Noecon did a fabulous job removing our backyard pool so that we could replace it with garden beds. It was super easy to get our ideas across to Noe and he answered every question of ours precisely and with great patience. The crew including Noe Sr. was very diligent and worked almost till sunset most days making sure that things were done right including setting up the drainage holes at the bottom of the pool and many passes compacting the dirt. Noe and the crew were able to improvise really well and came up with a great solution to restore our backyard access where they tore the fence down with a wood and dirt solution that looks like it has been there forever! I fully agree with all the 5 Star reviews, NoeCon did an excellent job for me. We just completed a full-engineering pool removal and back fill of our pool. Noe's price was very reasonable compared to another quote I had gotten. Everything for the project went very smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule. They had to remove and replace a section of my fence to get the Bobcats and equipment in and out of the backyard and they even put sheets of thick plywood on the sidewalk to prevent cracking them. After all the work was done, I was amazed to see how clean and nice they left the job site, they even hosed down the street and gutters where they were loading the trucks. We just finished our pool demolition and backfill with NOECON and could not be happier with the results. From the beginning the communication with Veronica was responsive and the quote was reasonable and more detailed compared to others. The team is very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain the next steps to us. Noe and his Team did an awesome job and it became obvious that Neocon knows how to properly remove a pool compared to another contractor we talked too (who didn't know how to use protective plywood boards so the bobcats would not cause damage) . We had a fiberglass pool, so his demo was mostly done with saws. Filling the new pool opening went smoothly with rocks, dirt etc. and compacted at different steps. Noe always had the right tools throughout. Drain pipes were installed and they protected plants so the drain lines could go to a buried tub. The very impressive visual part was adding a Bocci Ball court on top, and it was surrounded by a narrow garden area, complete with drip irrigation. Noe selected 6x6 Redwood boards to surround the court which had holes drilled for using rebar to fasten them in place. They then added on top 6x2 boards to cover the rebar. The top boards had a colorful redwood stain addition. When we asked for small changes or additions, there was no requote process, again unlike other contractors I have worked with in the past. Finally, like other reviews have pointed out, Veronica was a perfect point of contact, always responding quickly to any request. At the end she dropped off a box a new Bocci Balls for us to use. read more

Noe was very professional when he came over did the estimation and returned with a good quote within a couple of days and also explained the process completely. The quote was not the lowest one that I received, but it was the one I felt very comfortable working with. It covered all aspects that I was looking for - inspection, permits, additional tree trunks removal etc. I had to move the dates around twice due to family emergencies and travel out of state, and Noe was very co-operative and moved around the schedule to suit my availability. Access to the property was fairely moderative - and Noe had to do some extra work to remove and put back fences, trim tree branches - which was done cleanly. The team didn't damage any property / sidewalks even after bringing in truck loads of dirt and having a whole lot of bobcat runs. He updated me pretty much daily on the work completed and what was scheduled for the next day - and organized and cleaned up the entire area at the end of the day. He put up a temporary fence to maintain privacy at all times and has left it until I get a permanent one in. This was a big pool with additional items to be taken care and his schedule for the complete process was spot on - everything done on time. We were referred to Noecon by a website "next door" by one of the neighbors. We did have two other companies come out for quotes but liked Noe, the owner. His personality, explanation of how work was to be done, his patience and honesty were the deciding factors why we went with his company. We were scheduled to have this work done in December but accelerated it til October. Noe had another customer booked for the time we were available but was able to work around our schedule which was quite nice. Noe and Martin completed the work in three days - drilling, breaking down the concrete the first day, filling in the dirt the second day and the third day cleaning out our driveway where all the dirt was and surrounding areas. Our first contact with Noe was very pleasant. He came on time and looked and talked like an expert. After interviewing some other companies, we decided to go with Noe. Since he was busy, we ended up scheduling an early November removal back in August. Noe said in the email that he was preparing a contract and would come to our house to finalize the schedule in a week. Everything went downhill after that-- contract never showed up in my email. He never showed up at my doorstep. After left several messages to his phone and sent a couple of more emails, we finally got hold of him but he lost his estimates so I had to resent it.
