The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the process their company and workers went through to help in a situation like ours and answered more questions the second time we called to confirm an appointment. A man by the name of Mark showed up right on time at our house two days later for a free inspection. He was very jovial and informative. He quickly diagnosed which kind of ants we were dealing with and quoted us a very fair price and was able to treat the interior and exterior at the same appointment. He went out of his way to show us where he believed the ants were coming in from and some preventative measures we could take to not have this issue again. The first time was in…read more2021, and we just engaged his services again last month to rehome some squirrels that were adamant about chewing their way into our house. Stewart was extremely responsive and came out within a couple of days to set up the traps. He made sure the traps were in a shaded area so that any captured squirrels weren't roasting in the sun, and came out daily to check/reset the traps and to escort the squirrels to a new area. Both times, he also examined our home for potential entry points and gave us the option to have him seal them or have another contractor seal them for us. Of course, we opted to have him do it, but I liked that he wasn't pushy and gave us enough information to make an informed choice. Hopefully we won't have guests trying to chew their way into our house for a while, but Stewart will once again be our first call if that happens again. Highly recommend!

This was the first red flag. Then a second technican (Desiree) came about 5 hours after the original promised window. She spent a considerable amount of time inspecting our roof and attic for critters. Then she let us know she cannot do the work and that her manager will come the next day. Next day manager comes late. Does a whole another round of inspection and says he doesn't have the material needed to do the work (its like going to the dentist and have them say you need a filling but don't have the filling material). He begins to tell my wife that the cost will be roughly 1,000 and leaves with no work done again. Then we get an estimate of 3500 which is 3x what he said. After being confronted with all the false promises and false quotes he essentially says the technician Desiree and my wife were both incorrect. BE CAREFUL with this company. Get a second opinion, you have been warned!!!

Ultimately, his partner did make it out the following Monday and started to address the problem. And this ant issue was no ordinary infestation - it was like Ant-Mageddon with flying ants throughout the inside of the house and crawling up walls, etc. My tenants were continually vacuuming them up for over a week and were not enjoying things. Iseland made 4 separate trips out to the property to add bait and ultimately got things under control. This ant issue has been recurring for a number of years but had never been that bad. It started again this last summer and Iseland came out again and I think they now have nailed the problem. I also had them come out to a different property this fall to help with a pretty serious rat and mouse problem. Justin put together a plan with bait traps and had the problem completely under control within a few days. I'll be signing up with Iseland for a regular treatment program and based on my experiences so far, I recommend them!
