I'm updating my review after 3 years of having Envision Pavers install a large patio in my back yard. I was originally very happy with them and gave them 5-starts for service, speed, and installing a lovely patio. They do not stand behind their work. Beware. After two years, the polymeric sand in this brand new patio began to crack, and crack, and crack. In some places over a 1/4 inch across the entire patio. It should not have this type or amount of cracking only after 3 years! Trying to get Pablo and his team out here to assess and address the issue has been a nightmare. From calling and emailing over and over, to scheduling time only to have them miss appointments. Last time I spoke to Pablo, it was September 2023 when he said they'd have me on the schedule to repair within 2-weeks. NOTHING. I've was at my wits end and decided to wait out the rainy season. Once again, I've tried contacting them by phone and email. NOTHING. I'd proceed with caution when considering Envision Pavers to do your next job. Initially, they seem great. I wanted to install a patio in my backyard to entertain guests. I had a plan developed by a landscape designer and ask for 3 bids. Envision Pavers was the best bid and after checking reviews on Yelp their previous customers were very happy. I asked them for a quote. The quote was very fair. They showed up on the agreed upon day and started working immediately. They spent several days prepping the area and rerouting sprinklers that were in the are where the pavers were to be installed. We discussed draining concerns and they cam up with a very clever way to route water away from the foundation of the house. When digging the drainage system, they accidently destroyed part of the sprinkler system. They fixed it without any issue. I had to leave town for a wedding for 5 days. When I returned I was amazed what they had done. It looked almost perfect. I raised one small concern and Pablo was amazing at analyzing the issue and setup a time to have it corrected. I added another small project for them to do when they return and I am looking forward to another amazing project. read more
