Best Time Ever !Thank you Laura and Dusty for making my 50th a time to remember ! Highly recommendread more

Awful awful awful awful awful…read more Our group had a memorable day to say the least, but not in the way you would want on your bachelorette party. As the bride, I can tell you that I was incredibly disappointed in our experience from the second we stepped foot in the 100 degree bus on the way to the lake. Luke told us the AC was just taking a few to kick on, which we later learned was the first of dozens of lies told to us throughout our time with Luke & Spencer. Turns out, Luke did not know how to work with AC which we later learned from his boss, Laura. To take it back a bit further, we asked Luke if we could please stop at a liquor store on the way to the boat, to which he responded that there is a marina at the lake where we could stop. Lie #2. It turns out, the boat is supposedly banned from the marina, which would have been a great thing to know when we initially asked him to stop. I can only imagine why! Once we made it onto the boat, the vibes were high and we were ready to party, except that it took about an hour for Spencer/Luke to "anchor" the boat, which we now refer to as lie #3. It turns out, Spencer used all the gas the day prior and it was effecting the function of the boat for our day. They kept this one going for hours and it prevented us from utilizing the slide (oh just a heads up, there is a camera under the slide for "safety" but these people are about as trustworthy as Casey Anthony so who really knows). We asked to put the leaf in the water about 7 times before Luke finally said "Oh, you want to use the leaf?" Yes Luke, if we hadn't made it clear enough over the course of an hour, we did in fact want to use the leaf. After floating aimlessly for a few, we made our way to a bathroom in the middle of the lake which seemed to Spencer as the perfect place to grill a few hot dogs. Who doesn't want a side of feces instead of ketchup (which they didn't have). Turns out, we actually docked because as I previously mentioned, our boat was not functioning properly. Captain Dusty showed up out of nowhere with a mechanic and this was the first we were actually told there was an issue with the boat. The culmination of this less than stellar day was when we had to head in an hour early from our trip. We jumped on to Dusty's vessel and headed back to land, which honestly was the best part of my day because I would no longer be lied to and gaslit by a group of men who are clearly very used to women who are bit less intuitive. The day had potential to be great but thanks to the crew of bandits, we have had to spend hours demanding we be reimbursed. Don't let the pink color, Spencer's initial charm, or Luke's cluelessness fool you, these guys know just how to take advantage of a group of drunk women. Proceed with caution!

I stood for some time while he was moving cars. When he arrived he was relatively friendly and took my payment. He handed me a ticket that was supposed to allow me to exit. That ticket did not work and I attempted to call customer service via the ticketing machine. That rang for an extended period and when the person answered the clarity of the message was nonexistent. Fortunately, a leader was assisting another customer and came over to inquire as to what the issue was. I explained I was given a ticket to exit that was not working. He explained the ticket I was given was from another parking area they must have parked my vehicle. He explained the ticket was not an exit ticket. So after sitting for an extended period, the bar was raised and I was able to exit. A service designed to save time and provide convenience proved to be lacking. Not worth the cost.

The company I used to book the party bus "platinum ride limos" apparently just like to rip ppl off and take there money. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was late 15 mins from being dropped back off which the driver was aware of and stated not to worry. I checked my credit card and They charged me an additional $135, which was a full hour fee for services they DID NOT provide. Once I saw this additional charge on top of all that I spent for there services not to mention leaving the driver a Big Tip Just to basically be dropped off. I called the owner who basically implied that money meant more to him then his customers or future business of others would. I personally will spread this throughout Arizona. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM TRUST ME. If I could give a negative star I would, no need and sending a pretend response on the bottom of the review actting surprised or as if your company had no knowledge of this. Better yet Attempting to make fellow yelpers believe differently. I attempted and spent majority of my morning conversing about this with your company who could careless. It was very clear to me speaking with management that you could careless about your customers. Sad to see people could careless about customer service, dignity, and the good of there so called businesses. ANOTHER EDIT-AFTER I WROTE THIS REVIEW THE OWNER "FRANK"DECIDED TO CALL AND MAKE THREAT TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW OR ELSE. NOT TO MENTION ADDITIONAL HARRASMENT TRUST ME AND BOOK ELSE WHERE.

We used them last weekend for our annual Christmas event…read more Reserved their largest party bus- a "42" person party bus. LUCKILY, we had 8 people who were sick and couldn't make the event. There was barely enough room for the 34 people we did have. We might have had enough room for two more very small sized people, but nowhere near 42 people would've fit on that bus. The driver did a good job getting us to our different stops. He was nice and polite. The only issue that is out of line and ridiculous as all heck is the mandatory 20% tip that is due BEFORE YOUR EVENT EVEN HAPPENS. (Approx $350 for our event) If the service is not stellar, it doesn't matter, because we've already paid the tip-they've really got no incentive to do a good job. Luckily we had no problem. Please note that on the contract, the tip is referred to as the "tip". On the receipt, the tip is referred to as a "service charge". The driver may or may not try and tell you that there was no "tip"applied, and request a tip in cash at the end of the night. We almost double tipped our driver because he said there was no "tip" added on the card...... That's because the wording is changed from "TIP" to reflect a "service fee" on the receipt instead. Then we were told the "service fee" was actually a "delivery fee", NOT a tip. Wait, huh?! That seems a little shady to me. Maybe this is normal practice in this line of business. Or just this company-- Bottom line- 20% TIP IS MANDATORY BEFORE YOUR EVENT, so don't get confused after a rip-roaring night on the town and tip additionally, unless of course, you want to. Now you know. Overall they did a good job. But I will admit, I had already been practicing my small claims court case inside my head for bogus tip charge and bad service. Luckily, we won't be going to court.

I started taking Desert Snow Connection a few years ago and it has changed everything for me. Since I discovered this company, I'm skiing more than I ever have each season. Basically they pick you up on a nice bus at 5am in either Mesa or Phoenix and take you directly to Snowbowl and back (2.5 hours one way). You get back to the Valley around 8pm. There is storage space under the bus for your snow gear, WiFi on the bus and outlets at your seat to charge your phone. DSC does trips daily after Christmas until the season is over. Tickets are usually around $100 and includes transportation and your lift pass (which are handed to you on the bus when you arrive at Snowbowl). They also offer transportation only if you are a season ticket holder. It's an awesome deal and saves you the wear and tear on your vehicle to drive up the mountain and back. Plus you can take a nap on the way back after a long day of shredding. They will make a quick stop at a rest stop for a bathroom break. Seating is first come, first serve. So make sure you arrive at pick-up on time. DSC also does a few out-of-state trips to places like Purgatory and Big Bear. Check out their website for dates. Check them out at the annual winter Ski Pro Avalanche Sale for discounted multi-trip package deals.

She thought she had done everything correct and we went to an appointment with a nearby law firm. When we returned about 30 minutes later, they slapped on a non visible boot and an unreadable notice on our vehicle. My wife used the kiosk to pay them again and got a kiosk receipt. Then we drove and heard a loud clunk clunk, causing damage to our tire. My wife went to another website where she had to pay $160 to get the five digit code to the combination for the boot.
