Established in 2009.
My first job post-engineering school in the early 80s was a Schlumberger field engineer. Those two years were the most intense and maturing of my life. Fresh from Columbia, I was unprepared for the rugged, hands-on demands of the oil industry.
I went from Homer to a 24-inch pipe wrench fast. Shifts were brutal up to 36 hours straight but Schlumberger emphasized safety.
Better tools brought continuous improvement, making work safer and less stressful. This proved that investing in good tooling benefits both employees and the bottom line. Many still ignore this, costing lives and efficiency.
I learned that field personnel are the key. How they feel valued directly impacts success. Making their lives safer and less stressful benefits everyone, including investors, through a sustained, mutual relationship.

As the General Manager of Enerteq Solutions, I develop and execute strategies to expand our presence and impact in the global energy market. With over 9 years of experience in this role, I have established and nurtured strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors in over 15 countries, delivering innovative products and technologies that enhance the safety and efficiency of field work.
I lead a team of professionals who share my passion for providing solutions that meet the diverse needs and challenges of the energy industry. We work with small to medium manufacturers and inventors who have limited international experience, and we offer them outsourced sales and marketing management, business development, and consulting. We also leverage our location in the Texas Gulf Coast region, where we have access to the centers of innovation and best practices in the energy sector.
