The system was left in a condition that doesn't reflect professional standards -- including a drain valve positioned against another pipe, making it impossible to drain the system properly. I provided photos and a detailed email to Milltown expressing these concerns. Their response was that there "wasn't much to do," and they offered only a $500 credit toward a future service. Given the excessive pricing and the quality of work, a credit for a future service wasn't a reasonable solution, and I declined it. Another concern: their website offers no way to contact the owner or any managers directly. For a company that presents itself as family‑run, that lack of transparency says a lot.
