The machine arrived looking good. I called a tech to come out here as it was not running smoothly. The tech told me the forlift basically had no water and no oil. He seem very worried about the engine having damage. When I called my Rep Brandon he said, oh well, they will just pay for the tech's time he took to service and top off the forklift. These people lied to me. Sold me something they did not even look over. I got the wool pulled over my eyes and Brandon the rep just keeps saying it is what it is. I asked if they would maybe compensate me with something and he said absolutely not. I have no idea how long this forklift will last now or what internal damage has occured. I will never ever trust buying a forklift from these people again. My business will be with Toyota from now on. I also did mention this to them and Brandon's own words were, good for you.

I have a riding lawn mower that stopped working. Billy came and loaded it up to take to his shop…read moreand look at it. When Billy returned it I essentially had a brand new lawn mower. He got it to start, replaced the blade, fixed the wheels, drained out my old gas, put new gas in it and cleaned it up to the point it no longer looked like my beat-up machine --- it looked brand new. My spouse always cut the grass, but he had a stroke so that left me to learn this new contraption. Billy patiently showed me how to start and drive the lawn mower and how to cut the grass. He was fantastic !! Highly recommend !
