Great service, especially impressed with how well they cleaned up after wards. Would definitely use again.

I called Bay Demo for cutting and removing a portion of an old concrete patio. Henrique came that same day to take a look, and was great to talk with about the job. The crew came just a couple days later, and did excellent work from start to finish. Everyone was nice, the patio was cut perfectly where I wanted it, they broke up and then moved several thousand pounds of concrete out of my back yard without leaving a mark on anything, and then cleaned up beautifully. Here's a pic showing how nice they left it (the cracks in the patio were already there, actually they did a great job keeping those from getting worse during the demo). All around a great experience, highly recommend Bay Demo! read more

I have nothing by praises for this company. Enrique was very responsive during the bid process. The team showed up right on time and wrapped up the demolition job beautifully. They tore down an old metal shed, broke up the concrete floor, raked the area clean, and hauled it all away. The price was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friend and family. read more

I had such a great experience working with Bay Demolition. Henrique, the owner, is an incredibly kind and genuine person. He truly cares about helping people and never cuts corners. Every detail was handled so well and so efficiently many things I didn't even have to mention were already taken care of. I also shared some photos with them, and their partial removal work was especially professional. I asked many other companies before, and most of them just wanted to dump gravel and soil on top. Henrique, however, was willing to spend extra time and money to do the job the right way. That level of professionalism and integrity is hard to find. They also worked very smoothly with the city inspector, which made the whole process stress free. I rarely write reviews, but this team truly deserves five stars. I'm so happy I found them, and I'll definitely be coming back for my future small projects. Highly recommend! read more

Bay Demolition disassembled my gazebo and removed all the parts with minimal damage to the deck floor boards (as the gazebo was bolted in). They even took away a few old pieces of furniture for me as there was still space in their vehicle. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any demolition or any hauling services. read more

Bay Demolition has to be one of the best contractors I've worked with. Henrique was very responsive and able to come quickly to give us a quote, and it was super easy and flexible to schedule our project. Above all, Henrique as well as the team that showed up on the day of (led by Mariano) were SUPER nice. By far the nicest contractors I've ever met. They left the job site tidy and kindly helped us also get rid of a playset when they finished their day ahead of schedule. Speaking of which... they finished way more quickly than we anticipated because they didn't just mindlessly complete the job but actually took a look at some of the material we wanted to demo and realized we could keep it rather than rip it out. Henrique and Mariano provided a lot of good advice on our projects which we are attempting to DIY. If it doesn't end up working out for us, they'll absolutely be the first ones I call to get them done! read more

Bay Demolition just finished a project at my house and I am very happy with the results. I had a number of very large rocks (hundreds of pounds) that I needed removed from my backyard. One was a huge decorative rock that was supported by cinderblocks. I had a bunch of others forming some steps from my desk up to my patio. I needed a fountain removed (that was formed from cinderblocks), and the rocks removed that formed the decorative facing for a retaining wall. When speaking with hardscaping companies, none would touch this job with a 10-foot pole because of the challenges of removing these things given the limited access to my backyard. So I decided to call someone who specialized in demolition and am very glad I did. Getting a quote was easy and it was very competitive. The team arrived as scheduled and got the job done in two days (I was quoted 2-4 days). The workers were very respectful of my property and were careful in their demotion to not damage anything not being removed. They were very friendly and they cleaned up nicely. I am a very happy customer. While I hope to never tackle another job that requires demolition, if I do this will be the first company I call. read more

Quite simply Bay Demolition is the best contracting company I have ever worked with. From the owner Henrique to the office manager Vanessa and everyone in between a wonderful group of people to work with. We had a difficult situation on our hillside property in Los Gatos that needed attention. Terrible access roads, difficult hillside work, nothing stopped Henrique and his crew. Everyone knew what needed to be done and did it. From the operators of the 40 foot long excavator to the wheel loaders, large truck drivers, tree trimmers, power washers, all perfectly coordinated, no wasted time, and fairly priced. We are grateful for their help. We recommend Bay Demolition without reservation. Thank you Henrique. Tony Pock read more

An overdue review for the Bay Demolition team. We hired them last year to remove an unpermitted in law unit. In addition to being the only contractor willing to go through the permit process with us, they were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond, provided a competitive bid and were very respectful of our space leaving it clean and tidy everyday. Highly recommend ! read more

Very helpful and professional. I called them at 6:00 p.m. and they had it removed by 10:00 a.m. the next day. They were even a few minutes early which was nice. Workers were very nice and smiley. This in my opinion shows that they have a great employer. I had them remove a large shed that had been built by a previous tenant that turned into a home for possoms and a stray cat. They were very nice to empty the contents of the shed where I had asked and cleaned up and removed everything nicely. I intend on using this company in the future should I have the need and will recommend to my friends and family. read more

There was an old pergola in our backyard from the previous owner . Over the time we had lots of clutter there and finally I decided to take it down. Five stars all around! We used Bay Demolition to demolish a 1400 sq. ft guest house in our backyard, including its concrete slab foundation. From our first meeting, Henrique was knowledgeable, transparent, accommodating and offered a detailed explanation for how the work would be completed. Our local jurisdiction required a demolition permit. Henrique and Vanessa were very helpful in securing this permit. Our guest house was built directly against the property line on three sides of the building. Because of this, the majority of the demolition was done by hand to ensure that the neighboring properties would not be damaged. The crew was very careful throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were always respectful of our space. A special shout-out to the excavator operator. The final wall to be removed was concrete, and against our neighbor's property. He took it apart with incredible skill and precision. I was nervous it would fall into their yard, but he managed to remove the entire wall, over 75 feet, without a single block of concrete falling into their space. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of this project and the service we received. If we ever need demolition/hauling services in the future, we will call Henrique first. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you Henrique, Vanessa, and the entire crew for a job well done! read more

I wanted to get rid of the 3-4 yard pile of cement rubble and started making calls to different services with no answers. It was not a big job but needed to be done. I called Bay Demolition and spoke to a very energetic and enthusiastic Henrique who was glad to help and answer my questions. He gave me some options and a fair quote and I scheduled the work for the next day. His crew showed up on time and were actually early, and professional, and the crew chief Mariano was very helpful, communicative, and punctual and they completed the job in no time. They were considerate and did not waste my time. I completed the transaction with Henrique to my satisfaction. I am also a real estate broker so I work with many vendors. I would definitely recommend them and use them again with any hauling, demolition, cement work, or dumpster rentals, and they are licensed contractors too, so be sure to check them out. read more

Bay Demolition did the following concrete and grind work: Remove 163 square feet of parkstrip marked by green arrows and replace with clean fill. Perform concrete sidewalk grinds at 2 locations. (grinds are marked with the letter "G" and are a maximum of 5 ft wide ) Cleanup and removal of all concrete debris. They gave me a reasonable estimate, arrived on time and did a GREAT job. They worked hard and cleaned up well. They saved me money by offering to hand grind instead of renting a large grinding machine. They even hauled away some trash (bricks and old wood fencing) at no extra cost. The work was approved by San Jose City Trees and Sidewalks. Henrique Muniz and his work crew were courteous and efficient. I am a VERY satisficed customer! read more

Henrique and his crew were very friendly and professional. We needed a huge amount of dirt and sand removed from the back of our property down a narrow path to their truck. Henrique and his team are amazing. I've hired them four separate times so far. He's cut out cement footings, demolished walls, removed appliances, tile flooring, built in cabinets and ceilings. They are incredibly professional and efficient. His team comes in, does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and clean up. You are never left with a mess. They never leave a job half done. I've worked with several other companies and had terrible experiences. Now, anytime I need help with demolition and cleaning up of materials, he is my first call. He has never disappointed. Very fair pricing, professional and quality work: A+! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work!!! read more

These guys were simply outstanding. Enrique is super responsive, stuck by his quote, and his crew arrived right on time to deconstruct our shed/garage. Henrique clearly puts a high priority on safety practices. Super efficient, friendly, great price for the work. Best part is that they used deconstruction techniques, rather than simply demolish, and we wound up with a nice pile of plywood, 4x4s and 2x4s that we will reuse. I will absolutely hire these guys again. read more
