    Sundrop Vintage was absolutely wonderful to work with! I've used them for two events now, and each time they have been excellent. Their pieces are so unique and truly add so much charm and character to a party. Everything they offer helps create such a beautiful and cohesive look. Aly was especially great to work with, she was always quick to respond and so helpful in bringing my vision to life. I would highly recommend Sundrop Vintage for anyone looking to add something special and memorable to their event.

    Sundrop Vintage is a preferred vendor with our wedding venue Grand Gimeno, and they made it super easy to do furniture rentals with them! Honestly it was so smooth that I don't even know when they brought the furniture in and took them back. But they had a huge selection, worked with my color palette, and were so accommodating! Wish I had more photos to share but their setup was exactly as I wanted, which provided sweet accents to our special day :)

    I can't say enough amazing things about our experience with the Sundrop team. Our daughter's wedding was a year long planning process which included many visits, lots of emails and conference calls, which were always met with kindness and smiles. Every question answered and so many great ideas offered. The rentals are all beautifully maintained and the team extremely professional from set up to clean up. We asked for a lot of layers and seating vignettes which were complex and stylized and they did not miss a beat! I can't wait to plan another event with them!

    I have used Sundrop Vintage for several events and they always help me pick the perfect pieces to bring my vision to life! From Baby showers, Retirement Parties to Engagement parties, these pieces help create a perfect event! I attached a few pictures from events where I used their service. I highly recommend them and their delivery service which is a white glove experience- they even hung the lanterns from the trees!

    We rented everything - the couch, rug, coffee table, scalloped chairs, the cowhide poofs, and the small table in between them.

    We went with Sundrop Vintage for our 9.30.2022 wedding at the Casino San Clemente, and we had the best experience!! They have a huge inventory, and we're so kind, helpful and easy to work with. We chose pieces for the seating area outside, and then a love seat and a chandelier for the ballroom, and we are so happy with how everything turned out! Everything looked perfect on our wedding day, and we are so grateful for their help!! Highly recommend!!

    Sundrop vintage has beautiful pieces and amazing customer service . They never made me feel bad for changing my mind and kept me up to date about the process and what to expect . They checked in regularly along the way . They are by far the easiest and most organized vendor I worked with for my wedding set up. Sofia and Aly were the two girls Who emailed me back and forth the entire time . I never got to meet Sofia in person but Sofia you rock and I appreciate all your hard work .

    Wow what a beautiful inventory Sundrop Vintage has. I'm so happy to have found them for our wedding at salt creek beach. I was working with another rental company initially, but I didn't really feel like I was being helped or guided. I also didn't trust that my vision was going to come to life. When I found sundrop, I sent an email with photos telling them what I was going for, and they immediately responded with a visual layout/setup of what I asked for. (Boho, dusty blue/green/white themed) They also did Calligraphy for our seating chart. Hiring sundrop was one of the best decisions we made.

    I worked with Sundrop Vintage on my wedding day at a venue that is a blank canvas. I fell in love with all of their Instagram photos that offered inspiration for how I wanted the decor to look. I don't have a creative eye at all so their team was so helpful in making suggestions and the most patient when I went back and forth on my decisions. I even added a few more items a week before my event. Some of the most important things to me in choosing wedding vendors was their customer service and responsiveness. Planning a large event is stressful enough as it is and the last thing you want to deal with is a vendor who is unreliable. I contacted a few other furniture vendors to possibly mix and match pieces but the entire team at Sundrop went above and beyond that it didn't make sense for me to work with anyone else but them. On top of that, the pieces that I chose were in perfect condition. Even the other wedding vendors (coordinator, florist, etc.) that I worked with had positive things to say about their team during the set up and tear down process. Highly recommend working with them on any event you have planned, big or small.

    I had such a great time working with the Sundrop team!! I last minute needed some chandeliers for my wedding reception and they were SO responsive, helpful, and kind! I would 100% recommend working with them for any occasion. We did end up getting a couple of chandeliers, but the picture attached shows the one that stole the show!

    Send drop vintage is an amazing treasure trove of unique and beautiful pieces that transform any event from typical to outstanding and memorable! Not long ago I hosted a baby shower for my daughter-in-law. Sundrop Vintage helped me select a Beautiful peacock chair and ratan screen to set the mood for the BoHo neutral decor my daughter-in-law envisioned. They were wonderful to work with and even when we had complications due to Covid they graciously worked with us and helped make the shower exactly what my daughter-in-law dreamed of! Kudos to the wonderful team at Sundrop Vintage!

    Sundrop Vintage came highly recommended by my event coordinator for my wedding celebration. I contacted Aly at Sundrop and began the process of design with them about 8 months out to our party. We must've exchanged countless emails, and Aly was so so patient and accommodating to my vision! I contacted other rental companies and their rental rates were so outrageous! Sundrop is really priced competitively and are willing to work within your budget! On the day of our event, Sundrop arrived just in time for both load in and pick up. At the end of our event, we still had quite a number of guests that were still here and saying their good-byes, but I'm so grateful that the Sundrop team went ahead and collected their items, otherwise we would've been charged overtime! As a bride, no one wants to kick out your guests, but having them see that the furniture was being collected, they definitely got the picture. ;) Sundrop has a vast collection of vintage furniture, so they can accommodate any type of event! I have nothing but great things to say about them. I rented 3 lounge sets and all my guests loved them!

    I used Sundrop Vintage last fall for our September wedding at the Casino San Clemente. We rented their 3 various hanging geos for the focal point of our ballroom reception and they were GORGEOUS! At first, people told me I shouldn't waste my money on these but let me tell you...they were such a special detail that did not go unnoticed! They definitely were the "icing on the cake" for our reception decor. Highly recommend Sundrop Team for your unique decor rental needs! P.S. If you would like florals added to them, make sure to communicate with your florist that they will be responsible for putting them on *before* the geos are hung; otherwise, they will not hang them for you (hanging is an additional fee)

Booking the event was extremely easy, I read other reviews about the planners not reaching out prior to the event, but the truth is that you don't really need to hear from them. All of the plans are in writing when you sign the agreement, the location and time are set prior to the date (also in writing). The day the event, the crew reached out and let me know they were setting up along with texting me a location pin. The Picnic Collective went above and beyond with the details. The flowers were beautiful, the grazing boards were delicious, everything was absolutely beautiful! I purchased the sandwiches for each guest and they were yummy. The only extra things I brought myself were a cake and alcohol. (mini champagne bottles and seltzers along with a trash bag to keep the alcohol bottles out of sight :) They provide pretty glass looking cups and it made us feel extra fancy. The blue tooth speaker was a nice touch to set the mood with music. Overall 10/10 I would hire them again for another special occasion. I was so happy with everything. If your picnic is at the beach like most are, I recommend arriving 30min early, plan ahead because parking is a mother.     We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
