The raccoon was trapped on the metal roof till noon in 90 degree heat, despite my repeated calls to Scott and the office number, leaving urgent messages. The animal was shaking the cage and crying, that I could hear in the shop. Absolute radio silence from Critter Getters. Showed up nonchalantly around noon. Please use someone else that will use humane methods. There was no reason for the animal to suffer for hours needlessly.
