I stood for some time while he was moving cars. When he arrived he was relatively friendly and took my payment. He handed me a ticket that was supposed to allow me to exit. That ticket did not work and I attempted to call customer service via the ticketing machine. That rang for an extended period and when the person answered the clarity of the message was nonexistent. Fortunately, a leader was assisting another customer and came over to inquire as to what the issue was. I explained I was given a ticket to exit that was not working. He explained the ticket I was given was from another parking area they must have parked my vehicle. He explained the ticket was not an exit ticket. So after sitting for an extended period, the bar was raised and I was able to exit. A service designed to save time and provide convenience proved to be lacking. Not worth the cost.

Then we drove and heard a loud clunk clunk, causing damage to our tire. My wife went to another website where she had to pay $160 to get the five digit code to the combination for the boot. We tried to contact americanvalet.com using two separate phone numbers, but nobody answered our call and nobody called back. in addition, we looked all over the parking garage at Heritage Square in downtown Flagstaff and there was no parking attendant to be found anywhere!
