Signed up about a month ago and they made me sign their contract for $620 per year and immediately tried up to upcharge me into additional services by telling me that my plan didn't include that. Will not be renewing service once this is over. I can get a 1 gallon jug of Ortho Home defense at Home Depot for $6 which will kill everything. read more

Called Enviropest to help with a bat in the house. They were not able come out for 3 weeks. When they came out, I met with a very nice person with plan to get bats out of my eaves and put up a grill to prevent them from coming back. However, when he showed up to do the work - his ladder was not high enough. He said he would be back in 15 minutes with another ladder- and I never heard from them again. I tried them again this weekend a year later- to see if I cld prevent same thing this summer and was told I would hear from them during business hours this week. Still nothing. Will need to try a different company. read more

Always cancelling, or no shows or they forget your service completely, i only keep because ive had contract w them over 14 yrs. Started at 25 month, up to 40 month, n jus more elsewhere, so have to deal w the bs. Live in area thats a must for the service, then they give 4, yes 4 hour window arrival times, n then call ya 15 min before the max wait time n say, so so n so is sick or some other reason. They were g r e a t, until they werent the last 5 or 6 years, deal w it. Some here under 10 min, some do fairly decent job, n someone new constantly. Half a job, or decent, its a toss up. Lots n lots turnover. I would however, give 5 stars to jennifer for listening to such frustration, understatement, for being cancelled, no show, yet another time, she tried, and apologized sincerely, and believes in, customer service. My saving grace, in hoping for, better w this company. Afterall, e pest did pitch it well, they jus need get control of their issues. read more

Took forever to show up then didn't even spray despite the proof of bugs. When i called to follow up they refused to tell me anything. After they finally came and sprayed they left trash and chemicals for me to clean up and broke a vent. Then the bugs came right back after a few days. Worst experience from any business I've ever experienced. read more

The company is extremely dishonest. They half-way fill bate boxes and charge you for services never completed.

Not super thrilled with this company. Apparently they purchased Evergreen Pest back in March and never fully told anyone or mapped over the billing details. They claim that they let everyone know via e-mail and then told me "though many customers report that it went to spam." So they knew they had an issue of these notices going to spam inboxes, but decided that was good enough and didn't proactively fix the issue. Knowing this however, they continued to provide their service and just let bills rack up without calling. Their service was only $40/month, so I didn't notice when it stopped coming out. I assumed that because I was on automatic payments, I didn't really have to keep an eye on it. Funny how that works. Called to see what was up and the woman who answered the phone was a complete nuisance. Apparently, I should have known that Evergreen and Enviropest were one in the same. I told her I wanted to cancel and that I would pay my bill online. To which she said "then call back when you have done so." Then I told her this was a pain in the neck and she hung up on me. Went online to pay and their portal said I didn't have an outstanding balance, even though the previous page said I did. Called back and again was greeting by a rude desk person asking if I was going to swear at them again. Didn't swear the first time, but really thought about it this time. Paid, canceled service, and hung up. Garbage customer service. read more

Their customer service are rude. Their technicians are pretty polite, but everyone who answers the phone for them has an attitude and who is rude and they're inefficient at their job. When they're supposed to be automatically withdrawing payments, they can't manage to do that and then want to charge late fees read more

Don't even bother with this company. After contacting them because of difficulties getting them to even show up. I first confirmed that my complex was an account of there's which I already knew. They said yes and then after being put on hold they attempted to tell me we are in fact not an account if there's. Contrary to the actual evidence they have left on my counter claiming they had serviced my apartment whenever they actually showed up. They have absolutely no ability to help with pest control save for what you could do yourself and contacting them is somehow even less useful. Not to mention the woman I spoke with knew three phrases in English and all she could do was repeat the same thing over again and apparently lie. You will see no results with this service. read more

This review applies to pet owners. I just got back from spending the morning at the vet with my dog.  An Enviropest technician left an open bucket of rat poison behind after refilling bait traps.  Luckily, I caught my dog in the act of eating it, and was able to get him to the vet quickly to induce vomiting.  He has to be on medicine for the next 3 weeks, to prevent the possibility of internally bleeding to death, and he also needs to be under constant supervision to make sure his condition remains stable. read more

The customer service center is 1 of the worst. I've had a good experience up until recently. They are very expensive and do an ok job. We have been paying $35/month & continue to have a problem. Paid another company much less to help with getting wasps taken care of. read more

It really pays to have these folks come out twice a year. Two years ago they cleaned out yellowjackets and we were good the rest of the year. We didn't go with them last year (or with anyone) and regretted trying to do it ourselves. We signed up for two visits a year, which is cheaper, actually. Matthew came out this week and went right to it, didn't find much in the way of yellowjackets, but took care around the entire foundation of the house and inside the garage. These folks are responsive, on time (or better), efficient, professional (they know their stuff- they don't do anything that keeps bees from pollenating) and friendly. Highly recommend, ask for Matthew if you are in Ft C. read more

My wife contracted with Enviropest and they did our service. They did a good job at first. She requested they do the outside service on Thursdays as she would be home. Twice they claimed they did the service on other days and billed us. They were paid but we still have mosquito issues. They are happy to disregard us now that they are paid. read more
