We cannot say enough incredible things about our experience working with Lindsay and the entire Bliss Productions team. From the very beginning--almost a year and a half before our wedding--Lindsay was everything you could hope for in a planner and more. She is exceptionally professional, organized, responsive, and deeply committed to her clients. Throughout the entire process, she consistently went above and beyond, stepping in wherever needed and making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. When it came to our wedding weekend, everything went off completely without a hitch--and that is entirely thanks to Lindsay and her amazing team, including Vi and Tessa. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, timelines were handled flawlessly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy each moment with our family and friends knowing we were in the best possible hands. Beyond her expertise, Lindsay is also just a genuinely wonderful person. She made the entire experience feel personal and meaningful, and it was such a joy getting to know her throughout the process. She worked beautifully not just with us, but with our families as well, which meant so much. If you are considering working with Bliss Productions, do not hesitate--this team is truly a dream. We are so grateful for everything they did to bring our wedding weekend to life and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple looking for an exceptional planning experience. read more

Bliss Productions is absolutely wonderful! Lindsey, Vi, and Mia were truly amazing from start to finish. Our event turned out perfectly, and a huge part of that was because of their dedication, professionalism, and calm, positive energy throughout the entire process. They handled vendor coordination seamlessly, kept everyone informed with great communication, and made sure to try to anticipate every detail so we didn't have to worry about a thing the night of the event. Lindsay and her team were just on it, and they just "get it." They move quickly and know how to pull vendors together to achieve your vision. As a bride, you are typically going through this process for the first time, so you don't know what you don't know. Lindsay and team was able to guide my husband and I through what needed to get done (as a priority) and what other details could be left for us to execute as they wouldn't make for the most noticeable impact. We wanted to balance a tasteful design while keeping budget at the forefront. The team was able to help us balance these two. Planning is VERY overwhelming and being able to depend on Bliss's unlimited communication helped ease any doubts or concerns that popped up (every now and then into the late hours of the day). All comms were super quick in response and action oriented - which made us as a couple feel heard and respected. If you are on the bubble of choosing a planning team, by way of coordinating efforts vs. cost associated - you will not regret working with Bliss. As we just held our wedding last month in Yountville, CA (The Estate Yountville, Sept. 2025) I can tell you everything went FLAWLESSLY. We showed up to our wedding weekend expecting to not worry about one detail, and we didn't. The end result matched our vision exactly and we were able to be fully present on our special day. What a gift! Also the team is so much fun!!! 10/10 recommend. -- Kristin MacDougald read more

From the start Amber and Lindsay treated us so kindly and went above and beyond. They took our vision and brought it to life and EVEN better than we could've imagined! It was also just the smoothest process ever and working with these two was more than amazing, Bliss Productions truly cares and I could not recommend them more. Thank you guys for the best day ever!! read more

Lindsay and Kathryn are such a dynamic and incredible team! I was lucky enough to meet them for the first time when they planned my sister's wedding. I'm so fortunate to have been able to partner with them for my own wedding weekend in Kona, Hawaii. This was the first time the duo had planned a wedding in Hawaii and they did a phenomenal job researching and hiring each of our talented vendors, negotiating contracts, planning the timeline, and executing an unforgettable weekend for our closest friends and family. From our fabulous welcome party at a shipwrecked bar to our sunny Hawaiian wedding day, it was all absolutely magical. We certainly didn't make it easy for them - most of our wedding rentals had to be sent over on a barge from Maui due to limited supply on the big island! I also changed my mind on the smallest of details a few times - but, we never saw them sweat! They remained positive, organized, and energetic. They were our biggest cheerleaders throughout the process and made our overarching vision come to life. I can't believe it's all over, but luckily, I will be able to see them very soon at another family wedding that we are working with them on. #happyrepeatcustomers read more

Lindsay and Kathryn from Bliss put together the best weekend of our lives. I felt like I was floating! Everything was so stunning at our dinner by the lilly pond, the cocktail hour timed absolutely perfectly for a stunning sunset, and ballroom... guests told us they had never been to a more thoughtful or beautiful wedding. The vendors they chose were all incredible too. One thing that really blew me away was that they were able to find vendors with items that really fit my specific style. Like our dinner plates, I was obsessed with them! The makeup artists and photographers were wonderful. Thank you so much for seeing to all the big and small details so I didn't have a single thing to stress about the entire day. Choosing Bliss Productions for our wedding planning was one of the easiest decisions we made. Bliss Productions truly made our wedding an absolute dream come true. Their seamless transition from planning a local wedding to orchestrating a magical destination celebration in Cabo was truly remarkable and beyond our expectations. Lindsay's creativity and visionary touch transformed our wedding into an enchanting, modern, and timeless event with Mexican flairs. She had the cutest ideas, from the personalized luggage tags for seating and food selection to the Himalayan salt glass seating chart, added unique touches that made our day unforgettable. The jaw-dropping florals, the charming table setup with Talavera plates, and the customized signage reflected her impeccable taste. Kathryn's dedication and meticulous coordination with vendors, including those with language barriers (being that it was a destination wedding), showcased her exceptional skills in ensuring every detail was perfect. She sourced the best-of-the-best vendors to make our weekend truly magical. I am a very type A person and Kathryn was always two steps ahead of me, which was so refreshing! Bliss Productions went above and beyond by planning not just our wedding but also our Mexican fiesta-themed welcome party, complete with adorable florals, signage, and decor. They even sourced a donkey for our guests to interact with was one of the sweetest little surprise for our guests. Bliss Productions also planned our sunset dinner cruise the day after the wedding, which was one of our guests favorite parts of the weekend! Throughout the entire process, Lindsay and Kathryn showed to be the most amazing wedding planners, making our day run effortlessly. Their ability to handle hiccups (that inevitably happen) with grace and provide instant solutions without causing any worry for me as the bride was truly invaluable. It would take a wordsmith of Shakespeare's talent to convey the skill and talent that Lindsay has as an event and wedding planner. With her natural talent for design she imbued our wedding with just the right fusion of beautiful, whimsical, edgy, elegant, playful, and dramatic elements. I can make no more apt comparison than that of a fairy godmother. With a flick of her wand, your dreams seamlessly and effortlessly become a reality. She takes your vision and enhances, clarifies and elevates it. Lindsay has all the right connections and no detail is overlooked. From florists to photographers, party rentals, linens, locations, calligraphers, musicians, makeup and hair professionals, sartorial matters, and so many more facets, she brings each aspect into full play with perfect coordination and passion like the world famous conductor Gustavo Dudamel for the LA Phil, not a false note. But more than that she is a kind, charismatic person who is a joy to work with. Her rates are extremely reasonable considering the amount of work and talent she brings. I only signed up for partial wedding planning but she went and did more than most wedding planners would have for a full wedding planning package. Simply above and beyond. She will bring the spirit of your event through with dazzling clarity panache, and style. Choose Bliss productions if you would like an elevated event with your own personal touch. Lindsay and Katie were absolutely flawless to work with. I am extremely picky and very hands on and the type to always be nervous in making sure everything is perfect down to the smallest detail. They totally crushed it out the ball park and alleviated all stress I had. They were able to execute my vision better than I had envisioned myself. I would like to think I have great taste in pairing things and even things they suggested that I was initially unsure about ended up looking spectacular. Anytime I had any question, either of the two responded within hours if not minutes. They also always called to make sure I was comfortable with the details and plans. Even things that we were panicking about two days before, they were doing everything they could to help. Come day of, I'm not joking when I say this, my jaw dropped when I saw all of the decor and everything come together. I was shocked. I'm very hard to please and being a blogger, i expected everything to be picture perfect. I was so overwhelmed with joy and happiness that I had to excuse myself from the dance floor while we were dancing to take it all in. I remember walking to the corner and looking up and around at everything just smiling and feeling soo happy/content/satisfied. Again, I'm not joking when I say that it takes a lot to please me. I've never been so shook off something ever in my entire life. I don't ever get mushy or fantasize (I'm a super realistic, practical, outlook kind of girl) and I said to myself... "I literally feel like Cinderella right now. I feel like a princess." I don't think those words will ever come out my mouth ever again nor did I ever think anything was ever capable of making me utter those words to myself to begin with. Lindsay is amazing at what she does and she was like a second fairy wedding mother to me during this process. I highly recommend her cause she and her team really know what they're doing. read more

My husband and I got married in an Indian-Christian ceremony in Newport Beach, California on September 21, 2018 at the Pelican Hill Resort. We used the services of Bliss Productions, owned by Lindsay Wiggins. Let me tell you, this amazing wedding planner and her team are worth their weight in gold! During our wedding planning, we lived in Michigan and needed the help of a wedding planner to plan a wedding from across the country. We researched wedding planners in the OC area, and from the very first phone call with Lindsay, I just felt like she just 'got me' and my vision, even throwing out cool ideas and possibilities even from the very first phone call (which I loved and was so impressed)! Additionally, Lindsay and her team are some of the sweetest people we had ever met. They were more than willing to bend over backwards for their clients, and Lindsay and her team truly make you feel like they care about making your big day special! Working with Lindsay was incredibly easy. You get that one-of-a-kind boutique service that is extremely personalized. Lindsay and her team were always available for calls, even with the big difference in time zones, and responded to emails in a timely manner- many times even within an hour or two. Bliss Productions has many contacts in and around orange county, whether it be for venues or vendors, so we felt like we always had a lot of options. Their recommendations were always on-point, with vendors who were well-known and with excellent reviews. If something was out of our price range she would either negotiate, or look elsewhere, often coming up with even better plans or designs. Also, I really appreciated Lindsay's organization. My husband and I have extremely busy work schedules, so it was great that she was able to keep us on top of deadlines. Throughout the wedding day, Lindsay and her team stayed behind the scenes but were always near-by in case of any questions or problems. She was busy coordinating music, food, photography etc. to ensure a seamless day. Lindsay is extremely professional, courteous, and polite with an awesome sense of humor. It is apparent that Lindsay loves her job, because it shows through in her beautiful work. I've never seen such attention to detail. Bliss Productions really outdid themselves. I felt like my wedding was nothing like anyone else had ever seen, and I loved that it was so personalized and unique. Lindsay and her team were able to make my wedding day even more beautiful and fabulous than I had imagined in my head. My husband, myself, and all our guests said they'd never seen anything so amazing!! Bliss Productions made our wedding the most magical day of our lives. Bliss Productions was fantastic to work with in planning and executing our wedding! Many challenges presented themselves during the pandemic this year but Lindsay and her team remained positive and organized - two things a bride and groom need most. The team at Bliss Productions helped bring our vision to life. My husband and I had an idea of our dream wedding but didn't know where to begin. We called Bliss Productions to help execute this vision for us. From venues to rental options and vision boards, Katie would talk through it all with me, really taking note of my likes and dislikes. When Covid hit, we knew we would have to postpone. Lindsay was patient and understanding that out of the safety of our guests, we wanted to wait until 2021. So we hit the ground running in January for our May wedding. Fortunately, everything was already set on the vendor side, and the Bliss Team (Lindsay and Kathryn) supported us in making specific tweaks to our vision. While so much was still up in the air regarding guest count and what the day would actually look like, Lindsay maintained a calm and relaxed demeanor helping us work through the challenges as they came. Our wedding was absolutely stunning. Lindsay and Kathryn worked with us to execute it flawlessly and bring our vision to life. read more

We definitely recommend going with Bliss Productions for your wedding planning services. My husband and I had a 200-person wedding in the Pacific Palisades in October. When we were first looking for a wedding planner, our main priority was to find a planner who had strong design chops. Thanks to Pinterest, I had some vague high-level ideas for the look I wanted to go with, but I knew myself well enough that we would need a lot of help to make the wedding look beautiful. Lindsay's background is in interior design and you could definitely tell from her prior work that she brought this experience into crafting beautiful magazine-worthy events. I just had a good feeling that Lindsay would be able to help us come up with a cohesive design vision and then execute on it. And I was right! Leading up to our big day, we were impressed with the service we got from Lindsay and Katie. Communicating with them was very easy throughout. We both have busy jobs and schedules, and Lindsay and Katie were always really flexible on the timing of our phone calls and emails, even late on weeknights. We really appreciated how willing they were to work with us. They recommended great vendors (especially loved the florist and the hair/makeup artist) and the different stages of planning were paced nicely over the year we spent planning. The detail of the design was really impressive; before starting our wedding planning journey, I didn't know I would be so invested in the style of the silverware at our reception! In the last several months leading up to our wedding when our timeline and guest list was changing by the minute, they were so patient and helpful. Lindsay was such a rockstar coordinating the day of the wedding and she was so on top of every minute of our timeline. Bliss Production's day-of team are definitely professionals, with walkie talkies to communicate the minute-by-minute details. At the end of the night when the shuttles were taking a while to load our guests, Lindsay was right there working with the drivers to stay on schedule. I have definitely been a guest at weddings where the lack of a day-of coordinator was obvious to everyone present. This was far from the case at our event. We actually had several guests who specifically commented on how well the flow of the night went. I feel very fortunate that our event went off without any major hitches. Most importantly, the wedding itself was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. At one point when our makeup artist was wrapping up, our photographer told her to stop by the reception area before she left the venue, because she wouldn't want to miss this beautiful set up. At that point I of course hadn't seen the reception area, but she was right; both the ceremony and reception areas took my breath away. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was weeks later. Every detail came together so nicely, even down to the lighting they chose for the ceremony (our ceremony took place right after sunset) and the reception room (the soft uplighting they used left such a romantic glow in the room). All in all, we had a great experience with Bliss Productions. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding, especially if you are like me and design is not your thing. You will not be disappointed! read more

Hiring bliss productions is one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Lindsay and Katie were such a joy to work with and were so patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted for my wedding. I'm SO indecisive and they were able to help me narrow down my ideas and go through many different ideas over the 18 months I had to plan. They also have so much experience so it was nice to get opinions of what would work well and what wouldn't in certain situations. I also planned the wedding from NYC and felt like I needed the extra help and they made it such an easy and fun process! I honestly don't think I would have enjoyed the process as much without them. I also don't think my day would have had as many personal touches and such a unique look that screamed "us." My venue ended up changing in the middle of planning with the Malibu fires and the two of them didn't miss a beat. Thank god I had them because they were able to get me my deposits back quickly and reassure me that it was going to be alright. This piece of mind that they would take care of everything was invaluable during the planning process. It didn't seem to phase them at all dealing with a new venue especially particular owners. They were so positive and professional the entire time! It was also nice having someone always available to discuss small things like napkin colors with someone who cares and understands as much as you do! They were quick to respond and super flexible with planning phone meetings even with the time difference. I immediately felt comfortable with them when we first met--they are a good combo of easy going but also assertive in making sure that everything I wanted was taken care of or discussed. The day of I honestly did not worry about anything. Received a sweet text in the morning and then showed up to my venue decorated like a dream! They take care of everything and I was actually able to enjoy my day way more than I anticipated. Even afterwards, guests and I left stuff at the venue that Bliss picked up at the end of the night. Katie was nice enough to ship it to our guests' individual addresses! I highly recommend them if you want to make your wedding planning process as stress-free as possible and fun!! I know I started out thinking I could do it all myself but planning a wedding is so much more complicated than I expected and I can't even imagine how crazy it would have been without them. Highly recommend if you want a one of a kind day with the best team at your side! read more

I was a very hands off bride so having Lindsay was a must have for a family that had no wedding planning experience. I hired her to care for me about the details I didn't give two seconds to and that's what she did. We hired her with almost 2yrs of planning time so once she helped us find some of the big vendors that book up early (venue, caterer, photographer), we didn't chat much until I think about 6-9months before the big day. She was always available and flexible to our working schedule and is great at dealing with the difficult bride/mother-of-the-bride dynamic ("my wedding, her day!"). She is loved by all of her vendors which is great when you want something they don't typically deliver and most gave us a small discount based on our relationship with her. Her style is impeccable and I couldn't have created the beautiful, flawless seamless day she did. She handled all of the set-up and logistics the day of. It's hard to call out examples of what she did specifically that day because I never had to go looking for her to point out a missing piece, mistake or people bugging me. Her hard work made me so relaxed and happy. My only small feedback would be if you are cost conscious, you need to monitor the budget yourself and ask her to review contracts in detail with you and explain what everything means and why it's needed. She has amazing taste and design style and will give you whatever you want, but I sometimes wish she would stop me and say, "Sure, we can have that but then you need to give up this." Thank you so much Lindsay!! read more

My husband and I chose Lindsay at Bliss Productions to be our wedding planner and we could not have been happier with our choice! Throughout the whole process- Lindsay was so easy to communicate with and always quick to reply. I am very artistic and rather particular when it comes to design- and I knew with Lindsay's incredible work background- I could put all my trust in her and never have to worry! Lindsay understood the vision/look/feel/vibe I was dreaming of for on my wedding and she hit the nail on the head with everything from table design to florals to the most intricate details. Any one she refers you to for photography, calligraphy, cake~ they are all the best in the business, so she is also quite a great resource for the vendors which makes your life easier! Lindsay is amazing at putting it all together and making it flawless! We hired Lindsay to be our wedding planner for our wedding that took place on 06/07/14 at Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, CA. I had met Lindsay at one of the Bridal Expos when I first started planning a little over a year before the wedding. From the first time I met Lindsay, she was always on the ball. She was everything that I wanted my planner to be: detail oriented, professional, and personable. Lindsay was also very flexible and understanding. My fiancé (now husband) had a very unpredictable work schedule and she was always willing to work with his schedule even if it meant having our meetings in the evening or weekends. Additionally, Lindsay was always on top of things. If she said she would take care of something, I didn't have to worry. She also helped come up with different ideas for our wedding, which I really appreciated. On the day of the wedding, I didn't worry at all because I knew Lindsay had everything under control. Our wedding turned out beyond my expectations and it was all thanks to our awesome planner, Lindsay! I'm writing this review for any future bride is who is looking for a planner to make their day perfect... BLISS PRODUCTIONS is the one!!! As a perfectionist with a semi-formed vision and a desire to have a beautiful wedding and wonderful wedding planning experience, I set out to find the best planner. What I found was way more than that! From my first conversation with Lindsay, she was so warm, helpful and comforting. She immediately understood my vision and gave me confidence that we could make my dream wedding happen within my price range. Where do I start with the brilliance, kindness, organization, and professionalism of Lindsay and Katie and the Bliss Production team throughout my wedding planning process. From DAY 1 they were completely on my side, organized, efficient and guided me through the process of putting together the perfect wedding day. They did the most incredible job of simultaneously guiding me and following my requests. Lindsay and Katie felt like great friends during the entire planning process and always made me feel at ease. A "Bliss-ing in Disguise"...how Bliss Productions saved my wedding! I had my wedding at the Montage Hotel in Laguna Beach, CA, and I live in Salt Lake City, UT. I obviously couldn't do it all remotely so a wedding planner was a must. Lindsay stepped in to take over my wedding planning with 3 months to go when my original planner decided to quit on me without any notice! She immediately got to work with creating inspiration boards and showing me examples of the possibilities. We communicated frequently via calls, texts, and emails. I felt completely in touch with her, and confident that she was getting things done for me. She had a way of making me feel like I was her only client and top priority. I remember it coming as a semi-shock when I followed her in Instagram and saw all the other beautiful weddings she was doing. Thinking, "how does she have the time when she's doing my wedding full time!" :-) She provided me with names and vendors to use for my flowers, photographer, linen rentals, etc...and with her help, I had the perfect wedding day. My flowers were the best part of my wedding (aside from marring the man of my dreams, of course ;-)), and I am still a little sad that they weren't a permanent take-away from that day. But because of the amazing photographer Lindsay found for me, Amanda McKinnon Photography, I at least have the beautiful pictures of them! Lindsay and her assistant were calm, professional, and so very pleasant to have at my wedding. They took care of every detail for me, guided my groom and our families to the right place at the right times, and helped keep things going at the right pace...not too rushed, not too slow. Lindsay is a lovely person with an impeccable worth ethic, and if I could have a wedding every year, I'd choose her over and over again to be my planner. I highly recommend Bliss Productions and Lindsay Wiggins for any event that you want beautiful, happy, fun, and memorable. Thank you for making my dream wedding a reality!! Working with Bliss Productions was seamless. From initial consultation until the last rental was loaded on the truck, Bliss made sure our wedding was organized, relaxed, fun, and beautiful. Lindsay's excitement and experience planning events is self-evident. Her staff are equally as energetic, and open. In all our communication prior to the wedding, I felt acknowledged and heard. They made the planning process easy. Her communication with vendors ensured that everyone that participated in the event was knowledgable about our expectations. Bliss balanced my vision of the event with their input and ideas to make the day truly spectacular. Bliss planned most of my rentals, and I am thankful I had their help in the process. It was so helpful for Bliss to provide options that matched our style and theme. They provided input when needed, and allowed us to make choices when we wanted. It was the perfect balance of support and freedom. Esthetically, our wedding could not have been more perfect, and that was in large part due to Bliss Productions. The day of the wedding, Lindsay ensured that we could relax. She had organized and discussed all of the details beforehand, so the only surprises were good ones. During our wedding, Bliss made sure that it flowed smoothly. The Bliss team worked so hard to ensure our wedding was perfect. With the planning and coordination of Bliss Productions, our wedding day exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for all their hard work! read more

Have you ever met someone who instantly wasn't a stranger? Where they seem to be someone you've known all your life.... Or wish you had!? That's Lindsay Wiggins! From the first meeting I knew she was the person I wanted to work with to plan the best day of our lives... And I didn't regret it, not even for a second! Her energy and passion for life is one of the main reasons I knew she was perfect for the job. But it was followed closely by her attention to detail, hard work, constant communication, and complete follow through. Lindsay truly made planning our wedding fun and by the time it was all said and done she felt like a close friend. She cared about my wedding at times more than I did... And because she cared so much it allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every second. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Heading into our wedding a lot of "married veterans" told me to expect at least 3 things to go wrong on the big day, and to accept that before hand so it will make it easier when it actually happens. Well folks ... If that's the norm than our wedding was an anomaly! Not a single thing was wrong. Not a pedal out of place, nothing... Not one single thing. Perfection across the board! And that would not have been possible if it wasn't for Lindsay and her team! And to think she accomplished all of this from a distance! We live in Texas and the wedding was in California. Guest came from every single corner of the globe, making it a true destination wedding, but also making it more challenging... But not for Lindsay. The distance didn't even feel like a challenge... That's how talented she is! Lindsay - thank you from the bottom of my heart. You'll always be that someone special I think back on during the planning stages ... You are truly gifted and clearly doing exactly what you should be! We are forever grateful! Cheers to you and your team! Xoxo Dana & Shane Mansur read more

First off, thank you Lindsay for all of your help with the wedding planning and final product! We hired Lindsay and decided that the "Tier II" package was the best product for us considering the availability of some of our close family members to assist in the planning process. This package includes establishing the vision, coordinating with main vendors, management of the planning process, and Day-Of Services. I truly appreciated having a knowledgeable and understanding wedding coordinator to bounce ideas off of and to help achieve the important milestones of the wedding. The wedding turned out amazing and I owe a large part of that to Lindsay. I also appreciated that there was little interaction on the day of the wedding. Instead, I was only confronted with the really important items while the remaining issues (if any, I wasn't privy to them :) ) were handled without my involvement. Thus, a lot of the work and energy put in on the Wedding Day was done behind the scenes while we were busy enjoying the night and I have no doubt that she worked with the professionalism and organization I experienced through the planning process with each vendor that participated in the big day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there were some hiccups during the planning process between Lindsay and a family member. I have very little time to dedicate to a personal life during a portion of the year, let alone plan a wedding, and I had to appoint a liaison to communicate and make decisions on my behalf. As a result, there was some difficulty on both sides discerning who had control over final decisions and who would be the main contact. I did find that after some long conversations with everyone involved, the interactions became smoother and it didn't impact the final product. This scenario is the only reason I have rated her services as 4 stars rather than 5. In conclusion, I would recommend Lindsay to any of my friends but would suggest either selecting the full coordination package. This recommendation derives from the amount of work that I still needed to put into the wedding planning process which was more than I originally wanted or expected. Further, it is hard to discern Lindsay's role vs. the bride's responsibilities in the "Tier II" package. If you're anything like my budget scenario, the full coordination package would be a large portion of the budget but I believe it would have been worth the price had I know the level of work required for the whole wedding process up front. read more

Lindsay and her team at Bliss Productions are the best! We brought them in pretty late in the game but I am so glad that we did! First and foremost, I highly appreciated how organized she was and how fast she got back to me on all of my many questions and concerns. She did a great job in making sure that my vendors had everything that they needed and contacting them when I just did not have the time! My husband and I got married at a separate location and it was super important to us that everything was set up and on time by the time that our guests got to our reception site. Little did I know the things that were going to happen that day. We ended being an ENTIRE HOUR behind schedule due to some family members running late but Lindsay and Katie stayed at our reception site to make sure that everything was okay there because some of our guests would be showing up way earlier than we would. She worked with the caterer and the rest of our vendors flawlessly to make sure that they accounted for this crazy delay. By the time we got there she not only had food and wine waiting for us in the bridal suite but she also made sure that the little details, such as getting our photographer to come in and take pictures of everything before people started coming in, were taken care of fast and efficiently. She was so calm throughout the whole process that it definitely helped to put my nerves at ease. Thank you Katie and Lindsay for everything that you did! My wedding would not have been the same without your help. read more

Lindsay and her team are phenomenal! They provided a hassle and stress-free wedding planning and coordination through organizing all the details and time management of the venue, bridal party, vendors, guests, etc. Lindsay was able to help make my ideas come to life on our special day. She was there for us every step of the way. Very detailed, organized and puts her own ideas to truly make it happen. Very resourceful. She not only helped design the perfect wedding, she saved it as well! We ended up having to change venues two weeks prior to our wedding date when the venue didn't do as promised. Lindsay was able to get us upgraded to one of the most amazing venues in Southern California last minute at no extra cost! I can't thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication to make sure everything ran smooth throughout the planning and the day of our wedding. It was a dream come true due to all her efforts! Couldn't have done it without her and the team. Highly recommended. read more

Lindsay Wiggins at Bliss Productions did a superb job helping to plan and organize my wife's surprise 40th Birthday party. During my busy travel and work schedule, Lindsay was able to present party ideas and decor in a very organized fashion to make it easy for me. Lindsay was at the party to entire day of the event to make sure it went off without a hitch. My wife is very happy and our friends rave about the party! read more

We hired Katie and Bliss Productions to plan our wedding in October 2018 and they were absolutely fabulous!! I cannot say enough kind words! I started out having no idea what I wanted, mostly just a mish-mash of Pinterest pictures in my head. They led me to the most beautiful venue, The Villa, and I am forever thankful. I also used their referrals for the florist and photographer. Katie helped me every step of the way and was always available to me. She would send me different options for rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) and would work with me until I made a decision. She even helped with tiny details like ribbons to wrap the napkins in. I can thank Katie for helping me keep my sanity during my wedding planning time! The wedding was absolutely everything I ever dreamed of, down to every last detail. I can never thank Katie and Bliss Productions enough for their help, expertise and kindness! You are in good hands with these ladies!! :) read more

I actually do not have enough words to brag about Lindsay and Katie. The year leading up to our wedding they helped us with every single detail. Finding a venue, rental companies, flowers, photographers, videographers, design, music, food, cake, drinks-they did it all. I didn't have to talk to a vendor, negotiate a price, or follow up on anything, they took care of everything! In the weeks leading up to our wedding they made sure I wasn't stressed, and handled all my last minute changes with a smile. The weekend of our wedding they took care of every single detail. All of our friends and family were surprised at how relaxed I was, because I didn't have to worry about a thing! They oversaw all the set up, met all the vendors, and supervised all the tear down. They made sure I stayed on schedule, and our whole night went off absolutely perfectly. They handled any problems, and their only focus was making sure I was happy! If you are looking for coordinators who will help you discover your vision and help you achieve it, put their heart and soul into your wedding, and care as much as you do about every little detail-hire these wonderful ladies!!! Lindsay was such a huge help to us, organizing, planning, and pulling off the most beautiful wedding in the history of weddings.. in only 4 months time. She has great energy and was so helpful in keeping me on track with the giant to-do list. I would definitely recommend Lindsay to any bride, whether you don't have the first clue where to start, or you know all the what's and where's, but not the who's or how's. Lindsay's relationship with spectacular vendors out there provided us with the best photography, videography, music, etc. you can imagine. Our big day happened just 2 weeks ago on August 15, and we'll always be grateful to Lindsay for such a great job in not just the planning part, but pulling all the pieces together on the most beautiful day ever! read more

I knew when I planned to have a wedding in Malibu while living in Texas that I would need a local planner to help me. After my first conversation with Lindsay, I was confident that my wedding was in good hands. She understood and supported my vision, budget, and expectations. As the planning progressed, my job became very demanding, and I had little time to do anything wedding related. Praise God that I had Lindsay! She took care of all of the details but still kept me informed and included. I can say without hesitation that I was not stressed for one minute during our ~7 months of planning, including the couple of weeks leading up to the big day. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine the beauty and detail of my wedding day. The second that I walked in to the venue I knew that I made the right decision when I hired Bliss Productions. The small details that Lindsay dreamed up were executed perfectly. Her talents do not stop at planning- she truly is a designer. If I had a dollar for every person who said that my wedding was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to I could afford to have another wedding (HA!). Not only was it beautiful, but I never had to worry about a thing on the big day. Lindsay took care of everything, which allowed me to enjoy every second of our day. Our stress free wedding day was truly a blessing! Lindsay is not only talented, but also a pleasure to work with. She is sweet, responsive, honest, and organized. She was also great about giving her professional opinion during the planning process which I appreciated as someone who had never planned a wedding. A piece of advice- LISTEN TO LINDS- she knows what she's doing. Thank you to Lindsay and Bliss Productions for planning and executing the most magical day of our lives! read more

I have nothing but the best words to say about Lindsay! From the moment my husband and I first met her we instantly clicked. She knew exactly what our vision was for our wedding, how she could help execute, and suggestions to stay within our budget. Her upbeat personality, professional work ethic, and detailed designs meshed perfectly with what we needed from her as a planner. She was ALWAYS available! I will never forget when I sent my husband to take a look at our sample flowers. I was in and out of appointments that day and when he panicked at the florists, couldn't get a hold of me, he called Lindsay and she responded immediately helping him to make the decisions she knew I would want. Lindsay was the best gift my husband could ever give to me(outside of his hand in marriage). She made wedding planning smooth and stress free. From day one, she hit the ground running. We LOVED, that Lindsay always had an organized list of things we needed to accomplish and the deadline for each task. She kept both my husband and I on point, which we definitely needed. She had advice, an answer, or a referral for every question I asked. Lindsay was a huge part of making our big day the most perfect dream wedding we could ever have imagined. We thoroughly enjoyed every second we spent working with Lindsay. I joked with my husband the day after our wedding that fortunate for us we wouldn't miss Lindsay all too much because I made it a requirement that she be worked into the budget of EVERY EVENT we throw from that day forward. Lindsay is a rockstar and I highly recommend her services! Sincerely, Kim and Pasha read more

I wanted to thank BLISS PRODUCTIONS from the bottom of my heart for being absolutely AMAZING to work with! From the moment I talked with Lindsay and met her in person, she was so extremely organized. I appreciated that she took the time to ask why I liked certain things and genuinely wanted to know and feel the ambiance of what we wanted to create for our wedding day. Her flexibility with my crazy schedule was so relieving. Her involvement added to the overall magical feeling that was felt by everyone including ourselves. Our wish was that our guests feel the magical love that exists in our lives and they did starting from the pre-ceremony gatherings, the beautiful ceremony, the breathtaking and spectacular reception, and the intimacy of the live country band captured 100% of what we wanted. Our collective vision came alive with all the details - everything was beautiful! Lindsay helped me honor those attending as well as those who have passed on. The fuchsia roses throughout captured my grandmother's love for roses. She passed two weeks prior to our wedding, the dinnerware and blush glasses captured my late Mother-in-Laws joy of formal and classy dinners, the country blend along with the live country band captured my husbands love of country music. She captured 100% of what I wanted to give us the ambiance of love, country and romance all blended together with class. Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed everything and how unforgettable the wedding was, especially being serenaded by a live country band. I suppose the 90k other people who "liked" the reception and ceremony videos (pre-ceremony) on Instagram also enjoyed her creation. I plan to call BLISS PRODUCTIONS again for all my future events! PS: Her wedding planning fee was very reasonable for all the hard work she put forth, specially dealing with all the crazy details of large country band. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Lindsay and Katie. They were hands down one of the BEST decisions Ryan and I made regarding our wedding. Being a couple for nearly 10 years, engaged for over 2.5 years, knowing we would be hosting nearly 300 of our closest family & friends, and planning a California wedding from Chicago, the bar was set extremely high for an already momentous occasion! We researched and only considered the top wedding planners/coordinators we could find, and after a year long experience working with Lindsay and Katie, there is no doubt as to why Bliss Productions is ranked as one of the best of the best in the wedding industry. You will not be disappointed in your decision one bit! Definitely money well spent! On our initial phone conversation with Lindsay, she was genuinely warm, kind-hearted and personable, yet exuded the highest levels of professionalism, creativity, organization and expertise we were looking for in a coordinator. Throughout our year long process, Lindsay and Katie continuously kept in great contact, providing us with the ideal amount of email updates and phone conferences that kept us up to date without feeling bombarded, stressed or overwhelmed. And even though they had many other clients who kept them busy as well, they always made us feel like we were the only priority. I know I brought a number of challenges to the table since I am a very particular ("perfectionist") and had big hopes and dreams for our wedding, but wasn't the best in communicating or showcasing my "vision." Somehow, Lindsay and Katie just "got it" and took what little I had to offer and created the most spectacular and amazing day I could have ever imagined and more! With our venue being a complete blank canvas, they pulled off what I thought would be nearly impossible, and our wedding turned out to be one of the most beautifully breathtaking, magical and utterly fantastic days of our lives. Every single detail from the chairs, tables, cups, plates, forks, linens, floral arrangements, place cards, and so forth was the epitome of perfection. We've received nothing but the highest compliments and praise on how beautiful and wonderful everything turned out and we know it was thanks to the talents and hard work of Lindsay and Katie. Katie is seriously an all star for doing so much of the grueling leg work-- researching, contacting and following up with the (many, many) numerous vendors we used for our event. We greatly appreciate her and all of her dedication. The day of the wedding I felt like we were in a world of our own and didn't have a single care or worry at all! Lindsay, Katie and the Bliss team ensured everything was timely, ran smoothly, and flawlessly executed. They were both so extremely sweet and thoughtful enough to always ask how we were doing/feeling -- making sure we were all smiles all day long. Even when I was having a slight freakout before the ceremony, Katie was a wonderfully calming presence and reminded me of how great it is going to be, and that I'll be marrying my best friend and gave me that to focus on rather than all of the excess noise running through my mind. They also managed to help Ryan pull off a special surprise late-night snack that I thought we had to remove from the reception (due to budget limitations)! I'm not sure how they managed to do it all, but it was sheer magic! They were so attentive and took such great care of us from start to finish. We are eternally grateful for all of their hard work and efforts in creating the most gorgeous, fun and memorable wedding day for Ryan and I. With Lindsay and Katie's help, Ryan and I truly had the best day ever! Thank you both! read more

Lindsay was great in making my vision come true. I was not great at putting into words what I wanted but she worked with me to make it a reality. The day of she and Katie arrived and they immediately went to work. I didn't have to stress about a thing. After the wedding people asked me what was the one thing that went wrong (because apparently something is supposed to go wrong) but I couldn't think of a single thing. If it did Lindsay handled it quietly and quickly so I never even knew. I could not imagine my day without her there! Thank you so much everything was absolutely perfect! read more
