We came into planning completely overwhelmed, but every meeting with her left us calmer and more confident. She recommended amazing vendors and remembered every detail we shared -- down to specific photos on my shot list. I mentioned wanting veil shots once, and on the wedding day she made sure to remind our photo and video team so nothing was missed. She genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. We had quite the wedding weekend -- including an atmospheric storm that forced us to move our outdoor ceremony indoors. We were heartbroken, but Ann handled everything with so much grace and positivity. She and her team resolved issues behind the scenes before we even had the chance to worry about them. We didn't learn about half of it until our debrief a week later LOL. Because of her, we were able to stay fully present and completely stress-free. Ann's thoughtfulness showed up in big and small moments. One standout was how she coordinated our In-N-Out stop -- by the time our bridal party and photo/video team arrived, she already had us seated and eating, which was everything after a long morning with barely a break. When we realized we were missing centerpieces for a few tables because we forgot to update our florist on the final count, Ann handled it immediately before we even had a chance to stress. Her team was also so gracious in setting up all our welcome-area décor and bathroom amenity baskets. Ann truly thinks of everything. On the wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly and exactly on schedule -- something incredibly important to us. She kept the energy flowing, checked in on guests, and ensured every detail was executed exactly as planned. We genuinely could not have done this without Ann and her team. Their expertise, steady presence, and genuine dedication made our wedding weekend not only beautiful but truly enjoyable. My husband even mentioned that if we ever throw another big event (hopefully not another wedding LOL), we'd hire Ann again in a heartbeat. Our parents are pretty particular and had high expectations, but even they couldn't stop raving about Ann and her team afterward. We also received so many compliments from guests who were impressed by how seamlessly everything came together. If you want a planner who goes beyond logistics -- someone who advocates for you, protects your peace, and executes with precision -- Ann is the one. Highly, highly recommend. With her expertise, she was able to help us craft our perfect timeline and suggest/vet vendors. It was an extra cherry on top that she was familiar with our venue in Orange County, the vendors that we had chosen, and the special Asian cultural elements that we were incorporating. She was an advocate for our wants and needs, ensuring that we had the perfect day. We met with her several times over Zoom months before the wedding and in person for the final details with the venue. She took care of communicating with all of the vendors and ensuring that everything was in place. On the day of the wedding, we truly did not need to worry about anything other than being present and enjoying our selves. Ann and her team took care of resolving everything that pops up with event and vendor logistics, managing the timeline, managing guests and family (especially those who spoke Vietnamese). Her team helped with picking up a lunch order and delivering to our hotel suite, getting the venue set up, and ensuring our photographer got the important photos with the wedding party. Her team made sure we were well hydrated with water and preferred cocktails throughout the night so that we could focus on the party and being with our guests. The venue itself is stunning, elegant, light, airy, and uplifting, which was exactly what we wanted for this occasion. The room's clean, timeless aesthetic required little decoration, yet it felt warm and intimate. The table spacing was perfect, offering both comfort and closeness for our guests. The accommodations were top-notch. The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. Ana and Bryana were not only responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, but also genuinely kind and authentic, a quality that extended to the entire staff. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The water and tea pitchers were always full, plates were cleared discreetly, and the overall hospitality was second to none. The food was exceptional, our guests couldn't stop raving about it! I was deciding between venues and ultimately went with Venue by Three Petals per the astounding recommendation of a bride who also had hers here in 2021. Having had my wedding in September 2023, I can definitely attest to the great things that have been said about this venue. Planning a wedding of ~250 guests was definitely not the easiest thing to do but I was so lucky to have worked with Jenn throughout the process. She has been instrumental from beginning to end. Her professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and accommodations... The accolades go on! She knew what little pieces to add to make the wedding really stand out. Her work with the floral chandelier was amazing! I had given her the floral design deck provided by my florist and she did such an outstanding job with coordinating it. My guests can not stop raving about the food and the generous portions!! We opted for seven courses that included the hors d'oeuvres and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I loved that they packaged all the courses for my husband and I to take home. Honestly, I wish I was a guest at my own wedding because I wanted more. LOL. Also, the drinks? Amazing. Incredibly glad we invested quite a bit into the bar! The lychee-tini was my signature drink while my husband's was the tuxedo mule. They were definitely a big hit. The bartenders were so kind! Another thing to note is the generous parking that the venue provides and just the ease of its layout. Definitely consider, or rather, just book your next event here!!
