He and his partner do all of the work themselves, so you know exactly who you're dealing with from start to finish. He took care of my home as if it was his own, and was responsive, transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. Having never gone through this before, it was important to me to have someone who I felt like I could trust and would give the information to me straight, and I found that in Hansel. Even when it became a larger project with more days than anticipated, they added on a 12 hour Saturday work day and put in all of the time it took to resolve the issue in my home. His prices were competitive, and he sent us a certificate of completion at the end.

I reached out to them because of a leak, and honestly, they could have easily brushed me off or tried to sell me a service I didn't need. Instead, they took the time to help me realize I was being misled by multiple other plumbers and service people I had already spoken to. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare nowadays. They didn't have to help me at all but they did. They even referred me to a reliable plumber -- and if it weren't for that referral, I'd probably still be sleeping with a leak in my ceiling. The time and care they put into helping me (without making a dime off of it) speaks volumes about their character and professionalism. Thank you, Fix My Home, for going above and beyond.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care really stood out. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone needing restoration work.

His crew is professional, punctual, and patient. I'm an over-planner and worrier, but Danny and Daniel were always patient, kind, and thorough in their explanations, putting my mind at ease. Frank was also always accessible over the phone and text message if I had additional questions about scheduling and the scope of work. The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Frank and his team again. I highly recommend Save The Day Restoration!

They took the time to explain everything, completed the remediation within the timeframe they gave us, and immediately followed up with the reconstruction of the room. They also went above and beyond by doing a complete wipe-down of our bathroom and taking care of several touch-ups. Our bathroom and back room look amazing compared to how they looked before! We would definitely recommend ARG Restoration and Construction to anyone in need of restoration or construction services. Thank you so much to Mario and everyone at ARG--you are all truly appreciated!

Gabriel took the time to walk me through several options based on my budget, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use ARG Restoration again.

Nathan responded to my message right away and came to my home the very next morning. From the beginning, Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very honest about the situation and my options. After meeting with four different restoration experts, I felt the most confident hiring Neighborhood Service Restoration. Nathan has extensive knowledge of the restoration business, having grown up learning the industry through his family, who have been in the business for many years. I trusted that he and his crew knew how to properly remove the mold while also keeping my family's health and safety a top priority. I also really appreciated how thorough he was during his inspection and how patient he was with all of my questions. He took the time to explain the process in detail and gave me a great deal of reassurance during what was a very stressful situation for me. Nathan was able to get me on the schedule quickly, and he and his crew did an excellent job with the removal and cleanup of the mold and water-damaged materials. They were thorough, kept the work area clean and tidy, and completed everything within a reasonable timeframe. I decided to file a claim with my homeowners insurance, and Nathan was an incredible help throughout that process. He understands the insurance process extremely well and truly advocated for me. He negotiated on my behalf with both the insurance adjuster and the independent adjuster who inspected my home, and he made sure I was fairly compensated by my insurance carrier. Without a doubt, I received a significantly larger payout from my insurance carrier with Nathan's help and expertise than I would have received if I'd navigated the process on my own. Having someone knowledgeable in my corner made a huge difference. I've worked with other restoration companies in the past, but the best service I've received has been from Neighborhood Service Restoration. Nathan and his crew were professional, clean, honest, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. A+ service all around! I highly recommend Neighborhood Service Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage, mold, or any restoration project.

Nathan and his team were scheduled to come in the morning for mold remediation, but unfortunately,…read morethey didn't arrive until around 1 PM. Nathan was very apologetic about the delay and his team worked hard to make sure the job was completed by late afternoon. He even offered me $100 off because of the inconvenience, although I ultimately chose to pay the full amount. A few days later, Nathan came back to follow up on the work and investigate further. He suspected that the water damage might extend to the other side of the wall, where we had previously experienced a roof leak. He was right--there was water damage underneath the baseboards/studs in the adjoining bedroom. Nathan sent his team back out a second time to remediate the other room. It was a long and involved process to properly clean and treat the area, but I'm very glad he took the extra time to investigate instead of simply considering the original job finished. Although the initial delay was frustrating, Nathan really made up for it by being thorough, responsive, and committed to making sure the underlying problem was addressed. I'm very happy with the work his team did and appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure our home was properly taken care of. I would recommend Nathan and his team.
