Very nice stay! Front Desk was so friendly and accommodating. Friend's bday is 3/30 they gave us room number 330, unexpectedly and it was such a cute way to acknowledge that we were celebrating. Very thoughtful and accommodating Our air wasn't working at first, they came so fast. Also when requesting a microwave they came very fast as well.

Lets say you "wanna get away"...staycay locally. Enter The Camby Autograph Collection Hotel! Sometimes wish I WAS from Mars (as my Venus friends always tell me) to make frequent trips rational if only in my head. Had dinner across the street (Capital Grille) and knew it was going to be a night to remember. However the vino proved otherwise having no memory whatsoever of the evening (as expected/suspected). Hence the reason for the Marvelous Camby Hotel Staycation! I must admit it was a great decision on many levels! As a Marriott Ambassador level (see Miss Joyce, you're not the only ambassador) was treated magnificently with a suite upgrade. Photos don't do it justice but please look anyway as it will entice you to spend a night, if not several, at this well groomed beautiful place. Room was perfectly laid out with upscale amenities and appointments. Views were breathtaking of the Arizona desert as well. Enjoyed every moment! No regrets here as the location is perfect and the staff were completely amazing! *terrific valet parking service *great restaurant with bar downstairs *across the street from Biltmore shopping *centrally located As always, thank you for reading! Enjoy life while staying safe!

    Beautifully decorated lobby seating area.

The Camby hotel is one of my favorite hotels in the Phoenix area. It is located in the upscale business center with an outdoor shopping center and great restaurants within the walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room service was always delivered within thirty minutes. We also visited the Cartel coffee shop located in the lobby and coffee drinks were great. We didn't get to use the pool area because it was closed for private events during our stay but what was nice was that they offered to drive us to their sister property if we wanted to use the pool area. Another great service Camby offered was the consistent texts updates from the reception and the concierge teams. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious experience for a reasonable price.

I stayed here about 4 days. When first arrived I was greeted by valet for bags. The lobby area is beautiful. The people here are so nice. Our bags were brought up quickly. The room was nice with modern decor. The bathroom door was a little jammed. I love that there is a table and a desk. We were given water which were refilliable. There were also water dispensers in the hall which was convenient. The housekeepers did really good they even rolled up my flat irons for me. The gym was so nice and it seemed to be either 24 hours or open late. Stopped at the pool which was nice and very spacious. I was sad I didnt get to utilize the amenities. When we would leave and arrive valet would greet us. Didn't make it to the bar but it looked stunning. I'd definitely stay here again.

I love the Autograph hotels but this was my least favorite. The front desk attendants were great. For an expensive hotel, it is just ok. I went for a conference and the conference was great. The room was ok. No waters in the room. I think another blanket in the closet would be nice. I ordered a burger and it was still "Mooing " at me. We had a steak at the conference and that was Mooing at me too. Get DoorDash the mall across the street. Marriott can do better.

This is a great place to stay, I reserved the room on the app I tried to use my suite night rewards to upgrade our room and couldn't get it to work. So I did a chat with the hotel in the app, I explained what I tried to do and that my wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary. I got a response saying that they upgraded the room to a suite I wrote back and thanked them. When we checked it they congratulated us on the anniversary thanked us for being platinum and gave us 2 Starbucks $5 coupons 2 complimentary welcome drinks at the bar and 2 cards for $25 off food from the restaurant. We went up to the room and when we went in on the table was a plate with chocolate covered strawberries and a note congratulating us. The room was rather large, there is a small bathroom when you first come in then a large couch and a tv a fridge and a desk then in the next room is a king bed very comfortable with a glass shower large bathroom with double sinks. I attended a fundraiser at the hotel and was impressed by how beautiful the spaces were. Many hotel fundraiser events have boring, dry food but their food was great and the service quick. I highly recommend with what I describe as a dark chocolate adult ding dong. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the night. I would highly recommend this hotel for an event.

Spacious bathroom with rain shower feature

Great hotel, kind/attentive staff. Very clean and the hotel bar is great. Super Dinka and snacks. Breakfast was well done as well and they serve some great coffee.

The hotel is inspired by the colorful and folk art influenced works of renowned mid-century modern architect and designer Alexander "Sandro" Girard. The hotel's bio says he was the main source of inspiration for the design of the Andaz Scottsdale. The property is beautiful to walk around, with all the landscaping, flowers and trees; some of them are marked with what kind of plant they are. There are century plants and aloe and various cacti. The fitness center is located at the spa. It has windows which open up onto the pool, which is a more private pool than the main pool. The staff is outstanding. Savannah, who ran the front desk on my most recent visit, is absolutely amazing and really helped with any questions or small issues with my stay. The restaurant is wonderful for the hotel breakfast. I recommend having cocktails there too. You can see a beautiful sunset from the bar. I love the open design of this hotel resort because it makes you feel like you're in the countryside and you can admire the beautiful views of Camelback as you walk around the grounds and hear birds chirping. It's so relaxing. Parking is easy and you can usually find a spot right outside your casita room as the parking circles the hotel. Toiletries in the room smell so good! Lavender with sea salt. It's really like staying in a spa! One of my favorite experiences at this hotel was taking a late afternoon outdoor class at the spa/gym on the large lawn where we did stretching/light resistance training with the the sunset behind Camelback Mountain as the backdrop. It was glorious. I definitely recommend trying one of the classes or "experiences" if you stay here. Some of them you have to pay extra for, but a few of them are included with your room rate. At first glance the hotel interiors and architecture seem extremely simple and minimal, but then you realize it's actually all a piece of mid-century modern inspired art. It's really fun to walk around and admire all the understated design details at this hotel.

We checked in with our pass and found some seats near the hot tub. The kids went straight to the slides and I went to hot tub. It was nice but kind of small especially when the sun started to set it got really busy. The food and drinks are outrageously priced as you might expect at a resort. The food was surprisingly good though! I got a taco salad, my son got hot dog and fries and his friend got a turkey wrap. It was good but was too expensive. But hey when in Rome! Again I tipped 25% My phone has text alert and I noticed the bill was $42.62 for what should have been $22.00 max I bought it to my bar tenders attention and she was working things out on the registry and came back with a receipt that didn't have prices just my order but she had added 1 extra beer. I told her it was wrong and she said it wasn't that the first time she had only charged me for 2 beers and this was my third beer. I did not want to argue so I left it at that but I couldn't sleep thinking about it. I mean dang I even tipped her good. The next day I reached out. To management I don't mind taking care of my servers and I'm always a good tipper. But I don't like being taken advantage of because they think I had a few drinks. Or they think I won't notice extra things. This is not okay. The hotel you check into is supposed to be a safe place like home to enjoy a drink or two. The management offered to refund the first bill of 52.18. But I told him I just wanted what I was over charged refunded plus my tips. At this point I feel she had the chance to correct my bill and make things right but she chose to make me feel like I was in the wrong. After the manager added my first bill up after I told him what I had ordered it turns out she charged 4 beers the first time and not just my 3 and way over charged me the second time. This is a great place to stay but keep an eye on what you order. More so late at night. Also my hot wings were cold in the center but I didn't even mention it to her at the time. As a solo traveler who had just made that drive, being able to walk straight to a room and crash was everything. He took a few minutes to catch me up on what had changed since my last stay; the breakfast situation being the highlight of that conversation, which turned out to be... relevant. The next morning, after a rough experience at breakfast, I mentioned something at the front desk and Donna, the front-end manager, stepped in immediately, not defensively, but genuinely wanting to understand what happened and make it right. That kind of accountability is rare. Saturday night brought a similar hiccup at the bar, and Sayan handled it the same way: professionally, without hesitation. The room was exactly what I've come to expect from Kimpton, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. But the real story here is the staff outside the restaurant.
