I was rear ended by a teenager who ran a red light and I had to be seen by a Physical Therapy and was sent to this place as recommended by my chiropractor, but the real licensed physical therapist is not here on a regular basis, most especially when I was assigned to him on specific dates the other week and last week! He did not give me care nor PT instructions! only PT aides and receptionist were available to see patients; that is my sad experience with this PT office. So, do NOT expect to be seen by a PT here for there is NONE! no one who will give you care who is a PT! The only ones who will help you are the PT aides, and it seems that I get NO relief from my back pain after two months of "physical therapy" (or pretend physical therapy) at this place. What a waste of time and money.

Completely unqualified. I have 2 herniated discs and was…read moresent here after a hospital visit to Good Sam (they're all run by MultiCare which means quality is not so great). The team I initially was set up with got me moving a little better (Alain), but soon after I was paired with Melissa who was very uneducated about herniated discs and proper exercises. I kept telling her what my needs were, and she kept referring to her "herniated disc protocols" and telling me what to do based on what her books told her. Everyone deserves personalized treatments, and she kept making me do exercises that either inflamed my disc or did nothing at all. For weeks I complained that I was plateauing. She got so frustrated each time, immediately becoming defensive rather than acknowledging my own frustration with the condition and having empathy. She couldn't think outside of her book. She finally pawned me off to another PT who admitted this location was run poorly and not equipped to handle my unique needs. She then dismissed me. I was actually happy to leave even though I was still in pain because going there was becoming more of a headache for little to no relief. I have now started sessions at RET Physical Therapy. They are INCREDIBLE. Go there if you can. They do manual therapy there (unlike OSS) and take the job SERIOUSLY as if it's a reflection of their passion for the career-- which it is. Stay away from OSS.

I had just been approved for at least 10 more sessions through my Dr. When I arrived for my appt he said this will be my Iast session and will be letting me go because there are more important patients than me now. He Did say that I had called in sick quite a few times but I did have Covid and needed time away until I was better. I also had Sinus surgery in the past and had explained some complications from it. I did mention that they had called Me and canceled at least 3x over being sick and 1 of those times I showed up.and they said they hadn't gotten approval for my next set of appts through my Dr. I would have to pay out of pocket that day but they never bothered to call me before I made the 30 minute commute. I was told the computer didn't let them know which I know is a cop out as I've heard them on the phone before speaking to a client to let them know they haven't gotten a new Drs approval yet. Also there were times he would be working with another patient and I would be finished and waiting at least 5 mins after completing my exercise for the next assignment. This happened at least 2 to 3 times in one session the last time I was there. Also I would hear some of the other PTs speaking of other patients personal issues in front of me when they weren't even there. One was how someone passed away and to not ask how she was doing because she would just start crying .This seems very unprofessional and shouldve been spoken about privately. I had just lost a family member so this really saddened me that day. The way they have all of the workout tables are super close to each other so if you have to do a workout the other person's butt could be in your face. There is plenty of room to spread the tables further apart and I asked why don't they move them? They said because they need to keep one table for all of their cleaning products. But yet there are black dirty rags left on the window sil right where your head would be next to the table. They seem quite friendly there but I feel it's fake and they really don't care about their patients feelings or progress as not even one time did I get positive feedback from Travis on my progress. I informed my Dr and I will be going elsewhere with my business. I had used ATI in the past before surgery at the Everett location and had a wonderful experience with their PTs.

Stephanie was able to see that my SI joint was out of place without any x-rays. I learned a lot about what I need to do. All three physical therapists are wonderful as well as the front desk staff. I ruptured my achilles tendon playing tennis (ouch!!) and after months with my foot immobile (boot, another boot, cast, another boot) I started physical therapy for the first time. Allison is my physical therapist and she is knowledgeable, friendly, and answers any questions that I have regarding the treatment. A real professional.The staff who I have met have also been great.
