece. It may take a while to find the right buyer if the piece is like Cinerella's slipper, but I wouldn't sell my good pieces with anyone else. Several of mine sold within a month. I can't praise them enough. Their help and care is SO appreciated. I would give them 10 out 5 stars if I could! read more

My experience at EraGem was beautiful. I'd been to other businesses looking to sell my gold and Michael gave the best offer by several hundred dollars. He and his staff were very kind and respectful. One of the items I sold to him was my recently passed mother's vintage watch - I was surprised at how difficult it was to literally hand it to him and the deep emotions that came up. Michael honored my grief and told me that the diamonds in the watch would be fashioned into engagement rings - symbolizing new beginnings. Do yourself a huge favor and come to Michael to sell, buy, repair your jewelry. Incredibly positive experience. read more

My partner just purchased the ring I wanted from EraGem. We haven't received the order yet but I am eager to leave a glowing positive review for the support and quick response I received from Michael, Maslow, and Mark. We don't live in the area but through my obsessive scouring of the interwebs, I knew that the ring I wanted was with EraGem. They honestly have the most beautiful, unique, and classy selection of sapphire engagement rings and the prices are incredibly fair. In trying to narrow down and decide on the exact ring I wanted, they were happy and willing to spend time on the phone and talk through the different options, and send me comprehensive videos and photos (on 3 separate occasions to boot) so I can research and compare. I never felt any pressure and really appreciated their warm, approachable, and helpful service. read more

I highly recommend Eragem when selling your jewelry. I had tried several other business' but they did not appreciate the value of my Van Cleef vintage cocktail ring like Michael at Eragem did. My entire experience was very professional. Michael was easily reached anytime I tried to contact him. Eragem showcased my ring, and sold it, on their jewelry consignment website. Don't waste your time with anyone else, I know I will DEFINITELY go back to Eragem in the future. read more

This Christmas I wanted to get my wife a sapphire cocktail ring preferably vintage. Something with character. I stumbled onto Eragem's website. I "Yelped" them and saw others give good reviews. I found about 10 big blue sapphire rings that were all perfect for her and in my price range. They have a large inventory, and they are all really great pieces. Not a hit or miss selection. I found they were local to me so I didn't need to use shipping services but the whole experience was some of the best service I've experienced. They are very low pressure sales, and in the end I spent less than I was expecting and they helped us with free fitting services all through to the end of the process. I am very impressed and happy to give them my money, and my wife loves her ring. She gets compliments nearly everyday. A very win-win situation. Thanks to Michael and Eragem! read more

My fiance surprised me and purchased my engagement ring from EraGem. I hadn't found anything that felt like me on other online sites, and I knew that the jewelry chain stores probably wouldn't be the right fit for me. I wanted something unique but timeless. He came across EraGem on his own, and I couldn't be happier! My ring is gorgeous and timeless. It feels like "me". When we went to have it re-sized, I was happily surprised at how friendly and personable Michael and Weston were. The resizing was complimentary (so nice!) and on time. I'm so excited to have my ring back and to where it every day for the rest of my life :) read more

We just purchased my engagement ring from Eragem. I had viewed their website (which is excellent), and appreciated their antique rings as well as their range in pricing. They do sell beautiful higher end items, but they also have very reasonably priced rings. We emailed with Michael the owner, and set up an appointment to view the rings. Michael had the rings ready to view upon our arrival, and we had a very nice and casual time with his brother who viewed the rings with us and guided us through the purchase. Once we decided on the ring, Michael and his brother were very accommodating with our two payment methods. Not only accommodating, but patient. They definitely worked outside the box to help us get our ring home that night. Thankfully the ring fit without resizing, but they would have provided a complimentary resizing as well. I will definitely send friends and family their way! Thank you Eragem!! read more

I just purchased a second ring from EraGem and could not be happier with both the ring and the overall experience. I found a new Gucci white gold ring with diamonds on their website. EraGem does an amazing job of purchasing both new and vintage jewelry so your purchase is sure to be unique, high quality and an amazing value. Short Version: There was a hiccup in the purchase of my engagement ring and the people at EraGem went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I could not be happier with the final product!!!! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and AMAZING customer service! We will be back to buy my fiances wedding band for sure! Long Version: I live in Seattle, a short drive to the store's Bellevue location, but my fiance & I have opposite work schedules right now and there wasn't a good time for us to go into the shop together. I had read about EraGem on the internet and how they had quick shipping and a no hassle return policy so over Memorial Day weekend we looked through the website and picked a beautiful wedding set. We ordered the ring and I anxiously awaited it's arrival! Since I had ordered it over a three day weekend I called Tuesday morning to confirm they had received the order and our payment. The man I spoke with told me he had received the order and was waiting to hear back from the store they were consigning the ring for so he could go and pick it up. I was delighted to hear that everything was going well and looked forward to seeing my ring in person the next day. A few hours later, I received a call from EraGem. The man I had spoke with earlier in the afternoon explained that the store they were consigning from could not locate the ring. Since the ring I chose was vintage, there was no way to get another one. I was understandably disappointed but had already had another major issue in the wedding planning process so I got over the initial shock quickly. I called my mom, who works in Bellevue, and she met me at the store about a half an hour before closing. When we got there Maslo (sp?) greeted us at the door. From the moment we walked in he was so apologetic for the mix-up. He explained how years ago when the business started, they consigned for a number of stores but as time went on they began stocking more product in house and terminating their relationships with the stores one by one. He said the store who had "my ring" was their last partner store and they were terminating the relationship with them due to this incident. Maslo took us over to the back counter and had a ring box filled with the rest of the rings from my wishlist. He told me that they would let me pick any of my other choices for the same price as the set I had chosen. Some of the rings were priced quite a bit higher then the original set. I tried on the rings in the box and found one I liked but wasn't "in love" with. It was the style I wanted but I have long/fat fingers and it was a solitaire so it looked really small on my hand. I think Maslo could tell that I wasn't blown away and he brough out a couple more options he thought I would like. I saw one right away that I liked and when I put it on I knew it was "the one". Then we looked at some wedding bands to make a set since there wasn't a matching band for the ring I picked. After looking through quite a few bands, I settled on a simple plain white gold band. Maslo wrote instructions for the jeweler to shave down the band to match the rounded style of the engagement ring. Once we decided on the rings, Maslo even took me outside to see what they would look like in natural lighting. He was so helpful through the entire process and really made me feel like he truly cared about my happiness with the product. I was so relieved when I left the store as I felt I got an amazing wedding set for a spectacular price. I picked up the final product a few days ago and am so satisfied with how they turned out. Best customer service I have received in years! Truly a pleasure to work with. read more

Accommodating, honest, true professionals. I would not take valuable jewelry anywhere else. No one will take care of you like Eragem.

My bride looked all over Seattle for rings and finally found Eragem which specializes in vintage jewelry. Their business is mainly online, but they will also serve walk in customers. After a tiny prong broke on the wedding ring that I bought for her at Eragem and several small diamonds fell out and were lost, Eragem replaced the stones and repaired the ring without any charge. read more
