The damage to my car
Marc F.

My vehicle was parked by Stephen of Epic Valet at 2211 E Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ on October 2nd next to a wall, he struck the wall while parking my car leaving deep scratches on the left rear quarter panel and the bumper, then covered the damage up with white tape since my car is white After reporting the damage to Epic Valet their answer was to take them to court, but I will need a lawyer because the security footage from 2211 E Camelback to prove they did the damage requires a subpoena according to the property manager (I have already checked into obtaining this). So it requires retaining a lawyer, more money would be spent in legal fees to prove my case then it would cost to fix the car myself and they are well aware of this. They did $1100 of damage to my car and I am left with the bill for their careless attendant.

I came back 3 hours later with no valet person and no keys. We checked our car around 7pm and came back at 10:30 it was indicated on our claim ticket that there would be a note left on our car if we came back outside of business hours (not indicated) a note would be left on the windshield with where to claim our keys. Unfortunately it appears there was no such note and none of the surrounding bars/restaurants have any idea who takes keys for this valet service. Thankfully they got our voicemail and are delivering the car back to our home. Stinks it happened but the follow up was great!

Throughout that time, communication was outstanding with every e-mail and question promptly addressed. The Grove staff walked us through every step, met every request and every spoken and unspoken need. (For example, light refreshments were provided for the wedding party prior to the ceremony. When they noticed that the guys retrieved the girls' leftovers, they prepared and sent over a huge platter of homemade chicken fingers and fries. This went above and beyond any expectations, but they didn't want the guys hungry.) Guests marveled over the beauty of the entire venue, especially with the glorious sunset and twinkling lights in the trees. The food was absolutely delicious, not your standard event food, and I heard several people remark they had never had a wedding meal this good. Our photographer told us that every meal there was excellent, but our guests especially raved over the almond-crusted chicken tenders, an add-on dish, and the horseradish mashed potatoes. The flow of events from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to cake to dancing to send off was flawless; our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The yard games were thoroughly enjoyed; no one was ever 'bored' waiting for the next event. The decorations and display tables exceeded the bride's vision and everything was carefully packed away at the end of the night for us; Venue at the Grove is truly a full-service wedding facility. They connected us with the best photographer (Tony George), bakery (Sugarlips...people who don't like cake loved it), DJ, bartenders, and Photo Booth people. I could rave endlessly about how pleased we were with everything. However, the biggest difference with this venue is that everyone who worked there truly conveyed that they CARED about ensuring the day was magical for the couple and their guests. It's obvious that Venue at the Grove is a business that operates out of passion for creating happy beginnings. We cannot thank them enough for their role in this special day.

The music was awesome and overall I had a great time, I would have given 5 stars if everything was cool, except not everything was cool. Main issue I have with the venue is lack of restrooms for that many people. There has to be more access to restrooms with people drinking and dancing and partying. The line for both inside and outside toilets was insane... I heard so many people commenting about the situation. Maybe next time, more porta potties outside so 1) there are more options and less lines, and 2) the ones that are available aren't so disgusting. I've used many porta johns at many festivals, for this size venue the 3 they had outside (without leaving the show) were gross. I literally could not touch anything in there. Just hover and pee. They had 2 more when you leave but there were no ins/outs so those weren't an option. This can be done better, I know cause I've been to places where taking care of peoples basic needs are more attended to. Anyway, otherwise great time. Music & sound were on point and the lasers were so cool. #ilovelazers

Warehouse 215 is a nice venue. While I don't know a ton about what types of events they host outside of the one I attended, they had portable chairs set up surrounding the performance. Not the most comfortable chairs but bearable for the hour performance. There's exposed wood on the ceiling which adds to the aesthetic. During the event I attended, there were bars both inside the main area and out (no food though) as well as bathrooms both inside the main area and out. After buying an adult beverage, I accidentally left my credit card at the bar. When I realized it a few minutes later, the bartender was waiting for me with my card. Crisis averted! Overall, pretty nice venue.

Before we actually entered the "butterfly sanctuary," we watched a 3-D short documentary about the life of a monarch butterfly. It was fascinating and I highly recommend watching it. To enter/exit you have to wait in a small room that is closed off to keep the butterflies from escaping. An employee will give you the thumbs up. You step into a enclosed conservatory with misters going on/off every few minutes to keep the room at an appropriate temperature for these tropical and exotic butterflies. So Zen and peaceful...it was lovely taking in the atmosphere here. If you sit still long enough, a butterfly or 2 will land on you. They will even climb onto your finger when you put it gently near its face. Such an incredible experience! On the way out you will pass the small cafe and the "overpriced" gift shop. *To avoid the school/camp tours, go later in the day. They don't even let the moths go out with the butterflies since they hide during the day, also very sad. As beautiful as the butterflies were, we left extremely sad. Our visit was over a week ago and we still talk about it. Do better or release these animals that deserve a good life.

He made the whole experience memorable and the whole group had a great time. We rented the entire experience for 8 girls. Booking the experience was super easy and reasonably priced. Mike walked us through setting up the lights and pairing our phones with the clickers. The fact that it was BYOB made it extra fun. There's probably 10-12 different backdrops and it's very easy to use the full hour. Everyone raved about the experience, even the people who don't normally take selfies. Most importantly, the bride enjoyed it and has a ton of pictures to commemorate her bachelorette. When I booked this place, I was looking at all the website photos thinking that props would be provided with lots of different scene setting options for selfie photos. I thought I was booking an experience for my teenagers, not an empty room. It was my mistake for not clarifying, so the party I had in mind did not meet my expectations. We stayed, had snacks, killed time, burned the two hours I booked the place for. The place is very clean, and the owner, Mike is pleasant.
