Fernando and crew were very quick and efficient. They removed our shed, poured concrete, and installed our pergola in a very short time. Would definitely recommend to others! read more

More consideration of building site neighbors especially when driving large trucks down narrow roads.

Fernando and his team are absolutely great. Quick, efficient, and effective. I had them do some demo on an old concrete patio. They came out quickly for a quote and we scheduled within a few days to begin. Their value is also excellent. Highly recommended for any demo and hauling work. read more

Jealous of everyone that even got an estimate. Messaged on Yelp and set up an appointment, no call no show. I messaged and a few hours later was just told to send pictures, so I did. Haven't heard anything since. Decided to go with another company, but I've never had this happen before? Such a bummer! read more

We have a small backyard, which was mostly covered by a large concrete slab (approx 290 sqft) that was approx 4" thick. Our side yard was only 36" wide, so large equipment (ie. a bobcat) wouldn't be able to get to the backyard. After getting several quotes, Fernando's quote was the most reasonable - in some cases, 33% cheaper than other quotes. I was able to schedule to have them come in within the next week. They are punctual and fast. Work was estimated to start at 9am and finish at 4pm. They rang the doorbell at 9 on the dot and completed the work by 2pm. This isn't some random small company renting trucks and equipment...they rolled up with their legit demo truck and a bobcat. Bobcat was staged in the driveway, so that they can bring concrete debris to the bobcat via wheelbarrow, and then used the bobcat to lift the debris into their truck. I'm extremely happy now that we have a clean slate for landscaping and more plants!! I definitely recommend Costa Demo!!! read more

Yelpers, If you are looking for a "Demo guy" for home improvement in your yard or front yard, go see Tulio and Fernando ! These guys are a father and son team and their 5 star reviews from everyone who have use them should tell you about their service and work! I happen to be doing some backyard remodeling ( new pavers and pergola etc) and found CD by luck . After speaking with Fernando initially, I felt very comfortable with his demeanor. CD was not the cheapest in fact but I wanted the work done right and the work to start as agreed. And as promised, Fernando and his crew showed up! In my front court yard, the crew forgot to take out the cement under the pavers but Tulio promptly rescheduled for a day later and everything went as smooth as you can expect. I also wanted a few old items dumped and Fernando just charged me a nominal fee to remove. Fernando was so cool he even dump a few other items for me without any additional charge. The only bummer was the demo guy chipped a small corner of my stucco in the front of my house in the courtyard and Tulio will return with a bit of stucco patch I'm sure he will fix. Overall, the site was clean after the job was completed, demo crew showed up promptly as promised and you get 2 guys who are just good with customers you will not regret working with! What else can you ask for? Thanks again Fernando and Tulio !! Hoping your business is a continued success!! read more

We hired tulio and his team to demo a retaining wall and remove a lot of dirt from our backyard. Tulio from the the get go was very responsive. When he came over to take a look at the job and gave me a quote he was on point. His quote was a little higher then the other 8 that gave me quotes. I called tulio to let him know what was the average price people was quoting me and he was able to give me a better price. I decided to hire tulio and his team. It was so easy to work with him. He always communicated with me on how the job was doing. I was so happy on the job he did. He even said he will help me out by digging me my trench for a retaining wall. All in all very happy with the job that was performed! Great job Tulio and team! read more

I'm doing a lot of work on my house right now and I've had a range of quality contractors coming and going. Tulio Costa Demolition is clearly a five star company. He quote me to dig a trench for electric, dig some 3 feet post holes for a pergola, and to remove some concrete. He was on-time for the quote, friendly, and realistic with the pricing. We had some last minute snafus with the other vendors so we needed to postpone the concrete piece. With clear communication, we were able to make some last minute adjustments to the project. He was very flexible. He clearly marked everything the team needed to be before he left. They brought in a bobcat and did all the excavation in a few hours. The crew was also really efficient, thorough, and friendly. I was happy to see one of the guys remeasuring the post holes after he dug them to make sure they were all correct. I will 100% use him again for my next demotion project. read more

Tulio and his crew did a great job on my kitchen demo. He promptly scheduled a walkthrough to give me a quote, and emailed a detailed quote along with his insurance info a few hours later. My building requires insurance for all contractors, so it was nice that he was so forthcoming with it, as many contractors aren't. His initial professionalism gave me confidence in hiring him. They arrived for demo on time, did the work exactly as we discussed and did a nice job cleaning up and hauling away the debris. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the entire kitchen in a day. I would definitely hire Costa Demolition again. Very easy to work with. read more

Costa Demolition did a fantastic job doing selective demolition on a house that we just purchased. They removed drywall, walls, carpet, bathroom fixtures and cabinets and left our house very clean in only 2 days! Tulio's price was the most reasonable of the 3 estimates that we received. His crew showed up on the day he said they would and they finished on the day he said they would. In order to finish on time, Tulio had a much larger crew on the 2nd day and things went very smoothly. Thank you, Tulio! read more

I'm incredibly impressed with Costa Demolition. We obtained quotes from four vendors, and chose them because their pricing was in line with the others, while their higher level of professionalism was clear. Not only did they do everything promised (down to sweeping the entire space at the end of the project), but they took on an additional job when an unforeseen issue arose. Thank you, Fernando and Jonathan, you'll definitely be our first call for future demolition needs! read more

It was a great experience with Fernando and Jonathan's team. I had a few dirt piles left from another job all over places in my back and front yard. They came on Wednesday April 5th to see the job site and started the work the very next day and finished up on Saturday morning. Originally they planned to use 3ft bobcat to get the dirt from the back yard as my fence gate is only 4ft wide. Since their bobcat is broken so they only had 7ft bobcat which can pick up dirt in the front yard. The back yard dirt was taken out by hand using their wheelbarrow--they brought another guy for a day to get this part of job done. Job completed as what I had expected. Great people. I also hired them to demo my driveway concrete and dirt. Backfilling with base rock is included. Jonathan compacted the first half of base rock using my plate compactor and then fill the 2nd half of base rock. They cleaned up the job site before they left everyday.. yes everyday. Very friendly crew. Highly recommended to anyone, if I can give 5.5 star, I will do. read more

Costa Demolition did an excellent job handling our excavation. Tulio was responsive up front, coming by soon after my call and providing me with a quote on the same day at a great price (especially given Costa is fully licensed and insured, unlike some others). The work was challenging, and he and his crew worked long hours to make sure it was done on time and exactly how we had specified it. Lastly, we had a delicate situation involving work on a neighbor's property, and Tulio's calm demeanor and the professionalism of his team alleviated a lot of stress for all involved. In short, a great experience all around. I highly recommend Costa Demolition! read more

Tulio is the best guy based on my research! I inquired more than 10 people and he is the most responsive, most attentive to details and most affordable! His team did an awesome job saw cutting my old concrete patio and remove 500 sqft of concrete in my backyard. The backyard was cleaner then before after he left! read more

I guess that they are real busy. Scheduled a site visit with Fernando twice and I took time off work just to be onsite. However he forgets and has no recollection of our appointments though we spoke over yelp and over the phone. I feel that there should be basic respect of each other's time. It sucks that I have to call to check in and yet have no one turn up. read more

- left a bunch of trash in our backyard, bottles, cigarette butts, fast food wrappers even though the trash and recycling bins were right next to them - permanent oil stains left from their machines on driveway and backyard - equipment and debris was often left at our house blocking our driveway - promises to come at a certain time only to not show up at all the entire day guess reading other reviews others had very punctual experiences and good response time but that was not at all my experience - work would constantly be halted for because they had to buy supplies or just plain not show up even they said they would completed the job only after what seemed like constant unanswered texts, calls, and waiting would not recommend read more

Costa Demolition is very professional. The owner, Tulio, responded within minutes after I submitted my online request. Then he came to the property the next morning and gave a quote on site. The quote is quite reasonable. He also present the Company's insurance policy which is assuring. Two days later he and his team showed up as agreed. Within 2 1/2 hours everything was done. The team was professional, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. The work was well done. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I HIGHLY recommend Tulio and his team. Jerry read more

Tulio is the owner of Costa Demolition. He is professional, knowledgeable and deeply cares about the work his crew delivers. We had Costa deconstruct our home in preparation for a large remodel. They did an amazing job for a very fair price. We determined a start date and timeline and he delivered. All of his crew members are professional and friendly. Costa not only does demolition. They do general site cleanup, grading, and all types of hardscapes including paver driveways and patios. I highly recommend Tulio and the Costa Demolition crew. read more

We wanted to remove some indoor and outdoor cabinetry to make room for our little one. Fernando came by quickly and gave a fair estimate on the spot and could get the job done as soon as the following day. On the actual day of the demolition, he and his crew showed up early and got to work right away. They moved so fast they were done in less than 2 hours. Fernando was even kind enough to remove some dirt from our front yard (for another project) at no extra charge. The crew had great camaraderie, which is always a good sign. Costa Demolition is the real deal. I had a 15ft x 15ft 4 inch concrete slab in my backyard. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, he may have been Fernando's brother but he took care of everything, a one man wrecking crew. The precision and how he went about his work was top of the line. We need our pool removed for our home remodel expansion. Tulio and his team did an excellent job. I've asked Tulio to do some extra work in cutting some old cement to prepare for my new landscape. Tulio helped us with our backyard project, it turns out harder than expected as there were two tree stumps super hard to remove since they're very closed to the fence, the crew were very patient to complete the task and tried to do the best they can and we are very satisfied with the result. The project took longer than expected which definitely results more cost on the company side but Tulio decided to eat the cost. Highly recommended!! read more

Costa Demolition did a great job for us and had the best price. It is a family run business and they are better than 5 stars. They were responsive with the bidding and came to our house 3 months ago for the bid within 72 hours. The work they did and the clean up after was excellent. Our job consisted of jackhammering cement around a spa, removing the spa and the concrete bench around it. They also took apart a outdoor kitchen for us and saved the BBQ, refrigerator and burner for our next kitchen. Both projects were completed in a timely and neat manner. They cleaned the back and front of the house prior to leaving. You won't regret giving them a call. read more

We loved working with Costa Hauling & Demolition. They helped us get rid of an old concrete patio that was likely over 50 years old. When they pulled up the concrete, they found debris that previous people placed below - cans, a wheel, bottles, basically a bunch of junk that was over 50 years old. They were very gracious and agreed to dump it all for us as well, even though it was out of their original scope of work. Highly recommended! read more

We wanted to close our pool and remodel our backyard. Tulio (COSTA Demolition) responded quickly and gave us several options. Costa Demolition was everything the 5-star rating feedback stated. After my conversation with Tulio, one week later they showed up as expected. They removed my backyard living room foundation. I've worked with many contractors, my father having been one of them, and it's not often that I've been impressed. But, Tulio and his team are efficient, on time, and extremely competitive when it comes to pricing. I already had some demo work done by another guy, which only made me wish that I had hired Costa Demolition in the first place. I also learned that they lay down hardscapes, but I had already committed with another landscaper. Tulio, who is mild mannered, kind, and also professional, did not take offense nor was ever pushy. When I asked for a couple of other jobs on the property, in addition to demoing the driveway and walkway, he did not hesitate and still quoted way more reasonably. Of course, it only made me regret not having hired them in the first place to do all the work from beginning to end. Oh yeah, and it's worth mentioning that when part of our sprinkler broke during the demo, they took full responsibility and fixed it right away. If I ever have another project down the line, I will be reaching out to these guys first! read more
