Lindsay and Katie were absolutely flawless to work with. I am extremely picky and very hands on and the type to always be nervous in making sure everything is perfect down to the smallest detail. They totally crushed it out the ball park and alleviated all stress I had. They were able to execute my vision better than I had envisioned myself. I would like to think I have great taste in pairing things and even things they suggested that I was initially unsure about ended up looking spectacular. Anytime I had any question, either of the two responded within hours if not minutes. They also always called to make sure I was comfortable with the details and plans. Even things that we were panicking about two days before, they were doing everything they could to help. Come day of, I'm not joking when I say this, my jaw dropped when I saw all of the decor and everything come together. I was shocked. I'm very hard to please and being a blogger, i expected everything to be picture perfect. I was so overwhelmed with joy and happiness that I had to excuse myself from the dance floor while we were dancing to take it all in. My husband and I got married in an Indian-Christian ceremony in Newport Beach, California on September 21, 2018 at the Pelican Hill Resort. During our wedding planning, we lived in Michigan and needed the help of a wedding planner to plan a wedding from across the country. We researched wedding planners in the OC area, and from the very first phone call with Lindsay, I just felt like she just 'got me' and my vision, even throwing out cool ideas and possibilities even from the very first phone call (which I loved and was so impressed)! Additionally, Lindsay and her team are some of the sweetest people we had ever met. They were more than willing to bend over backwards for their clients, and Lindsay and her team truly make you feel like they care about making your big day special! Working with Lindsay was incredibly easy. You get that one-of-a-kind boutique service that is extremely personalized. Lindsay and her team were always available for calls, even with the big difference in time zones, and responded to emails in a timely manner- many times even within an hour or two. Bliss Productions has many contacts in and around orange county, whether it be for venues or vendors, so we felt like we always had a lot of options. Their recommendations were always on-point, with vendors who were well-known and with excellent reviews. If something was out of our price range she would either negotiate, or look elsewhere, often coming up with even better plans or designs. Also, I really appreciated Lindsay's organization. My husband and I have extremely busy work schedules, so it was great that she was able to keep us on top of deadlines. Throughout the wedding day, Lindsay and her team stayed behind the scenes but were always near-by in case of any questions or problems. We definitely recommend going with Bliss Productions for your wedding planning services. My husband and I had a 200-person wedding in the Pacific Palisades in October. When we were first looking for a wedding planner, our main priority was to find a planner who had strong design chops. Thanks to Pinterest, I had some vague high-level ideas for the look I wanted to go with, but I knew myself well enough that we would need a lot of help to make the wedding look beautiful. Lindsay's background is in interior design and you could definitely tell from her prior work that she brought this experience into crafting beautiful magazine-worthy events. I just had a good feeling that Lindsay would be able to help us come up with a cohesive design vision and then execute on it. And I was right! Leading up to our big day, we were impressed with the service we got from Lindsay and Katie. Communicating with them was very easy throughout. We both have busy jobs and schedules, and Lindsay and Katie were always really flexible on the timing of our phone calls and emails, even late on weeknights. We really appreciated how willing they were to work with us. They recommended great vendors (especially loved the florist and the hair/makeup artist) and the different stages of planning were paced nicely over the year we spent planning. The detail of the design was really impressive; before starting our wedding planning journey, I didn't know I would be so invested in the style of the silverware at our reception! In the last several months leading up to our wedding when our timeline and guest list was changing by the minute, they were so patient and helpful. Lindsay was such a rockstar coordinating the day of the wedding and she was so on top of every minute of our timeline. Bliss Production's day-of team are definitely professionals, with walkie talkies to communicate the minute-by-minute details. At the end of the night when the shuttles were taking a while to load our guests, Lindsay was right there working with the drivers to stay on schedule. I have definitely been a guest at weddings where the lack of a day-of coordinator was obvious to everyone present. This was far from the case at our event. We actually had several guests who specifically commented on how well the flow of the night went. I feel very fortunate that our event went off without any major hitches. Most importantly, the wedding itself was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. At one point when our makeup artist was wrapping up, our photographer told her to stop by the reception area before she left the venue, because she wouldn't want to miss this beautiful set up. At that point I of course hadn't seen the reception area, but she was right; both the ceremony and reception areas took my breath away. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was weeks later. Every detail came together so nicely, even down to the lighting they chose for the ceremony (our ceremony took place right after sunset) and the reception room (the soft uplighting they used left such a romantic glow in the room). All in all, we had a great experience with Bliss Productions. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding, especially if you are like me and design is not your thing. Hiring bliss productions is one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Lindsay and Katie were such a joy to work with and were so patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted for my wedding. I'm SO indecisive and they were able to help me narrow down my ideas and go through many different ideas over the 18 months I had to plan. They also have so much experience so it was nice to get opinions of what would work well and what wouldn't in certain situations. I also planned the wedding from NYC and felt like I needed the extra help and they made it such an easy and fun process! I honestly don't think I would have enjoyed the process as much without them. I also don't think my day would have had as many personal touches and such a unique look that screamed "us." My venue ended up changing in the middle of planning with the Malibu fires and the two of them didn't miss a beat. Thank god I had them because they were able to get me my deposits back quickly and reassure me that it was going to be alright. This piece of mind that they would take care of everything was invaluable during the planning process. It didn't seem to phase them at all dealing with a new venue especially particular owners. They were so positive and professional the entire time! It was also nice having someone always available to discuss small things like napkin colors with someone who cares and understands as much as you do! They were quick to respond and super flexible with planning phone meetings even with the time difference. I immediately felt comfortable with them when we first met--they are a good combo of easy going but also assertive in making sure that everything I wanted was taken care of or discussed. The day of I honestly did not worry about anything. Received a sweet text in the morning and then showed up to my venue decorated like a dream! They take care of everything and I was actually able to enjoy my day way more than I anticipated. Even afterwards, guests and I left stuff at the venue that Bliss picked up at the end of the night. I was a very hands off bride so having Lindsay was a must have for a family that had no wedding planning experience. I hired her to care for me about the details I didn't give two seconds to and that's what she did. We hired her with almost 2yrs of planning time so once she helped us find some of the big vendors that book up early (venue, caterer, photographer), we didn't chat much until I think about 6-9months before the big day. She was always available and flexible to our working schedule and is great at dealing with the difficult bride/mother-of-the-bride dynamic ("my wedding, her day!"). She is loved by all of her vendors which is great when you want something they don't typically deliver and most gave us a small discount based on our relationship with her. Her style is impeccable and I couldn't have created the beautiful, flawless seamless day she did. She handled all of the set-up and logistics the day of. It's hard to call out examples of what she did specifically that day because I never had to go looking for her to point out a missing piece, mistake or people bugging me. Her hard work made me so relaxed and happy. My only small feedback would be if you are cost conscious, you need to monitor the budget yourself and ask her to review contracts in detail with you and explain what everything means and why it's needed. She has amazing taste and design style and will give you whatever you want, but I sometimes wish she would stop me and say, "Sure, we can have that but then you need to give up this." A "Bliss-ing in Disguise"...how Bliss Productions saved my wedding! I had my wedding at the Montage Hotel in Laguna Beach, CA, and I live in Salt Lake City, UT. I obviously couldn't do it all remotely so a wedding planner was a must. Lindsay stepped in to take over my wedding planning with 3 months to go when my original planner decided to quit on me without any notice! Lindsay's excitement and experience planning events is self-evident. Her staff are equally as energetic, and open. In all our communication prior to the wedding, I felt acknowledged and heard. They made the planning process easy. Her communication with vendors ensured that everyone that participated in the event was knowledgable about our expectations. Bliss balanced my vision of the event with their input and ideas to make the day truly spectacular. Bliss planned most of my rentals, and I am thankful I had their help in the process. It was so helpful for Bliss to provide options that matched our style and theme. They provided input when needed, and allowed us to make choices when we wanted. It was the perfect balance of support and freedom. Esthetically, our wedding could not have been more perfect, and that was in large part due to Bliss Productions. First off, thank you Lindsay for all of your help with the wedding planning and final product! We hired Lindsay and decided that the "Tier II" package was the best product for us considering the availability of some of our close family members to assist in the planning process. This package includes establishing the vision, coordinating with main vendors, management of the planning process, and Day-Of Services. I truly appreciated having a knowledgeable and understanding wedding coordinator to bounce ideas off of and to help achieve the important milestones of the wedding. The wedding turned out amazing and I owe a large part of that to Lindsay. I also appreciated that there was little interaction on the day of the wedding. Instead, I was only confronted with the really important items while the remaining issues (if any, I wasn't privy to them :) ) were handled without my involvement. Thus, a lot of the work and energy put in on the Wedding Day was done behind the scenes while we were busy enjoying the night and I have no doubt that she worked with the professionalism and organization I experienced through the planning process with each vendor that participated in the big day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there were some hiccups during the planning process between Lindsay and a family member. I have very little time to dedicate to a personal life during a portion of the year, let alone plan a wedding, and I had to appoint a liaison to communicate and make decisions on my behalf. As a result, there was some difficulty on both sides discerning who had control over final decisions and who would be the main contact. I did find that after some long conversations with everyone involved, the interactions became smoother and it didn't impact the final product. This scenario is the only reason I have rated her services as 4 stars rather than 5. In conclusion, I would recommend Lindsay to any of my friends but would suggest either selecting the full coordination package. This recommendation derives from the amount of work that I still needed to put into the wedding planning process which was more than I originally wanted or expected. Further, it is hard to discern Lindsay's role vs. the bride's responsibilities in the "Tier II" package. If you're anything like my budget scenario, the full coordination package would be a large portion of the budget but I believe it would have been worth the price had I know the level of work required for the whole wedding process up front. read more

Have you ever met someone who instantly wasn't a stranger? Where they seem to be someone you've known all your life.... Or wish you had!? That's Lindsay Wiggins! From the first meeting I knew she was the person I wanted to work with to plan the best day of our lives... And I didn't regret it, not even for a second! Her energy and passion for life is one of the main reasons I knew she was perfect for the job. But it was followed closely by her attention to detail, hard work, constant communication, and complete follow through. Lindsay truly made planning our wedding fun and by the time it was all said and done she felt like a close friend. She cared about my wedding at times more than I did... And because she cared so much it allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every second. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Heading into our wedding a lot of "married veterans" told me to expect at least 3 things to go wrong on the big day, and to accept that before hand so it will make it easier when it actually happens. Well folks ... If that's the norm than our wedding was an anomaly! Not a single thing was wrong. Not a pedal out of place, nothing... Not one single thing. Perfection across the board! And that would not have been possible if it wasn't for Lindsay and her team! And to think she accomplished all of this from a distance! We live in Texas and the wedding was in California. Guest came from every single corner of the globe, making it a true destination wedding, but also making it more challenging... But not for Lindsay. The distance didn't even feel like a challenge... Lindsay and her team at Bliss Productions are the best! We brought them in pretty late in the game but I am so glad that we did! First and foremost, I highly appreciated how organized she was and how fast she got back to me on all of my many questions and concerns. She did a great job in making sure that my vendors had everything that they needed and contacting them when I just did not have the time! My husband and I got married at a separate location and it was super important to us that everything was set up and on time by the time that our guests got to our reception site. Little did I know the things that were going to happen that day. We ended being an ENTIRE HOUR behind schedule due to some family members running late but Lindsay and Katie stayed at our reception site to make sure that everything was okay there because some of our guests would be showing up way earlier than we would. She worked with the caterer and the rest of our vendors flawlessly to make sure that they accounted for this crazy delay. By the time we got there she not only had food and wine waiting for us in the bridal suite but she also made sure that the little details, such as getting our photographer to come in and take pictures of everything before people started coming in, were taken care of fast and efficiently. I actually do not have enough words to brag about Lindsay and Katie. The year leading up to our wedding they helped us with every single detail. Finding a venue, rental companies, flowers, photographers, videographers, design, music, food, cake, drinks-they did it all. I didn't have to talk to a vendor, negotiate a price, or follow up on anything, they took care of everything! In the weeks leading up to our wedding they made sure I wasn't stressed, and handled all my last minute changes with a smile. The weekend of our wedding they took care of every single detail. She has great energy and was so helpful in keeping me on track with the giant to-do list. I knew when I planned to have a wedding in Malibu while living in Texas that I would need a local planner to help me. After my first conversation with Lindsay, I was confident that my wedding was in good hands. She understood and supported my vision, budget, and expectations. As the planning progressed, my job became very demanding, and I had little time to do anything wedding related. Praise God that I had Lindsay! She took care of all of the details but still kept me informed and included. I can say without hesitation that I was not stressed for one minute during our ~7 months of planning, including the couple of weeks leading up to the big day. I wanted to thank BLISS PRODUCTIONS from the bottom of my heart for being absolutely AMAZING to work with! From the moment I talked with Lindsay and met her in person, she was so extremely organized. I appreciated that she took the time to ask why I liked certain things and genuinely wanted to know and feel the ambiance of what we wanted to create for our wedding day. Her flexibility with my crazy schedule was so relieving. Her involvement added to the overall magical feeling that was felt by everyone including ourselves. Our wish was that our guests feel the magical love that exists in our lives and they did starting from the pre-ceremony gatherings, the beautiful ceremony, the breathtaking and spectacular reception, and the intimacy of the live country band captured 100% of what we wanted. Our collective vision came alive with all the details - everything was beautiful! Lindsay helped me honor those attending as well as those who have passed on. The fuchsia roses throughout captured my grandmother's love for roses. She passed two weeks prior to our wedding, the dinnerware and blush glasses captured my late Mother-in-Laws joy of formal and classy dinners, the country blend along with the live country band captured my husbands love of country music. She captured 100% of what I wanted to give us the ambiance of love, country and romance all blended together with class. Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed everything and how unforgettable the wedding was, especially being serenaded by a live country band. On our initial phone conversation with Lindsay, she was genuinely warm, kind-hearted and personable, yet exuded the highest levels of professionalism, creativity, organization and expertise we were looking for in a coordinator.
