I had my car towed in via AAA to hold till the part came in at no additional cost for over night. However my car didn't end up needing to be there overnight after all they were able to get the tire in early and was able to get my car back within a few hours of the tow dropping it off. Very easy process. Would definitely recommend for 10/10 customer service. I had called back a few times to ask a couple questions between my car being dropped off and picked up and both employees (Sabrina and another Male) were happy to answer my questions. Quality of service was also great tire works great and they were able to add air in my other tires as well.

Which a lot of mechanics will charge you as much as they can. But they ended up doing an extensive job by dropping the whole gas tank in order to fix it the car was there for two days and I thought it was gonna be doubled than what they charged me and turned out. It was only $600 and they got the problem fixed. I was pretty impressed and the problem was fixed. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend the shop

Right after I got the car back, the AC stopped working. I had my son bring it back, and this time they said the coolant level was very low and charged me another $453 to refill it. It seems clear the original warning was related to low coolant, which they failed to catch during the first visit. Instead, I ended up paying over $600 for what should have been identified from the start. $653 just to refill coolant is over charging. I raised my concerns but never received any follow-up. Very disappointed with the lack of proper diagnosis, poor communication, and high pricing. I won't be returning.

I'll admit, I'm no car buff or mechanic but one thing I know is if I bring a car with no sensor lights on, I expect to pick it up the same way. Well after I picked it up, suddenly my TPMS, check engine and two other lights would come on with starting the car. Funny enough, when I picked it up, this place told me my car checked out fine. So of course, I bring it back (took about 2 trips for this) and the 2nd visit they tell me I had to change a few items which at that point was going to be another $1K ($800 and $170) which all this was told by phone. I told them no way in hell and seeing as I've already given them $1300 between this car and another (for maintenance) telling me this seemed very much like a sketchy racket just to up sell people. So I picked up my car an hour after this conversation at which I told them not to do anything else so I can get a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Sure enough, the sensor lights were off. It magically fixes itself just because I complained and wasn't willing to get upsold. There it is folks. Maybe try to have someone with you that knows more about cars if you want to bring it to this shop.
