After it was delivered, they kept the lawnmower for several weeks. When I received a phone call I went over to the shop. The owner told me I needed a tune up. The oil was black. The filter was dirty. I tuned the lawnmower a week before I had it delivered. He marched out to the lawnmower and told me I was wrong. He took off the filter cover and it was brand new! He still argued with me and he charged me for the tune up!!! I do not know how to add a photo, but the blade is an old, used blade. It does NOT cut. I wonder if he even changed the blade!? Did they even check for damage to the engine due to the fact i ran over an object. Untrustworthy. I went back to dispute the charges. The blade is at least 3/4 rusted. He told me I was wrong. i have to mow the lawn twice. And then weed eat over the entire area. Blades of grass are sticking up randomly. he implied I was lying.

On top of the lack of follow through, a few days after posting the initial review, my bed collapsed in the middle of the night. After coming to and realized what happened, I looked and the platform was installed upside down and the supports never tightened. It's fine if you don't want to assemble things, but A. Don't advertise that you will and B. If you don't assemble it, do not put the mattress and box springs on it so that it looks ready to use! I've now spent double what it cost to move replacing and fixing things they broke.
