Saw the jerk guy gossiping about the incident in the corner with coworkers. Walked by him and called him a jerk (the least of which he was) and he got all uppity like he'd been slapped, saying I had to leave over and over again, making a big dramatic scene. Asked for manager (she was one of the recipients of the gossip in the corner). She wanted another employee to accompany me and the girl who was going to help me-- what? Like I'm some criminal threat? Nice management and customer relations-- NOT. Rude, oppressive, unprofessional. Wow, I will never step foot in there again. He nor the manager ever even smiled. Horribly run. If I were the owner, I would be mortified reading these negative reviews and DO something about it! The young girls there were very sweet but this fussy, g*y Karen guy and manager were just awful and should not be working with the public who are there to spend their money and support their business. I'm so sick and tired of businesses like this where they think they're doing YOU a huge favor. That generation (particularly of his "ilk") are so entitled and governed by their self important, over-exaggerated feelings. IT'S NOT ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS. Do your job or don't work with the public.
