    I was a customer with this company until switching providers in March 2025. I followed every…read morerequired step to properly cancel my services: I paid off my equipment, canceled through their third-party account lender, and my new provider even submitted a cancellation letter on my behalf. After completing all of this, I reasonably believed my account was closed. That assumption changed when I was contacted about an unpaid balance after fraud was discovered on my card. When I called to investigate, I was informed that this company had continued charging me for monitoring services the entire time--even though the equipment they were supposedly monitoring had been offline since cancellation. At no point did they contact me to question this. The first representative I spoke with, Leah or Aliyah, was helpful and confirmed that my service had been canceled and that I should be receiving a refund of over $250 . However, after being transferred to the billing department, the experience deteriorated significantly. The billing representative was rude, repeatedly cut me off, and ignored what I was saying. I have now been on hold for over an hour and forty minute waiting for this issue to be resolved. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as contacting a lawyer.

Network wiring for 10 workspaces were done with 2 network ports in each station. We also upgraded our network rack which Wire Guys order for a very reasonable price. As for the technicians, all I can say is they were amazing. They were very professional, detailed oriented and on time. All of the work performed was done great and great quality. The technicians were friendly and accommodating to any request no questions ask. Our project was completed on time as planned and everything from the technical aspect of things were done great with no issues. We will definitely keep using Wire Guys for any work.

Josh promised to take great care of my system, replacing batteries every 3 years so I would never get low battery chirps, and that he would know before I would, that a sensor was having trouble since he got reports daily and would be out promptly to fix it before it became a problem. After my initial contact with Josh, I have had trouble contacting him. He did come out once, bypassed a bad sensor, never to be seen again, leaving my home vulnerable. I have tried over the past 2 years to contact Josh using his cell and office phones, texting and email. He refuses to call me back or respond in any way. Josh's lack of service or communication is appalling. No customer should be treated this way. This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company!

I spoke to Josh twice, briefly, during a 3 month period. Both times he stated he would call me back but never did. I don't know if I own the equipment in the house but it's going in the trash. This company is unprofessional and useless. Switching to a company with a better reputation for costumer service.
