Had an amazing first time experience here!…read more I'm not new to massages and facials so I'd say I have pretty high standards. Overall thoughts: I love how this is a one stop shop for my self care needs. The fact that I can curate and mix/match any facial or massage in the same session is amazing. Usually places that offer both services require separate bookings for one or the either, but the staff here are trained to do both. They have a lot of combinations available -- it was fun to simply look through and pick one off their website prior to booking. Booking: I especially love the transparency in their prices, types of treatment, and available appointment times on their website. It was incredibly easy to find everything I wanted and needed to know Experience: I did the lymphatic drainage facial + a back massage and Tiffany was exceptional. Firm pressure, super relaxing. As someone who clenches my jaw and sits at a desk everyday for work - this was the perfect combination to release all that tension. The muscles on our face deserve as much attention as the muscles on our body! I can tell the business owner puts a lot of care and thought into the customer experience, seeing how active they respond to feedback here :) looking forward to return for another self care day

My therapist, Jessica, was professional, attentive, and asked about pressure to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. I'm not new to massages. Although tempted to gatekeep, this is probably the best I've had and the first review that I've written in years. I am already looking forward to my next visit this weekend.

My masseuse, Stacy, has healing hands. She patiently worked on all the stubborn knots in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. The 60-minute body massage flew by way too quickly! I'm really hoping the Quail Hill branch opens soon so I can visit more often since it's much closer to home. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

As someone who has tried many different massage parlors and spas, I highly recommend Seven Falls…read more It's excellent -- everyone on the staff is so kind and welcoming, and I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I especially cannot recommend Jason enough. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for almost two years, largely from extremely tight back muscles due to lifting, slight scoliosis, and spending all day at a desk as a lawyer. I've tried just about everything at this point (physical therapy, chiropractors, muscle relaxants, etc.) and nothing has solved the problem. I've now seen Jason three times over the past five or six weeks, and the difference has been incredible. I usually book a 60- or 90-minute targeted deep tissue massage focused on my back, shoulders, and neck. What really sets Jason apart is how attentive he is. Every massage has been a little different because he actually takes the time to figure out which muscles are especially tight, where the knots are, and what needs the most attention that day. He's incredibly thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. He also regularly checks in about the pressure, which I appreciate because I prefer pretty firm pressure. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm actually making progress with my back pain rather than just getting temporary relief. I am not waking up with bad pain all across my back and shoulders anymore. At this point I am booking regular massages with Jason every 2 weeks. If you deal with chronically tight muscles or want a really effective, targeted deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Seven Falls and also Jason. He's phenomenal!

My advice is to skip the regular facials and go straight for the Regenerating Facial. It is a bit more expensive, but it is worth every penny.

I called for two appointments when I was nine minutes away, and they did heave them but wouldn't hold the slots unless I read my credit card. I couldnt read it while driving and I was nine minutes away so felt pretty unreasonable. Check-in was ok and they were nice but when I told them about my interaction they didn't acknowledge it at all. Simply said. "Do you want the reservations?" No acknowledgement, no apology. My boyfriend's therapist was excellent, five stars, and he felt better. They come to the quiet room at 4:22 pm for my 4:15 appt. My session started at about 4:25 and ended at 5:"8pm... not the full 50 minutes promised. My therapists Cranial scalp work was excellent, but the rest was generic and rushed. She didn't even know what type of massage I was getting. When I cashed out I found out the price was $180. I though maybe $140-ish as it is nice. At 180 dollars, call it a premium spa all you want, but one great massage and one average one isn't value. Decent amenities don't make up that gap. I can't justify the price, and I won't be going back. There are better massages with much more caring people. Use them. Update. Garrett reached out to me and we had a good conversion.
