This included the #3 exterior wash. Normally, this is $169, but I was told to ask for the "manager's special," which dropped it to $139. The gentleman who serviced my car, Francisco, did a fabulous job. It took him a little over an hour, which was quicker than I anticipated. It would have taken me several hours. They have a waiting area with tablets, vending machines, and tvs, to pass the time. I brought breakfast and sat in a booth to read while I waited. They don't make appointments, so I recommend getting there early to avoid a long wait. The experience surpassed my expectations and I'll be going back after my next trip.

While this wash is a couple dollars…read moremore than doing it myself, the wash quality is consistently good. $14 washes my SUV including underbody which is great after a long roadtrip to remove grime etc. Vaccuums are easily accessed and in working order. I usually pull into a vaccum spot and spend another 5 mins after the wash cleaning the insides of my windows, vacuuming, and checking over the wash quality. I'll keep coming here to save a little time and setup effort to keep my car clean all winter. Thanks!

This place is fully automated and open 24/7. I am a bit surprised by the negative reviews but then I guess I don't let my car actually get that dirty. My new car has a ceramic coating so I get the top-of-the-line wash for the most part. I come to get the undercarriage and road grime off my car and it does a good job. My only negatives might be that there is an area of my rear window, protected by a pseudo spoiler and I have to manually wipe that part of the window. There are no vacuums, so I'll have to do that at home. Still, happy to have this nearby.

I sent out…read moremultiple requests to nearby auto repair shops and Fix The Looks Auto Center was one of the first ones to give me a quick estimate based on the photos I sent over. Their PROMPT RESPONSE, FAIR PRICE, and some of the REVIEWS I've read here are what brought us to choose this auto repair shop as opposed to the rest. I was checking out some before & after photos here on Yelp of another car that Fix The Looks Auto Center fixed and it was an amazing transformation. The before photos showed pretty similar damages to what we had, so we decided to bring our car in for an exact estimate. The exact estimate came close to the initial cost that I first received. And came nowhere close to the other estimates I received from the other shops. We eventually chose the option to fix all of the other DENTS and SCRATCHES that we had on our car, not just the recent damage that I had caused. They also had a great summer deal for AUTO DETAILING, so we added that on top of the repairs. We have 2 pugs who shed an incredible amount of fur and figured that since we were getting the exterior fixed, might as well get the interior cleaned up as well. There was an extra charge for pet fur on top of the car detailing cost. I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of the 5 that it really deserves because we were told that our car would be ready within 3-5 days, but unfortunately, it took longer than expected (about a week and a half from the time we brought our car in and until the last part was fixed). We dropped it off on a Monday and expected to get our car back by Friday (right before our camping trip during the long July 4th weekend). Because they were waiting on a car part that took longer than expected to arrive, we didn't get our car back until the following Monday. Thus, forcing us to cancel our weekend plans. :') They were nice enough to drop our car off at our place in Portland free of charge, but my husband had to drive back to the shop one last time once the car part arrived for them to finish this last repair. I understand that the delayed car part delivery was out of their control, but moving forward, I would advise the shop to order the car part before having us bring our car in to start the repairs. Or maybe give a longer estimate of how much time it will take to complete the work just in case unforeseen things pop up. Or maybe wait until after your weekend plans to bring your car into the shop for repairs. LOL! I did appreciate the thorough communication about these delays, but would have appreciated an exact ETA of completion more. All in all, we were super IMPRESSED when we got our car back. We didn't recognize it! It was CLEAN, SHINY, and all of the damage magically disappeared. It was like our car was BRAND NEW. Thank you so much!!

*** DO NOT GO HERE***…read more Long story short they scratched a panel and want to now charge for their mistake. Details- Thought I found an honest and trustworthy shop. They were so nice at first but don't be a fool like I was! Someone keyed our car on the fender and a little on the door. The scratch was a long horizontal line. When we went for a quote and showed him the car to see if he would need to paint the whole panel he tried to buff it out real quick. Luckily he was able buff the scratch completely out on the door and most of the fender. So we thought wow they're so nice let's go with them to paint the fender since that part couldn't buff out. We made sure to say we were in no rush but they said they had availability so we left it there. 2 days later they call for pick up. I see the panel it looks ok but he shows me a vertical scratch on the door panel that he says he just found and he touched up but if we don't like the way it looks we can bring it back and he can fix it. I'm thinking great! Hopefully it cures perfectly and you won't be able to tell. Well 24hrs later and you can still tell. So I call back and the manager that was standing right there when he told me that is now saying the scratch was there from the keying and that we dropped the vehicle off with it there. IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT! There was never a vertical scratch on the door. She stated that we have to pay for the entire door to be painted now! I have video and pictures from when the guy was buffing it out at their shop and it shows he buffed out the horizontal scratch on the door panel and the door panel was left looking pristine! When we left the vehicle with them there was no vertical scratch!! We were ready to bring another one of our vehicles there for work done and there's no way in hell I can trust them now. Even if I went there and they finally agree to fix the vertical scratch I don't feel like I can trust them to not mess something else up and to not be honest when they make a mistake. I get it, it looks like a little scratch but it was their mistake and they're straight out lying.

I was given a report of everything they found that might need attention and I was able to choose which items to work on. THEN THEY GAVE ME A LOANER CAR. All in all I had that loaner car for two weeks and they did a great job repairing my car -- yes, it took them awhile to pinpoint the trouble. Once figured out, they made good on their work did a great job replacing a rocker arm. I am everso grateful!

The customer waiting area was pretty packed when I took my car in for service this week. It's fairly comfortable and is kept clean. They have filtered water and a coffee machine that makes a variety of hot drinks (coffee, latte, hot chocolate, tea...) and a few snacks to offer. I appreciated the heads up from my service representative, that they were running just a little behind so the wait might be longer than I'd planned, but they were able to finish the maintenance on my car within an hour and a half, so it worked out well.

I was just about to call a tow when a neighbor said it's got to be the battery for the ticking sound and jumped it. My jumper didn't start my car so I thought it wasn't the battery. I shared my morning with John S. at Autozone and had a laugh. I was so happy it was not the $tarter. John S. installed a better battery and ran all the checks with the checking tool. On 8/18, around 1pm, I got my oil changed here on my way to work. The process was normal and I continued on to work. When I pulled into my driveway after work that night, my oil light came on. When I checked the oil, the level was so low the dipstick was bone dry. There were no leaks or signs of it previously. The store was closed, so I contacted them first thing in the morning. I called the shop around 10am 8/19 and told them the situation. They told me to bring it in and they'd check it out. I asked if they really wanted me to drive a car with an unknown amount of oil, they said they would send a tech to check it out. The tech arrived and told me their oil dispenser has been having problems and pumping a bunch of air. He checked for leaks, didn't find any, and started adding oil. It ended up being 1.5 quarts low, about 30% of the indicated volume. I told him I'd like documentation about the problem from the shop and he told me to follow him back. When I arrived I met the manager, Ryan. I asked for a note on my paperwork that stated it was under filled yesterday and properly filled today. He mumbled "yeah, sure". They then proceed to do another oil change and started waiving me out of the bay. I told Ryan I needed paperwork and he mumbled something about the computer being used and to just pull forward. Ryan eventually comes out with a blank receipt with basic date/time/mileage, and no note about the low fill. I then say 7-8 times that I would like it documented for my records. Each time he gives me an excuse, "it wasn't even that low", "you didn't even drive that far", "it's not a big deal, don't worry about it", "I've been a mechanic for X amount of years", "what are you worried about". Each time I say I just want it documented for my own records. He eventually points at the mileage on the new receipt and says "do the math if you're that worried about it". I then say "why are you being such and a--hole about it? I just want it documented". He responds "I can tell this really bothers you, but I won't give you a hug". At this point I know he's completely incapable of handling this in a mature or professional manner. I called the corporate line to be put in touch with the franchise owner of this location. They took my statement and opened a case, stating the franchise will get back to me within 72 hours. It's now been 5 days without a response. 2 sentences on my paperwork would have saved everyone some headaches, or better yet, double checking your work when you know you're using faulty equipment.
