I've come here twice now. The first time I walked in I got my nose pierced by Melinda. She is a wonderful lady who is great at what she does. My nose healed within weeks. Today I walked in for a tattoo and a piercing. I knew exactly what I wanted and Korynn had the stencil ready for me within minutes. While I waited I had Melinda pierce my daith. Quick, easy, comfortable, with minimal pain. I love it and she was so funny and made the whole experience so enjoyable. From the second Korynn called me to the back it took about 10 minutes to do my tattoo. She was very efficient and very sweet. It was my first tattoo and I felt like she was very light handed and gentle. She then explained very nicely the aftercare procedures and what to expect. It made for a great day and I will definitely be returning for more piercings/tattoos soon. Thank you to everyone at Epic Ink. read more

Got my nose piercing done here. Melinda was great. Place is secure as you have to text someone to let you in the building. I didn't see anyone getting a tattooed just me and my mom getting our noses pierced. read more

Where should I start...from the first encounter to the final piece of art...just AMAZING! My daughter surprised me with an appointment with Charlie. She is a student artist at Epic. I was a bit nervous about getting something permanent from a new artist. Well, ALL my worries were completely diminished when Mark, the owner, came out and sat with us to thoroughly discuss the good and bad of what "might" happen. He stayed with Charlie through the whole visit. Charlie was so incredibly genuine and really took the time to listen to our wants. You have to understand, these tattoos are very small crescent moons. So, with that being said...how much detail can one talk about. Well, she was so careful with the size, style, and also placement. I would definitely recommend Epic to ANYONE...from 18 to 80...they will treat you with kindness and make sure you are 100% happy when you leave! So impressed!! P.S. I am a grandma/53 yrs old read more

Epic Ink Tattoo - Simple, but means so much - Tattoo Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Melinda was amazing. Super informative and friendly. My husband and I got our nose pierced and it was a really nice experience. The shop was very clean and inviting. Will be going back when we switch to hoops in a few months read more

Got my ears pierced. They were my first piercing. Melissa is great and gives you all the information you need.

I was first introduced to Erica at the front desk who was very welcoming, patient and accommodating to all my questions as well as my other friends who were getting tattooed at the same time. We were there a while just because of the clients who were there before us, but Erica made sure we weren't forgotten about. I was tattooed by Korynn who is very quick yet extremely thorough with her work. I also spoke with Mark, who tattooed my friend and he was great at giving us ample options and explaining perks and negatives to each. They are amazing at working with you on prices as well! I'm from out of state and will definitely be coming back here in the future for another tattoo. Would recommend this shop to anyone!! read more

I will be coming here for ALL my next piercings. Thank you so much for the great service! read more

Horrible! Basically they just stole 100 bucks from me! Rude people with horrible service. Went in and asked for something and she acted like she didn't even want to do the tattoo. I will never ever go back read more

It took me three months to decide what tattoo I wanted and the same amount of time to research tattoo shops. I knew the first minute that I met Korynn that she would be able to capture exactly what I wanted. The place is very clean and professional. I love the atmosphere & she was rather fast yet the details were intricate & turned out stunning right down to his pencil sketches! Love my tattoo! read more

Epic Ink Tattoo - Danny's Rose tattoo with my darling grand babes! I love how she captured the true art of his original it's stunning if I may say so myself!! - Tattoo Near Me - Medford, Oregon

The website and front desk people said that you don't need an appointment for an ear piercing. So after waiting for over an hour at the place, I was told I needed an appointment. I am not frustrated for needing an appointment, I am frustrated for having had to wait so long and then be told I had to come back. They need a better system for checking people in. read more

Korynn was me and my wifes artist i got a simple script done there at epic ink. The job only took 20 minutes and somehow she managed to fuck up mine and my wifes. There should be no reason somebody should have to go in a month later and get a simple script tattoo touched up! I would not reccomend her to anybody!! While me and my wife were getting touched up she had a horrible attitude the whole time and was being bitchy! She had to ask me what area needed to be touched up! Like seriously bitch!! Can you not see that a fucking 3rd grader can color in lines better than you can! I will never go back and i will never recommend there shop! read more

I went in to get a quote on my wirst.. everyone was nice except the female who did my tattoo. She seemed nice at first but while waiting for her to do my tattoo she was making plans to get her tattoo done. After the wait she did mine it took her only 15 minutes and she charged me 120$ yeah the tattoo looks good but I feel like I could have definitely got a better deal or at least have someone with a better personality! Very disappointed! read more

Me and my friend came in to get piercings from Melinda. They have great prices and a very friendly, helpful staff. My friend got his ears pierced to prep for gauging them and Melinda was super accommodating and knowledgeable about the best way to pierce and start for the process. She pierced my septum second. She was gentle and quick, and was very kind and comforting about my nervousness. We got three piercings, jewelry, and big bottle of their piercing cleanser for $110. Very sanitary and professional. Will go back to get both of our bigger gauged jewelry installed. read more

Avoid this place! Every time I have gone in with my friend to get her tattoo done she got stood up or they would randomly be closed In the middle of the week. She finally gave up and got her deposit back. The customer service her is next to nothing and I would not trust them to tattoo me ever. read more

I got my piercing here done by Melinda and she was so unbelievably sweet! I enjoyed her company a lot. However I was not very impressed with the tattoo I got from one of the artists. I got a quote on my shoulder blade awhile back, and after I had gotten home and really looked at it, it was slightly crooked. The artist was fairly rude to me. I'm not sure if it was an off day for them, but I had heard the same thing from others. The other two artists had great personalities, though. Which redeems it a bit. Overall it was alright. Not the worst, but not the best. read more

I got my septum pierced by Melinda she is wonderful! She walks you through all the steps. I was scared even though I had my septum pierced previously from somewhere else but she helped me breathe and stay calm while she pierced me and it was so quick I was shocked because it was with a 12 gauge needle I thought it would hurt more! But it was a quick punch I was so happy and I am happy with my piercing :) read more

Got my first tattoo here on march 14th and was so excited. The staff is amazing however my tattoo did not turn out as I had hoped. I did everything I was suppose to do in the after care of my tattoo but part of my tattoo, one of the letters, isn't filled in only outlined. read more

Tried to charge us double the price for a tiny 4 inch tattoo we got at another shop in town. Would not go there again or recommend.

Ok i was a walk in, told them what I wanted......I have over 20 pieces already done in various shops.....one of my octagon designs came out like a baseball home plate....didnt see it until I was home because it was on the back of my arm....not good! Then my tattoo scabbed severely, because the artist was heavy handed, and repeatedly went over and over certain areas, clearly after it was already raw. Needless to say I wont be back.......... No amount of carefully orchestrated aftercare and pampering will prevent a new tattoo from scabbing if the tattoo artist went too deep during the tattoo process. If you are a first-timer you might not know the difference, but experienced tattoo enthusiasts like myself know and can feel the difference. If the ink is inserted too deep in the skin, then you will most likely scab no matter what you do and an artist who tattoos too deep should be avoided on future body art work. read more

I recently came in and got my snake bites pierced the piercer messed up on my lip she told me she would fix it for free I called to go get it re done and she told me I would have to pay full price for her mess up. I would not recommend epic ink to any of my friends or family. read more

Went and got an industrial piercing by Melinda today. Was really nervous because it was my first piercing and was blown away by how sweet and comforting she was. Amazing girl and very helpful and professional. I have gotten tattoos in the past and none of them have been as personable as Melinda is. May consider more piercings than tattoos in the future. Highly reccommend her! Erica at the front desk was also very sweet, professional, and helpful. What an awesome crew. Thanks guys! :D read more

This is easily my preferred place to get piercings done in the Rogue Valley. Melinda is so sweet, professional, and helpful, and I feel completely safe trusting her to do my piercings. As a bonus, the piercing prices are really affordable! read more

First off I would like to say this shop is excellent. The lady at the front desk, Erica(?), is awesome and super helpful. She recommended Josh based on what I wanted to get done. I think this is an awesome practice. Too often you go into a tattoo shop and they just try to get you in with whoever they can. Not the case at Epic. She knows her artists and was able to recommend Josh who she knew would excel at my tattoo. Josh did an amazing job on my first session, we spent about 30-45 mins going over his drawing and getting it exactly how i wanted it. Then i spent the majority of the next 5 hours getting a large piece on my ribs. I would post pics but i want to wait until it is completed. I was able to easily set up a follow up session in three weeks to get it completed. I highly highly recommend this place. Epic tattoo will not do you wrong. Again a big shout out to Josh and all the friendly crew at Epic. read more

My sister and I with an idea of what we wanted and Erica helped out so much....and that's saying a lot because we're both veeeery fickled.

I was ignored by the staff at "Epic Ink". I was also told that ALL other Tattoo and Piercing shops in the Rogue Valley have been closed. As a local I know there are several Tattoo and Piercing shops in Southern Oregon that have better prices and are a-lot nicer than the people at "Epic Ink". This is Unprofessional & Not True. If "Epic Ink" is willing to undercut its competitors they are acting out of desperation. It is my opinion that this would directly affect the quality of there product. I would rather spend my time and money with a business that does not spread lies and rumors just to get ahead. read more
