This resulted in water running through the core of the service line and directly into my circuit breaker box. I was very worried. Peco refused to fix the problem they created. They wanted $150 just to put in a panel directory, and charged me $800 for relatively minor electrical work. I didn't know any better, and was just desperate to get the certification at the time, but even the inspector suggested I was ripped off at that rate. ..reply to buisness response: I asked for a breakdown of the cost at the time of the estimate, after finding out you guys wanted $150 for the directory, just to find out if there was something else I could take out to DIY and save money. Your employee told me they don't have that, and it's just a general amount for the work in total. If I knew you were charging $255 just to change a 20watt breaker to a 15w, I definitely would have done that myself. Not sure why only after a bad review I'm getting this breakdown, when I asked for it before. N
