Wanted to reserve parking at PHX but the airport website wasn't showing any available parking in terminal 3 for the dates I needed. I called them and Jesse happily took care of my reservation over the phone. He was a joy to talk to. He seemed to really love his job and the customer. Outstanding service!! I recognize that the service will come with a premium price but the execution truly lacked. The text messaging is a nice add to ensure your car is ready upon arrival and when I exited my car was sitting near the stand. Unfortunately, the person who would provide my keys was away. I stood for some time while he was moving cars. When he arrived he was relatively friendly and took my payment. He handed me a ticket that was supposed to allow me to exit. That ticket did not work and I attempted to call customer service via the ticketing machine. That rang for an extended period and when the person answered the clarity of the message was nonexistent. Fortunately, a leader was assisting another customer and came over to inquire as to what the issue was. I explained I was given a ticket to exit that was not working. He explained the ticket I was given was from another parking area they must have parked my vehicle. He explained the ticket was not an exit ticket. So after sitting for an extended period, the bar was raised and I was able to exit. A service designed to save time and provide convenience proved to be lacking. Not worth the cost. read more

BE AWARE that your car will be parked OUTSIDE and not in the garage. They do a great job of getting your car and having it ready when you arrive; little did I know I was paying $200 (with tip) for five days only to find out it was being parked outside. The last time I picked up my car, it was completely filthy from the elements. Had I known they parked it outside, I would have chosen to use Premium parking (for less and close to the elevator) or find a place to park it in another garage (with plenty of covered spots). It's not worth the money to bring in a clean car that is always parked in a garage to protect it from the elements and pay for someone to park it outside in the AZ sun or be exposed to a few drops of rain and dust that sticks to it, making your car an absolute mess. Don't waste your time or money unless you are ok with running your car through a car wash or have the time to detail your car when you return. read more

I'm So super into this! Parking is $25.00 normally. I used terminal 4, was running late for a flight, saw the Valet signs and figured I'd give it a try. They charge $5.00 more per day.. so $30.00 a day when you'd usually pay $25.00 in this garage. You pull the car up to the doors, they get some quick info from your, help with your bags, and you're off. They won't even require payment info on the spot if you're really rushed- instead they call later, or you can pay when you return like I did. They email you parking info and request any info they missed when you left the car. I didn't know my return flight- emailed it to them later. When you return, you get a text with directions on where to pick up your car and since they know your flight info, the car is ready. The parking area is so convenient to the check in area.. walk through the doors, into the elevator to ticketing, and you're in! On the way back, the baggage carousel area has elevators nearby.. get in, it takes you to your car. Highly recommend for anyone in a hurry .. or just not feeling like dealing with parking and getting your bags across the lot into the airport ( I'm all of the above-7 months pregnant and really poor with time management). Have used this service twice, and both times been disappointed. The process is disorganized. When the car is dropped off it seems like it will be simple. They take your flight information and basically tell you they will have the car waiting for you when you're flight actually lands. This unfortunately is not the case. On both occasions, when trying to pick up the car after returning to the Phoenix airport, no one was at the '24/7' region to assist us with retrieving the car...which was supposed to be there waiting for us given all of the flight information that has to be provided when dropping the vehicle off. The Phoenix airport needs a good valet service, and I am hopeful that this one will improve. read more

Great concept but terrible employees! When I dropped off my car I sat for 5 minutes while the valet was taking his time finishing up paperwork for another client. He asked me for my phone number three times as he kept writing it down wrong. Then told me I would get a text to send my flight info. I got a text late that day but I was already at my event. Then received 2 more texts asking me for my email address and credit card information. I am confused why didn't they ask for that when I dropped off the car. On a good note I was pleased to have my car there when I returned waiting for me. The girl was very unfriendly and pulled up my car. My seat was so far back I couldn't even touch my brake. They should really put the seat back how they got it. I have never experienced a valet company leave a seat so far back. Then to top it off I found out they do not prorate so I guess I got charged 2 full days when it was 28 hours. She gave me a total and I asked her if I could add a tip of $10. Once the tip was added she offered me a water as if she wouldn't offer one if she didn't get a good tip. Today my Amex card was charged the incorrect amount. I am hoping this is chalked up to a bad day but beware their employees have something to be desired based on their customer service level. I was also told management would call me in mon and it is Wed and no one has called nor have I received my receipt for the incorrect amount charged. read more
