They showed up on time and were ready to go. I made a small change to the install. They told me they could do it and it was only $50 more. Very appreciative of the work they done. Now i will not have to worry about my computers tripping breakers all the time. My main system if fully up and running will use over 1300 watts. That is why my breakers kept tripping. I asked them to use 10aug wiring for the new plugins. with 20amp breakers. Which would seem like over kill to some people but for me it's future proofing in case I have to shift to 240 plug ins at 30 amps. I would not hesitate to hire this company again in the future which will be down the road.

EXCEPT they only pushed the plumber and I still had to wait on the electrician. So Saturday and Sunday..both shot. Not what I had planned. Saturday, the electrician came... charged me a diagnostic fee then gave me further quotes all of which were way more than I had planned on to change out three outlets. So $250 later, I've had no work done. Sunday, the plumber comes but can't complete the work because of something. I don't remember, but, okay, fine. We can do Monday. BUT apparently not. Significantly after the time he was supposed to be here, I'm told (only after I ask) that he's not coming. Well, once again, I try to roll with the circumstances. Then they tell me Thurs between 4 and 5. No one showed. They have overcharged me, stood me up, ghosted me...I've got oodles of texts as proof. I found a rental forklift on the Champion website, call to confirm the availability and the price, and drive down there to pick it up. They try to charge me way more than the posted and confirmed price and I raised a fuss with them. I wound up have to have it delivered which wasn't their fault as it wouldn't go up the ramps on my trailer. After receiving the final invoice, they had charged me for insurance which I didn't ask for and which wasn't even mentioned when I was at the counter and some misc BS fee. I called to complain again and the guy on the phone pulled up the invoice and couldn't even tell me what the misc charge was for and told me to call back Monday. I didn't follow up and decided to just never return and warn others not to rent from these idiots. You can tell they're in transition from one management team to another and it's not going well.

I called Mark as soon as the power was back on - needless to say he was busy they were out within a couple of days. He personally checked the equipment provided various options for me to select from. Once decided the equipment was secured and beautifully installed. He oversaw the installation and we chatted where he shared his focus on family and his commitment to not do business on the weekend and devote that time to family - I was impressed!! Two years later the pump motor starts eating capacitors then fails completely (on a Saturday of course) so I call Mark knowing he won't answer on the weekend but will return the call promptly on Monday which is exactly what happened. He had a technician out the next morning to look at the pump and confirm it was a warranty issue, he then worked with the manufacturer to get a new motor out and installed at zero cost to me. He communicated with me daily on the status of the parts, worked with the vendor to get a motor expedited and get me back online. All in all and excellent experience! To the reviewer who complained that they do not respond to pool "emergencies" on the weekend I have to shake my head - it's certainly a first world problem to consider not having a pump system running on your personal pool over the weekend an "emergency". I applaud Mark and his team for not only their work but their appreciation of and support for their families - no one will die if your pool system is down for the weekend (the water will still be there)

They are definitely not the cheapest but we felt like we were paying for quality service. (Although Mark refuses to respond to emergencies on the weekend since that is "his time".) Other than that, everything was going well. Until recently, Unified was out cleaning the pool and the technician for some reason couldn't get the spa blower to turn off. Well the circuit board had short circuited. Thankfully we had someone here remodeling our bathroom and he was able to help the technician get it off. Mark arrived and reasoned that our variable speed motor that he advised us to purchase and was installed by him was not getting the power it needed. He stated and I quote "when he installed the motor for us they didn't know that the amps in the breaker box needed to be 20 and we only had the motor on a 15amp. (Well hell it's your job to know that before you install NOT mine.) Our circuit board had shorted out and needed to be replaced for $1500+. In addition we needed to run a new line from the breaker box to the pool because we had to up the amps and that was another $3000+(not an electrician so lingo might be a bit off). We advised Mark that he didn't let us know about the electrical side that was needed and asked him if he would offset some of the cost since now we have to pay for both a circuit board and to run the line! This man said he will have to back out and discontinue our services! He canceled our services and left us with a pool that we couldn't turn on. I simply couldn't believe it. BE WARY OF BUSINESSES WHO CANT STAND BY THEIR WORK.
