Even the restrooms reflect the same level of care and quality. What truly makes it special, though, is Jorge. After 15 years of trying different coworking spaces, I can say with confidence--nothing else compares.

**NICE SPACE, PEOPLE, AND VIBES**…read more As a solo and start-up entrepreneur, I usually work from home when I'm not busy traveling. However, with no human interaction or lunch breaks, I do get lonely. After a tour with one of the owners, Linh, I was in love with this space! Spacious, fantastic natural lighting (it's everything), and modern decor. There's even patios where you can see palm trees, the Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. The facilities fee includes your own mailbox, co-working space, and conference rooms during work hours (usually and generally 9am-6pm) which is great deal - considering other spaces charge separately on such items as Wi-Fi usage, etc. I often select a space for myself (e.g. couch, table, loft area, etc.) and work efficiently with the good energy. The companies and people who work here are friendly and smiling. Best of all, there are many dining options and public transportation, including the Metro, nearby. The vibe is mature, not corporate, but respectful and somewhat more business casual than totally laid-back. You won't find ping pong tables, wannabe's, or loud people here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who want a good central location, awesome natural lighting, and unpretentious but professional people.

Was lucky enough to get a last-minute invite here at One Culver to LA Fashion Week-this particular…read moreevent being produced by the young production guru Laurent Meler and his company Lumiere). Meler did a stunning job of taking advantage of this unique space and as a result the event itself was magnificent and flawless. (Pictured is the young guru Mr. Meler himself). His company: Lumiere, puts on fashion shows here in the states as well as in Hong Kong and Dubai. That said, this review is meant to shine a light on the facility itself-One Culver. For those in the know who have called Culver City home for the last 20-25 plus years, most could tell you one thing...and that was that no one cared to visit or even remotely ponder what in the heck was going on at this location. This building had a serious identity crisis before someone finally realized you could put on great events (fashion or otherwise) within its vast interior. Shaped somewhat like a step pyramid from the outside and built mere feet from Sony Studios, it never really had its own identity. That is to say, it was known as the building with a really cool exterior, but a zero in terms of what it was actually being used for. Those days finally appear to be over. If the inside is used for events such as the recent Fashion Week, it would justify the buildings existence now more than ever. Numerous offices, production companies, half decent restaurants- you name it have all called this place home at one point or another. Building management hit a home run by greenlighting this recent production. As a result, this facility is now on the map in the Heart of Screenland, Culver City. Props to the mayor and the city (who were sponsors of the event) to help shed a light on this incredible building and its potential. The future is bright for One Culver-provided it continues to utilize its interior for exactly what it was meant for: entertainment!

A real manager would have come to the table, had a conversation, instead of coming to the table, he was RUDE, and very UNPROFESSIONAL! I visited 3 other sites AND NOT 1 women of color. Your company DOES NOT SUPPORT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION. Took over 20k from me during the pandemic and then did NOT support me as a member!! #WeWork lost their profit share because of this kind of thing, do good business and be respectful of the people you enter into agreements with. A lot of co-working places provide small snacks, but this one offers real food. They also have food trucks that will come several days a week and are close to many restaurants. The private offices are very small, and the privacy stripping on the glass is the bare minimum. That was the deal-breaker for my husband. All I'm working workspace will have smaller offices, so I would not make this a deal killer for me, but that with the privacy was the primary issue. Parking is going to be something they charge for as well, so keep that in mind.

I could not be happier with this coworking space in Culver City. From the moment you arrive,…read moreeverything feels intentional, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The space itself is modern, chic, and energizing--an environment that genuinely makes you want to be productive and creative. One of the biggest advantages, and something that truly sets this location apart, is the parking. It is abundant, easy, and stress-free, which is an absolute must in Los Angeles. The location is also incredibly convenient--right next to the freeway--so you get off the freeway and you are immediately there. No circling, no frustration, just seamless access. Inside, the amenities are excellent and high quality. There are plenty of conference rooms, all well maintained and functional. The coffee station is thoughtfully stocked, with good creamer options and filtered water, which may seem like a small detail but makes a real difference during long workdays. What truly elevates this space, however, is the owner, Floyd. He is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the people who work there. From our very first meeting, his focus was on getting to know me--understanding my business, my goals, and how he could support me. It never felt transactional; it felt personal and sincere. He takes the time to listen and truly wants to help you succeed. Overall, this coworking space is not just a place to work--it is an experience. It feels welcoming, energizing, and inspiring. I am extremely happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-run, and supportive coworking environment with unbeatable convenience and parking.
