Supervisor says they needed a VERBAL or written cancelation. As I mentioned above I called in June 26, 2026, another time in July & in August and spoke with a Vivint specialist (VERBALLY NOT IN SIGN LANGUAGE) to cancel my service. Bad communication between departments and bad business model/ethics. I highly discourage this alarm company. LOOK FOR ANOTHER ALARM COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR HOME.
