I applied for a credit app was told would be a few hours. Called a few hours later talked to the…read moremanager to ask about my app since I needed the equipment immediately. He said he would check on it then return my call shortly. Several hours later by 5:14 no call. Went to United the next day got the equipment no problem. I called corporate and left a message on their machine, still no response back. Finally got a response back that I'm approved...to late already rented from someone else. I understand that people get busy but I had explained to the manager that it was needed immediately so I lost a day of work because they didn't get back with me. So no I don't recommend them, they cost me money losing work

The service here leaves much to be desired. I have attempted to rent from here more than once (bc…read moreit is conveniently located). The first time the associate acted like they only rented to commercial businesses which is not the case, once was given misinformation, and the 3rd I stood there for a good while and was never assisted so I left. It seems they have many nice tools etc to rent, but I have yet to be successful at doing that.
