How could anybody ever say anything bad about Sundrop vintage! This was by far the easiest the most fun and special vendor of mine! They have endless amounts of fines in their warehouse! Everywhere you look, you could find something from modern, farmhouse, Bohemian, vintage, any style and any color you could imagine, you can find it here. My all-time favorite thing that will stick with me for years to come. I fell in love with a floral plate that they had gotten in, and I had to ask them to order eight plates. Unfortunately, they were not able to do that, but they did gift me the plate on my wedding day! That is now a very special memory and plate that I will treasure for years to come! Thank you so much Sundrop vintage. I cannot thank you guys enough for everything that you did for me throughout our many decorating walk-throughs and our final mock up and for my wonderful plate. If I could have another wedding to my amazing husband Sundrop vintage would always be my first choice. read more

Sundrop Vintage was wonderful to work with for our November wedding at Serra Plaza. They sourced beautiful pillows and lounge furniture that helped create a cozy, inviting atmosphere during our rainy wedding weekend. Our guests absolutely raved about the furniture vibe. Ann was incredibly responsive and reliable throughout the process. At one point, she quickly stepped in to resolve an administrative issue involving another vendor--something that wasn't even her responsibility--and handled it efficiently and professionally. Her willingness to help and ability to problem-solve made a stressful situation much easier. The quality of both the furniture and the service was excellent. We would have loved to source our flatware through them as well if we had been able to. Overall, Sundrop Vintage was absolutely worth the long-haul fees, and we highly recommend them. read more

We were so excited after our appointment with Sundrop. Picked out a bunch of things we were interested in and we were told we'd receive a quote a few days later. Never received the quote and in fact had all my emails, voicemails, and calls were ignored. I waited over 3 weeks in hopes that they'd get back to me and gave them the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately one month later, I still never got a response. I don't recommend this business at all- such an odd experience! The least that they could do is say they were busy or just respond with anything at all. read more

Sundrop Vintage was absolutely wonderful to work with! I've used them for two events now, and each time they have been excellent. Their pieces are so unique and truly add so much charm and character to a party. Everything they offer helps create such a beautiful and cohesive look. Aly was especially great to work with, she was always quick to respond and so helpful in bringing my vision to life. I would highly recommend Sundrop Vintage for anyone looking to add something special and memorable to their event. read more

We went with Sundrop Vintage to rent some furniture for our wedding reception, and we loved all of the items we got. We loved the fun colors and designs that they had in their warehouse, and we found some great pieces that matched our wedding color scheme perfectly! Our guests also loved the lounge area that we created using the furniture, and we found them relaxing there throughout the entire night. Thank you to Amanda for helping us out through the entire process and for being so easy to work with as well! read more

We reached out to Sundrop Vintage Rentals just a few weeks before our wedding and they were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. It helped that they had worked at our venue (Casino San Clemente) before and already had the proper insurance documentation. They coordinated directly with our wedding coordinator on all the delivery and pickup logistics, which made everything seamless on our end. We rented a mobile bar and 3 disco balls. The extra bar was a great call to help manage lines for drinks at our venue, and the 3 disco balls hanging above the dance floor really elevated the aesthetics of the space. read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Sundrop Vintage (shoutout to Aly!) for our wedding furniture rentals! Our lounge furniture fit the vibe of our wedding at Serra Plaza and our guests loved the furniture. Aly was great at sending recommendations about pillow types that would match the seating and updating our invoices promptly as we had gone back and forth between certain color schemes. The range of furniture offered was diverse, and felt like there truly was something for everyone's taste! read more

Sundrop Vintage is a preferred vendor with our wedding venue Grand Gimeno, and they made it super easy to do furniture rentals with them! Honestly it was so smooth that I don't even know when they brought the furniture in and took them back. But they had a huge selection, worked with my color palette, and were so accommodating! Wish I had more photos to share but their setup was exactly as I wanted, which provided sweet accents to our special day :) read more

I can't say enough amazing things about our experience with the Sundrop team. Our daughter's wedding was a year long planning process which included many visits, lots of emails and conference calls, which were always met with kindness and smiles. Every question answered and so many great ideas offered. The rentals are all beautifully maintained and the team extremely professional from set up to clean up. We asked for a lot of layers and seating vignettes which were complex and stylized and they did not miss a beat! I can't wait to plan another event with them! read more

Wow what a beautiful inventory Sundrop Vintage has. I'm so happy to have found them for our wedding at salt creek beach. I was working with another rental company initially, but I didn't really feel like I was being helped or guided. I also didn't trust that my vision was going to come to life. When I found sundrop, I sent an email with photos telling them what I was going for, and they immediately responded with a visual layout/setup of what I asked for. (Boho, dusty blue/green/white themed) They also did Calligraphy for our seating chart. Hiring sundrop was one of the best decisions we made. read more

Send drop vintage is an amazing treasure trove of unique and beautiful pieces that transform any event from typical to outstanding and memorable! Not long ago I hosted a baby shower for my daughter-in-law. Sundrop Vintage came highly recommended by my event coordinator for my wedding celebration. I contacted Aly at Sundrop and began the process of design with them about 8 months out to our party. We must've exchanged countless emails, and Aly was so so patient and accommodating to my vision! I contacted other rental companies and their rental rates were so outrageous! Sundrop is really priced competitively and are willing to work within your budget! On the day of our event, Sundrop arrived just in time for both load in and pick up. At the end of our event, we still had quite a number of guests that were still here and saying their good-byes, but I'm so grateful that the Sundrop team went ahead and collected their items, otherwise we would've been charged overtime! As a bride, no one wants to kick out your guests, but having them see that the furniture was being collected, they definitely got the picture. ;) Sundrop has a vast collection of vintage furniture, so they can accommodate any type of event! I have nothing but great things to say about them. I rented 3 lounge sets and all my guests loved them! read more

I worked with Sundrop Vintage on my wedding day at a venue that is a blank canvas. I fell in love with all of their Instagram photos that offered inspiration for how I wanted the decor to look. I don't have a creative eye at all so their team was so helpful in making suggestions and the most patient when I went back and forth on my decisions. I even added a few more items a week before my event. Some of the most important things to me in choosing wedding vendors was their customer service and responsiveness. Planning a large event is stressful enough as it is and the last thing you want to deal with is a vendor who is unreliable. I contacted a few other furniture vendors to possibly mix and match pieces but the entire team at Sundrop went above and beyond that it didn't make sense for me to work with anyone else but them. On top of that, the pieces that I chose were in perfect condition. Even the other wedding vendors (coordinator, florist, etc.) that I worked with had positive things to say about their team during the set up and tear down process. Highly recommend working with them on any event you have planned, big or small. read more

I used Sundrop Vintage last fall for our September wedding at the Casino San Clemente. We rented their 3 various hanging geos for the focal point of our ballroom reception and they were GORGEOUS! At first, people told me I shouldn't waste my money on these but let me tell you...they were such a special detail that did not go unnoticed! They definitely were the "icing on the cake" for our reception decor. Highly recommend Sundrop Team for your unique decor rental needs! P.S. If you would like florals added to them, make sure to communicate with your florist that they will be responsible for putting them on *before* the geos are hung; otherwise, they will not hang them for you (hanging is an additional fee) read more

I can't say enough about Sundrop! Not only do they have incredible inventory, but their team is just as incredible :) Aly was super helpful and responsive -- she even helped me find the best pieces for my couple's vision. The quality of the inventory was perfect as well -- clean, well kept, and beautiful of course. After getting a look down, I worked with Ally to build a custom invoice where we were able to easily edit it along the way. Sundrop Vintage is by far one of the best party rentals and event planning businesses in Orange County. I came across their rentals at an event I attended in 2017 and have since used them for my wedding, anniversary dinners, birthday parties, and other social events. The abundance of rentals they have available at their facility is more than you can imagine. Anything from vintage, to romantic, to boho and more recently bringing more modern items on board. From start to finish, Aly, Theresa, and the entire Sundrop team have provided the best experience ever. They have always taken my vision and have executed it beyond my expectations, and that's why I love working with them. Their pieces provided incredible detail and beauty to my reception. We used their long farmhouse tables for the wedding party and some pieces for the outdoor seating area. All of the pieces were beautiful and delivery/pickup was done incredibly easily. My four stars only comes from the difficulty I had with navigating their website and some back and forth confusion with contracts and contacts. Overall, I would definitely use them again because their pricing and beautiful inventory is unique among rental companies. read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sundrop. Aly was super helpful and really sweet in catering to my needs. Everything I rented from Sundrop was 100% accurate to the pictures and descriptions. Everything was very high quality and in good condition. If I could put zero stars, I would. Very UNRESPONSIVE business. I was interested in making an appointment with these folks to talk about a possible partnership to do my wedding. I sent an email through their website 2 weeks ago and have gotten no response to this day. I gave it a benefit of the doubt that perhaps due to some network issues, my message might have not gone through. I tried calling their phone number yesterday to no avail. I left a voicemail message yet still no call back. From a customer experience standpoint, this is a complete failure. I wonder how they engage with their clients when they cannot even handle potential customers from the get-go. Poor communication always means poor service. Do yourselves a favor and not waste your time here. read more

Sundrop Vintage came highly recommended by our wedding planner, Amy Beck. We ended up going to one of their events, "Better Together", to check out their rentals. They have an extensive collection and everything styled so beautifully! We ended up renting some pieces for our sweetheart's table and for our stage setup which we used to take pictures with our guests. Our guests loved how unique these pieces were and how they really tied into our theme. Pricing was reasonable, no problems with dropoff and return of items. Aly, Theresa and the Sundrop team were all very thoughtful-- they answered all my inquiries timely and also went above and beyond to ensure my Dad (who was ill during my wedding) would be as comfortable as possible during the ceremony and reception. Overall, a pleasure to work with! read more
