We went a different direction with the job, so this review cannot speak to their work. But I felt the need to leave them a review because of the professionalism of their communication. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

I cannot say enough about how much Andrew's professionalism transformed a pressure laden experience --the intrusion was discovered days before a scheduled move-in! He and his team began demolition on a Friday a week later committing to balancing safe demolition and mitigation with a minimal delay in move in. Our interactions in the subsequent weeks were marked by everything you could ask of a contractor--pro active communication, budget consciousness, flexibility, timeliness, ultimately commitment to delivering an aesthetically elevated final product in the midst of multiple moving pieces! He literally rescued our bathroom remodel as our first contractor completely dropped the ball and then went dark on us. We interviewed multiple contractors, and Andrew was the only one that was able to articulate specific solutions and how he would implement them to make our vision a reality. He was able to correct the mistakes the previous contractor made, and on top of that was one of the most competitive bids we received. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me and my family to have Andrew help us out. Also - as you can tell from the other reviews, he is genuinely a kind, patient, and caring individual, and a family man. Thank you, Andrew!!

The work turned out beautifully, the quality was excellent, and the team completed everything efficiently. Don, the project manager, was communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive. Compared with the other estimates I received, NG Floors was easily the best value for the money. My uncle, who is a general contractor, was pleasantly surprised by how great of a deal I received. I also really appreciated their flexibility with financing. At the time, they did not have an established financing partner, but after I asked about financing options, they went out of their way to build a relationship with a lending bank so I could finance my project. That level of effort meant a lot to me. I would definitely use NG Floors again for future projects, especially now that I know they handle home remodeling in addition to flooring. Thanks, Don!

He zip tied them to the community's lamp posts about eight feet high and the HOA needed a ladder to remove them. Why anyone would hire a clown who does advertising this way is beyond me. Does he really believe he will get people to call him for his "best tile" job? Nobody in our neighborhood will use this company. You don't vandalize people's neighborhood and expect they will call you with business. I called him and asked him to remove the signs. He said he would come take them down but never did. If he won't spend 10 minutes removing his signs, you think he will come back to help you when there is a problem with his tile work? No thanks.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.
