This is a little hole in the wall place and there werent many people seated at the restaurant. I ordered the rare beef pho while my friend had a combo pho. He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. I ordered the Pad Thai while my wife ordered Beef Noodles. Her dish identifies as a stirred fried beef with noodles, mixed with the stir-fried sauce. My Pad Thai was different than the ones I had in the past. Flavors were different. Different as in a thicker coated sauce. While I, almost, was quick to judge, I realized that they are trying to achieve a more robust pallet of flavors. I enjoyed both of the dishes. Inside and outside had beautiful decorations.
