Their faulty sewer pipes flooded my home and caused a complete remodel. I don't have the funds for such a repair.

Literally no issues until speaking with customer service. So incredibly rude. If you're miserable at your job just say that.

Unlike dealing with the third party (contractors) on the 800 number, the information housed here in…read morethe form of these actual agency employees is very good. With no accountability for what those contractors tell and / or commit to you on the 800 number, you will appreciate working with this office and its onsite employees. The entrance, lobby, reception and waiting area is poorly designed and understaffed. You just need to stay focused and not give up on getting to an actual employee with your questions . . . it will be worth it.

*EDIT* She is the District Manager for this office!…read more I arrived at the Social Security office this morning before opening and waited in line, as several people had already lined up before the doors opened. This was not my first time applying for a Social Security card for a newborn, so I came fully prepared with all of the required documentation and understood the process. When the doors opened, an employee, Elisa Alcala, came outside to ask each person in line why they were there. From the moment she walked out, her attitude toward the public was hostile, impatient, and unnecessarily confrontational. The first couple in line explained why they were there, but before they could finish, Ms. Alcala interrupted them and told them they needed an appointment. When they attempted to ask follow-up questions, she talked over them and sarcastically asked if they were "listening today or going to ignore her." Instead of providing guidance, she belittled them until they left the office entirely. Unfortunately, this behavior continued with nearly every person she spoke to. Throughout the line, she repeatedly made comments such as, "Are you going to listen today?" and "You're not listening to me," speaking to people as though they were inconveniencing her rather than seeking assistance from a public agency. Her demeanor suggested she had no interest in helping anyone and simply wanted to turn people away. When she reached my family, she asked why we were there. I explained that I needed a replacement Social Security card as well as a Social Security card for my newborn. She immediately responded, with the same dismissive attitude, that I needed identification for the newborn. As I attempted to show her the birth certificate and other required documents and explain what I had, she literally put her hand up, started walking away, and said, "Not doing it," before I had even finished speaking. I continued trying to show her the documentation, and her response was, "I wouldn't consider that valid." Rather than reviewing the documents or explaining the requirements professionally, she dismissed me outright without making any genuine effort to help. At that point, I asked to borrow her pen so I could write down her name because I knew I would be filing a formal complaint. Instead of reflecting on her conduct, she rolled her eyes, continued making unnecessary remarks, and maintained the same rude, dismissive attitude. Once inside the office, I was assisted by a gentleman at the service window who was courteous, respectful, and professional. He reviewed my documents, confirmed that I had everything required, and processed my requests without any issue. When I explained how I had been treated by Ms. Alcala, his reaction gave me the impression that this was not the first complaint he had heard regarding her behavior. What concerns me most is how many people Ms. Alcala likely turned away incorrectly. If my documentation was sufficient despite her insistence that it was not, how many other individuals were denied service or left believing they lacked the required documents simply because she refused to listen? The office appeared relatively quiet after opening, and it was hard not to notice that many people had already been turned away before they ever had the opportunity to speak with someone willing to actually assist them. The purpose of having an employee greet the public should be to provide accurate information and direct people appropriately--not to intimidate, dismiss, or discourage them from seeking services they are legally entitled to receive. Ms. Alcala's conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for someone serving the public. After reading numerous reviews describing the same issues--poor attitudes, lack of professionalism, and dismissive treatment--it is clear this is not an isolated incident. This appears to be a broader management problem. Leadership needs to take these complaints seriously, provide meaningful customer service training, and hold employees accountable for how they treat the public. Ms. Alcala's behavior reflects poorly on the entire office. If she is unwilling or unable to treat people with basic respect and professionalism, she should not be the first point of contact for members of the public. People visit the Social Security office because they need assistance--not to be spoken down to, interrupted, or treated with contempt.

Marriage license application: We went in last week without an appointment on a Friday around midday and were helped right away. The clerk who assisted us was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She even noticed that my (now) husband is military and proactively offered helpful tips for post-marriage military paperwork and benefits, which we really appreciated. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she truly made the process easy and stress-free. Courthouse ceremony experience (1/26): We were married by Judge Mueller, who was warm, kind, and even a little funny--which helped calm the nerves. We only had a few guests with us. We were instructed to arrive by 4:00 pm, and when we did, we "checked in" at the designated window by grabbing a laminated number card and sitting down to wait. We were the first couple to arrive, but other couples trickled in over time, including some closer to 4:30 pm or slightly after, so they don't seem overly strict about the exact arrival time. Closer to 5:00 pm, a clerk called us back to the same window to formally check us in, collected our marriage license paperwork, our two witnesses' IDs, and the $100 fee, and then told us which courtroom we were assigned to. We waited outside the courtroom until Judge Mueller came out to call us in. Only one couple (and their guests) goes into the courtroom at a time, which makes it feel private and personal. The ceremony itself was brief but meaningful. We were allowed to take as many photos as we wanted inside the courtroom, and the judge was very patient and did not rush us at all. (Just a heads-up: photos are not allowed elsewhere in the building.) We were walking out by about 5:20 pm. Overall, the process was organized and surprisingly pleasant. If you're considering a courthouse wedding, this location is efficient, respectful, and staffed by genuinely kind people who seem to care about making the experience a good one.

Also the officer after court decided to follow me home and then be hired as the concierge at my place of residence. This is not service nor protection it is ego and you all need to fix it! I have an audio bug in my system and it seems someone has the power to place gps tracking devices in my car at my place of residents where out of nowhere I move in and we have one. I keep finding gps systems placed in my car. They are from eBay. Not manufactured they signed off on that and not from my finance company. 2 of them last night someone entered my car after copying my key. I went to open my door and my automatic locks didn't work. I have an audio tooth and am constantly being monitored from a case that I destroyed in CA and am currently working to remove! I went today before a judge who is not impartial not only did they not show the speed I had a witness. The judge still ruled in favor of the officer. It does not matter if you have evidence to support the case he will rule in favor of the officer as this is a business. This is not a justice system but a collection agency. My privacy rights have been violated along with the mishandling of this case! Why is MVD sending anything when it's paid. Not only that my car is registered in CA! Everyone seems to have a retaliation problem original amount paid in 2 payments and paid the last in a lump sum. A letter of verification is needed that all debts were not paid as I have receipts. I will sue for false claims.
