Similar experience as others. Hired for snow removal. Very poor job, sections of driveway not done multiple times. We signed the contract with the promise of a specific arrival time cutoff due to commute timing and it was never met. Won't come to clean if snowfall at his headquarters is under 3 inches, but if its 3.5 at your house, you're screwed. Averaging out what we paid this season, we're talking payment of just over $400 per plow. Insane. We won't renew for next season, that's for sure. Do the job right, and charge a fair price. We were loyal customers for several seasons. The work began fine, however the quality fell off fairly quickly. Sections of lawn were unmowed. Areas were not trimmed. Most common was the excess grass clippings were left on top of my lawn to turn brown and suffocate the lawn below instead of being blown off. I'd send pics and ask for someone to come rectify the areas we were unhappy with, but that was met with excuses and rarely any effort from them. Final straw was when communication fell off and they stopped showing in the middle of this mowing season. Would never recommend or use their services again. read more

Shawn is terrific, I stopped offering lawn service a few years ago and had problems finding someone to refer lawn maintenance too. I met Shawn a few months ago and have been sending him everyone since. He polite and personable. Makes it a point to get back to you quickly and most importantly does great work! read more
