We received quote of $13,000 plus a daily labor wage for workers of $7.50 per hour, per worker. Unbelievable! We ended up doing the estate sale ourselves and it was quite successful.

We have not had one issue since they left. I am very glad we found them. Everyone is great from Cindy who answered my husband's call to Sean who came out same day. I took it back to them thinking that they would probably cover it or take something off when I got ready to pick it up. It was supposed to be two weeks and ended up being one month - they charge me $165 to change the carburetor again the carburetor was only about 30 bucks. They charge me over $130 in labor and parts. You would think that they would not charge me as much labor being that it hasn't even been a year since the carburetor was changed last time. Don't waste your time. My mistake, dropping it off to them a second time and I will never go back to them again. I had to insist they give me at least a 30 warranty in which they wrote in.

From the start to the end, Jason worked the channels to get me into a New Kabota. I live in Pearland and work crazy hours and Jason kept tabs on the deal as it was being worked out. It seems that Kabota (Ewald) is not competitive from store to store. Customer service is a Standard. And great quality product! I picked up my New unit at EWald Webester store. Joel and the Manager stayed late just for me. Joel and i went over the unit and gave it a thumbs up. any questions our comments i had Joel was on it. At that moment i was his most important customer.
