I wanted them to check out this basement area and they showed up on time and all that. I don't know that much about this stuff but they could answer all my questions and I checked it against what I was learning on the internet. When I deal the people who look for termites, you can usually tell which companies are serious and well trained and which ones just generalize and say they have to spray your whole house and it will cost this much and that spiel. I'd put them in the former category. They gave me specific answers and could almost answer every one of my follow up questions. And I don't mind it if they say they aren't sure about one thing, and consult with someone. The fact that they aren't acting like they know everything on earth tells me, usually, they are being honest. I think they share a background with the person who referred me to them, so I fundamentally trusted them by the end. I spoke with three companies, who came out, and they were clearly the most knowledgeable and appreciated how dangerous this stuff is for me and my wife. I'm still discussing with them and the handy mans's company the whole process of removing it in this one area, so it's not fully resolved. A decent company that does good work with regards to testing. My main gripe is lack of clarity and…read moreresolution of an issue that I had brought up. When I wanted some testing done, the deceptive thing they said was that I can do multiple tests for one price. So I clarified that if I were to test 3 rooms, it'd be the same price as 5 rooms and they said yes. So I literally said to the representative " so whether I test 1 room or 5 rooms, it's one price and she confirmed yes. Lo and behold I get slapped with a charge 5 different rooms. Well I called to clarify, they told me it was one price but per room. I was frustrated because that was my default assumption. It's like going to a restaurant and ordering something and the server says "all pastas are for one price whether you get 1 or 10, it's all one price" and you order 4 pastas for the family and 4 more to go to take home and they slap you with a bill for 8 pastas and tell you it's one price but for each pasta. Well duh! That's everyone's default assumption. You making that qualifying statement serves to confuse the customer. It feels like a deceptive tactic to make it seem like all tests are for one price in order to bait you into more tests. It left a bad taste in my mouth honestly. That being said, the worker was nice and the job was done which why I can average out the score to 3 stars. Would I use them again.... Maybe, but I may shop around a little more.

To start, Frank is one of the most considerate, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable people I've come across in any business setting. From day one, it was clear that he cared--not just about doing the job, but about helping us navigate a stressful situation and meet tight deadlines. He went out of his way to accommodate our timeline when he really didn't have to, which speaks volumes about his character. His communication is on another level. He responds to calls and texts almost immediately, keeps you constantly informed, and makes sure you never feel in the dark about what's happening. That level of responsiveness and transparency is rare, and it made a huge difference for us. Beyond that, his entire team operates with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. Everything was handled efficiently, cleanly, and with care. What stood out most is that Frank treats you like more than just another client--he genuinely wants the best outcome for you and goes the extra mile to make sure you get it. It's hard to find people like that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank and PropertyHealth to anyone. If you're looking for a team that is reliable, communicative, and truly cares, you won't find better.

We weren't sure when our walls were going to be closed up after a remediation project, and we wanted to get a mold test just to confirm that everything was mold free. Our contractor let us know the evening before we called Jason that he was going to begin closing walls the next day, so I called Jason and he was unfazed by me giving him zero notice. If you get his voicemail which instructs you to go to the website to book, it's very easy and user friendly, but I wasn't sure exactly what I needed so I left a message and he called me back in minutes. He walked me through my options and then gave me a fair price for the services I needed that was on par with other vendors I reached out to. I hope we don't need to worry about mold in the future, but, if we do, Jason will be the first person we call!
