I think the owner, Delon, forgets that we are ALL homeowners and that our opinion matters. If I owned a single family home and the lack of care was given I would never hire them again. I continue to be hopeful that the company will do a better job but they don't. Because I do not make decisions on who is hired I cannot stop the HOA from hiring them. However, I can and do continue to voice my disappointment and frustration. If you care about the time and money you put into your landscaping do not hire this company.

The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but didn't do it. It's discouraging, the patio looks nice but it's the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.

Unfortunately, the quality of this job was subpar, and the gravel work washed out completely within weeks. I reached out to him multiple times for a resolution via text and voicemail with no response. When I finally heard back, he refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed me for the results--citing the weather (rain?!) and my budget (which I never actually gave him). In reality, I accepted both his estimate and his plan without question, paid in full immediately, and even offered to pay more if he would simply correct his work after it first began to fail - just two days after it was completed. This, despite the fact that I was promised the work would last several years. Eric does not stand behind his work, he makes false promises and ghosts clients when there's a problem, and then resorts to excuses and blaming the customer rather than offering solutions. Other contractors who reviewed the job confirmed that the grading and compaction were not done properly. A properly compacted and graded gravel driveway would not erode after a single rainstorm. One review mentions he's nice, and he is, when things go well. I'm nice too, but I don't tolerate being taken advantage of. If you decide to roll the dice on your project, don't be surprised when the 'nice guy' disappears. UPDATE: Eric responded by attempting to discredit me personally and deflect from the actual issue. So let me be clear: I paid in full the day after the work was completed (job finished 6/4, Zelle sent 6/5). I accepted both his estimate and his plan without negotiating and was told the work would last for years. When it failed after a single rainstorm, I offered to pay more if he would fix it. I never asked for extra work, I said I'd wait and see how it held up, and reached out again when it clearly didn't. He ignored multiple texts and voicemails for weeks and only responded after I posted this review. And yes, I have everything documented as well. As for his attempt to attack my review history: I welcome anyone to read my other reviews. They are detailed, honest, and thoughtful reflections of my experiences - positive or negative. The list of issues with the project we paid for is long, so I will share a few key points. First, they did not do what we paid them a significant sum to do. Second, they damaged our brand new fence and refused to reimburse us the $945.00 we had to pay to get it fixed. Third, we requested they remove 2 Facebook posts advertising their business that featured our property. One of the posts included our young child, and it took several requests until they finally removed it. The second post has not been removed as of this date. We hired Steve Santini thinking that his business was well-established and we were willing to pay a higher amount than quoted by others to have the work done properly. Unfortunately, we made a significant mistake. Steve ordered his workers to deviate from the agreed upon design and contractual agreement without consulting us. In the end, we had to hire a different landscaping company to fix what Santini did to our property.
