Their hot wings are really good. We ask for them crispy and extra blue cheese and ranch. Their breads are fresh and delicious. I would recommend their pizza sticks. read more

I had an Epic Wings gift card so I decided to stop by on a Sunday for lunch. It was surprisingly busy, but I was just taking to-go. Maybe 2/3rds of the tables taken. Ordering went smoothly and staff were nice. They packaged up my food neatly and I was on my way. I will say the portion sizes for the meal bundles are substantial. We got 1 order of garlic Parmesan tenders and 1 order of lemon garlic wings. Both were great, pretty standard. The garlic parm was flavorful albeit had too much oil for me. The wings were good and crispy. Also came with some carrots and celery on the side as well as breadsticks (which tasted a lot like the ones at Olive Garden). Overall not a bad deal for the amount of food you get. If I went back I would've chosen a tender flavor that's more of a dry rub though. But everything tasted fresh otherwise. read more

I've never been disappointed with Epic Wings. Even when trying different locations, they're always consistent with both food and service. I usually order the lemon pepper wings and medium wings, both fried extra crispy. The service is great, even when the place is crowded. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food never seems to slip. Definitely one of my favorite spots for wings. read more

I ordered the epic fries combo to dine in. Staff were nice and they stacked my fries. As I ate my fries they only played bangers, from playing some JT to playing Sean Kingston. Went from a quick bite before my doctors appointment to a whole vibe read more

My favorite wings. Order the mild boneless wings with the ranch! This location for some reason are better then other locations. The buffalo fries are a favorite too! I don't like crispy fries ( buffalo style) and these are not. Great sauce !My go to for wings! Order ahead it's a busy location at Eastlake. Nice you can refill your own drinks. read more

Epic Wings is a great option if you're in the mood for flavorful wings and soft breadsticks. Service is pretty fast when it's not peak hours (during any live sports or holidays) and when their phones are working properly. The inside ambiance is pretty chill if you decide to eat in and their patio area is pretty spacious. The price is average, but the taste and variety make it a worthwhile stop if you are in the mood for wings! read more

The kids enjoyed their honey bbq tenders, I thought it was going to be small pieces like nuggets but they were big - guess they did say tenders! It came with breadsticks and veggies which is nice! Quite saucy so not sure if I would ask for sauce in the side if they were mine. Loads of space to eat! read more

Came here after doing errands in the area. My husband and I usually get wings & things to go but for the first time in a while we decided to eat in the restaurant. We ordered the double meal with half medium & half garlic Parmesan sauce. My husband was surprised they had garlic parm bc they don't have that as an option at the location closer to us and when you order online. Everything came out super fresh. I've never had the bread come out breathing smoke before. Everything was delicious! I love my wings drenched in the sauce and the ranch is always fire. We forget to order extra but that's ok. Service was okay. Young kids working there so I know they're just trying to make a paycheck. It could be better but they're doing their job. We made a good choice eating there. The restaurant looks normal with a good amount of seating and it was not crazy busy & loud. read more

Came to Epic Wings for a daddy-daughter date, and it ended up being the perfect combo--wings here, then boba next door. Couldn't have asked for a better outing. The staff was super friendly and polite, and they gave some great recommendations that made ordering easy. I went with the 12-piece combo, and it did not disappoint. The breadsticks were warm, fluffy, and buttery, and the wings were big, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they don't skimp on quality. The place had a relaxed vibe, perfect for kicking back and spending time with my daughter. We'll definitely be back next time we want wings and boba--hard to beat this kind of pairing and service! read more

First time having Epic Wings was at this location! Two of us ordered: -combo #2, epic fries $12.95 -combo #3, lemon pepper $12.95 -6 bread sticks $4 Food was overall good. Staff was friendly. There is quite a bit of seating and some TVs. Can definitely get loud with kids after a sports game in the area. Drink cups are super flimsy (we spilled), so be careful! Wings were a bit too wet for the lemon pepper. Easy parking in the plaza. Excited to try other locations in the future! read more

This year I tried another location for National Wings Day. I ordered at 5p for a pickup of 7p. Ordered: Two of the 6 piece original wings meals with 2 breadsticks, carrots & celery, and bleu cheese dipping sauce. The deal was Buy One Get One (BOGO) so I also ordered an extra 6 piece bag of bread. Order total was $24! When I arrived at 645p the line was out the door. They stopped offering original bone-in wing orders on the app. I walked into the restaurant, went to the mobile order pickups at the front register. The lady checked and my order was handed to me. I walked out and headed home. All of our food was prepared perfectly as ordered and delicious. read more

I never thought I would rate Wings n Things 5 stars, but here we are. The place was clean, service was on point, the food was fresh, everything. This is how Epic Wings was meant to be. These were the freshest breadsticks I've ever had since they tasted like they were pulled straight from the oven. Also, some locations don't have garlic parm (National City) so I was surprised it was available here. If it's consistent like this then I'll be coming back ALL the time read more

Every time I order with Yjazel, my order comes out wrong. Literally every single time. It's not a difficult order, just six wings, mild, flats only, extra crispy. I don't know how she gets it wrong every time even though I ask her to please repeat it back to me. It's getting super frustrating because I would love this place otherwise. I used to order every week but sometimes I just hang up again when she answers the phone. read more

The place was very busy on the Friday night. I placed a phone order and told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I would suggest to call ahead or order online. The person taking the order was very kind and patient versus when I walk in and no one greets me. Even walked in twice after because of an issue. Service and communication could be better. They overcharged me and there was no simple apology. She just had an attitude the whole time! It was loud and they were talking over each other and poor guy on the phone was taking phone orders. When I was on the phone it was very loud as well and now I can see why. Anyways by the time we finished resolving the issue the food is probably cold now. If you want saucy wings and breadsticks come here. The chicken tenders was juicy and not dry at all but I did run into some tough and rubbery pieces of tendon. Makes me think if they prepped their chicken properly or just throw it in the fryer and sauce it up. Yikes. Based on my experience I always give second chances just in case it was an off night. read more

Whenever I am craving buffalo wings, this is the spot that calls me. The flavor of the sauces is always on point. I love the pairing with veggies and breadsticks. The chicken strips are a good size. The four piece strip meal is always more than enough for me. Service is consistent. On time, and polite. The restaurant is a typical casual wing spot decor. **One drawback that could use some attention from management. The chicken fries are a hit. However, the last two times they have been lacking in sauce and chicken quantity. This might need some attention to preparation to ensure it meets the expectations to the customer.** However this does not take away from my overall review. read more

My husband and I are big fans of Epic Wings. The deals are great, and the food always hits the spot. Especially for us, the epic fries are to die for. That said, every time we visit this location about an hour before closing, it feels like the place is already shut down. The restaurant is often cleaned up with trash bags out in the open, chairs stacked up, and an overall rushed vibe that makes it a bit unpleasant. Still, we've had more positive experiences than negative ones. The revamp from a few years ago added a ton of seating and really turned it into a great hangout, especially for sports lovers like my husband. We'll definitely keep coming back. And it's still one of our go-to wing spots! read more

I just had the best service from Noble! He was very patient and went over the menu with me and showed me all the different options. Decided to scratch my wing fix and stopped in for lunch. I ordered a six piece Lemon Pepper, and their Taco Tuesday special of 2 tacos for $6. The restaurant was clean and had a couple of TV's if you needed a less crowded wing place to watch some football this season. read more

I called epic wings over the phone 45 minutes before closing and made a order for 12 piece wings mild garlic/ honey bbq combo for pick up. Those two flavors are my personal top picks I like on the sauce. They were very nice over the phone and in person. It was a little crowded and very noisy in there due to the crowd they had. Nothing they can do about that. Other than that food quality was amazing and satisfied. Definitely would not want to eat there and would recommend ordering to go. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. My go to spot for wings! First thing first. Great quality and great service. I've never had any issues with my orders regardless of the size. Wings sizes have always been consistent. Staff is always attentive. The only thing I wish was different is the portion size of the fresh cut fries. Plenty of indoor dining seating and three tv's to enjoy sports watching. Other than that, I recommend this location to anyone looking for some delicious chicken wings! read more

I never received any confirmation that my phone order was ready for the Super Bowl today. The wait time varied from 20 minutes - 1 hour and I feel like they used to do text confirmations. The last time I reviewed this place is when it was called Wings n Things, so I wanted to give a little update. The food is just as good as it used to be, and I am a little embarrassed that I said that their chicken strips are more flavorful than their bone-in wings. I like both, but my family always does bone-in wings now (and we have ordered from this place almost every Saturday for UFC fights, especially since the pandemic has started) with chicken strips on the side sometimes. Our go-to order is some form of a family pack/family promo with half lemon pepper and half garlic mild/medium, and we do extra garlic and butter on the breadsticks for some more flavor. Last year they had this promotional meal that came with pizza sticks, and ever since then, we occasionally add pizza sticks (comes with four). It's topped with their chicken, but it's not sauce-y. This place is busy a lot of the time, especially on the weekend. My family ordered the family pack + pizza sticks tonight for UFC257 and we got the busy tone at least 15 times. read more

Never had a problem with this store until now Ordered 16 pc pack chicken strips mild they were over cooked to the point that the chicken had no more moisture in them stale and dry and hard and the mild sauce was not mild they gave me hot and also salty and we do not eat hot food because of stomache issues called them to complain and they said to bring the chicken back i will be bringing it back but thats not the point the manager said that was the policy i think the policy shoul'd be get it right the first time and don't waste customers time gas and money because it wont be replaced ....and also the manager was not to greeting or nice they treat you like you want a free meal and its not that i repeat get it right the first time also had friends come over to have dinner with epic wing strips and was canceled did plan it this whole week... How can I make a complain about this location, manager on duty was extremely unprofessional telling me that it sucks they charged my card but it doesn't show in their system, so she wanted me to pay double the price to get my food. I just wish their wings were bigger in size :'( their veggies and breadsticks are most def on point tho. I realized after I ordered the family pack that it dosent Include fries WAACCCKKK!! Epic wings really doesn't need an introduction. Their wings are meaty. Their sauce saucy! The mild has a kick so if you're not into spice, ask for sauce on the side. Breadstick is my weakness - I can eat a dozen of them! I want to say that this large order was smooth. Staff were efficient and prompt. So.very.impressed! Large lunch order for a hospital staff. I am so very impressed with how organized everything was. Each order was labeled so we knew which bag belonged to who. Definitely would do another large office from here again! read more
