We went a different direction with the job, so this review cannot speak to their work. But I felt the need to leave them a review because of the professionalism of their communication. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

You don't vandalize people's neighborhood and expect they will call you with business. I called him and asked him to remove the signs. He said he would come take them down but never did. If he won't spend 10 minutes removing his signs, you think he will come back to help you when there is a problem with his tile work? No thanks.

Throughout the job, he kept us updated with progress pics, etc. When he was done, he cleaned up to the point where you couldn't tell any work was just done there. We wanted to have someone install porcelain tile in our bathrooms. We'd already purchased the…read moretiles and grout we wanted to use. After getting three estimates, we went with Pro Floors. We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed.
